She made it immediately. It was watery and had a chalky texture to it. I didn't like it at all. After a few sips in the car, I was done. It went into the garbage. They always get an A+ for customer service. Even when the younger employees are working, they are the nicest young adults you'd ever encounter. While the shake variety is massive, I do wish that they would have add special edition flavors monthly, like some of the other locations. Despite this, they are solid!
