I just had the beef pho and it was so worth the trip from Arlington!! The pho special had the yummiest tender beef with fresh beef and meatballs. The taro tea boboa was excellent!! Pho was delicious with plenty of meat. The broth was rich and just perfectly seasoned. There were plentiful of bean sprouts, lime and peppers to add to the soup. My grandson ordered a half and half corn dog and a strawberry boba tea with mango jelly. He loved it. The friendly service was amazing . Will come back again very soon. read more

Absolutely delicious Vegetarian banh mi! The flavour is spot on! meat alternative is delicious, I added pate and it was amazing, veggies are fresh and crispy! We enjoyed the drinks- although there was no tapioca boba available- only crystal and brown sugar boba. Looking forward to their full menu opening up because I love pho. I always like a new place with something different than the same old burgers and chicken fingers. Service was good and the teas were great. For the Banh Mi, the bread was exceptional. I had the grilled pork that was really good. Wife had the special combination...she didn't like the "funky" meat and I have to agree. I gave her half of mine and ate some of the meat from hers. Had a great dinner. Steak pho and a pork sandwich on a baguette with fries. All were delicious including the specialty iced teas and cheesecake. Good service, too! I only wish I would have had a real knife to cut my steak in the pho - plastic knives not a big help. I think I'll bring my own next time - I love pho and it's hard to find! read more

Most menu options weren't available. We were going to order pho as depicted on the online menu, but the cashier said they won't have that for a while. The sandwich I wanted also wasn't available yet. The pork sandwich we eventually ordered tasted good. The bread was tasty but the meat and fillings were sparse. Super rude staff, around 3pm only 2 other guest , it wasn't super crowded. Wait was over 30mins for 2 coffees and 4 sandwiches. Asked for the veggies to be bagged on the side but nope. We've been several times now and everything has been great! The food is fresh and delicious, the teas and drinks are great, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I do understand the price might be a bit much and no refills are hard to deal with on teas, but it's understandable when you realize how fresh and made to order everything is. This place is great! The milk teas are delicious and the Korean corn dogs are good as well! They ran out of bahn mi when I went so I will be back to try it. Looking forward to trying some of their desserts too! Plenty of space to sit and the workers were nice. They were definitely overwhelmed by the number of customers when I went but there was a steady line that sometimes went out the door so I'd give them a break for that. My bf picked up some bahn mis from here, definitely coming back. The size was perfect they use pate and taste like from back home. I love the taro boba tea and pho here! My husband can't get enough of the croissant special, especially with the Vietnamese herb twist. I'm eyeing the corn dog for my next visit. Ive been here twice having searched for a while for a pho spot. I'm a fairly new resident of Tennessee, so I was happy when I found this place. The first time I went, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the place . They had the pho soup that I wanted. I enjoyed the soup. I went a second time, this time with my son. We both had really good drinks... I had the Taro tea and it was delicious. I forget what my son had. We both had pho soups, mine without meat. Things were great until right at the end when he discovered a hair in his soup. Soooooo disappointing. I requested the manager who was very nice. I explained that we really liked this place but there was a hair in the soup. He was very kind and apologized. He also sent us home with a fresh order of soup. I took it home and gave it to my husband. The only other complaint I would have about the soup was that it was slightly greasy. I will be back for sure, if only for the drinks because mine was delicious. Places have days when things aren't perfect. Hopefully hair nets are being worn to protect the food. read more

Waited over 20 minutes to not be waited on at all. Some lady was standing at cash register just chatting the whole time we were there. One register was for drinks and one register (the one lady was standing at) was for food. People kept coming in and jumping in front of us in line. I was thrilled to see a Bahn Mi place opening in Collierville - it's one of my favorite types of sandwiches. I've gone twice in the last week. Sandwich quality is excellent and the teas are great. I've done the grilled pork Bahn Mi, the pulled chicken Bahn Mi, the Thai tea, and the creme brule milk tea so far. I preferred the pork (chicken was still great). The normal bread is so good that I can't see ordering on croissant or hamburger bun. I always love Thai tea, and this one was no different. The creme brule tea was a surprise - it uses an earl grey tea, and the bergamot works surprisingly well in the mix. They're still new, so they don't have a full menu yet. No pho yet and we tried ordering corn dogs and they were out of all of them (and the mozerella sticks). My only criticism is the price on the teas - I think it's about twice what it should be and will only be getting these as a treat going forward. read more
