I stop at this location most of the time. Majority of the time I am able to make it through the drive thru before the store closes. I usually order the mango fest smoothie. The smoothies are not consistently thick and smooth each time, so I enjoy the ones that are blended thicker to my preference whenever possible. Besides, this location is convenient. read more

I went to this location 9/16. for some reason this time and the time before when they scanned my app it made a sound and I didnt get the receipt. however, when I pulled off I checked the app's transactions and nothing was there and even the reward I went to spend hadn't been touched. I called and asked to speak with a manager/supervisor to explain what keeps happening. the worker tells me that they don't get trained on the app and if it don't work there's nothing that can be done. The reason I decided to have smoothie king was because of the reward. Anyway I haven't heard from the manager. I just stopped by and he's not in. oh yeah on the 16th the worker asked for my contact info so she could have the manager contact me. read more

A smoothie king manager called me and promised I would have a pleasant guest experience and that they were shortly having a meeting over the matter. Later that day or the next I tried smoothie king one last time. I've been going here everyday sometimes 3 times a day for a year. The women in the shop were so rude and unfriendly I felt compelled to call. The manager was not there anymore. I explained the issue and the employee who had answers the phone said I'm sorry yes we're having a meeting about that but did not acknowledge I should be treated more respectfully. This is becoming really frustrating negative and difficult and I cannot go here anymore. I tried. It's a negative environment for me. I just want to pick up my smoothie without those people making my day worse or put me in a bad mood. I think they decided to be rude to me so I would no longer come. It worked. I'm really disgusted no one could help me with this issue since I go a lot and have asked for help many times. Always a great pick me up drink after a good workout. Mr. Tracy & his staff is always friendly & welcomes you when you come in. Fast service, made fresh to order. The smoothies have a flavor (I always get Pineapple Surf) not like most smoothie places that taste bland. Don't forget to download the app to get discount & freebies. We absolutely LOVED this place while in town for work! We stopped here every morning, and the smoothies were excellent! One small critique- the drive thru personnel was very hard to understand & seemed impatient. The menu is extensive for patrons that have not visited before, so it may take a minute to review before ordering. It would be nice if there was a bit more patience & communication, instead of feeling rushed. Otherwise, we deemed this our morning go-to and will continue to do so whenever this option is available! Probably one of the best quality smoothies. However- the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the robbery of "add ins". Jamba Juice doesn't charge $.99 per add in... so, we were less than thrilled when an extra $3 was added on for simple protein, energy & vitamins. You are a healthy smoothie source- that SHOULD be standard! Charging $1 per health benefit totally detracts. And we stopped adding anything because of the ridiculous charge. Love the smoothies, but don't really love being overcharged for what should be a standard health benefit. Maybe if it involved 3 times the amount... but $.99 per add in for a SMALL smoothie is not legit. read more

This business is the most convenient spot to my morning routine. The business overall has improved. I have enjoyed my experience in the past. Over the past month or so they have hired a f/b that literally destroys the concept of customer service! She has an attitude like you putting her through something. I hope whatever she is going through passes. Until then she needs not to interact with the public. The smoothies are good and the rest of the staff works hard. The fact remains that no one likes passing their hard earned dollar to a employee that gives you a hard time for patronizing the business. I want to rate this business with more than two stars, but this employee makes it hard. Customer service is still one of the single most important part to running a business.
