Not too sweet and a little bit sour just like a real pineapple. My guava paleta was a bit on the hard size - perhaps a little too icy because of the lack of dairy. While the guava paleta was good not too sweet, it might have been a bit too natural as it was chunky and filled with many tooth-shattering seeds. I'd probably pass on it the next time. No mass produced delivered in a #10 can packed in gross sugary syrup strawberries. No sir or ma'am these were fresh and sliced right before my eyes.
