The other customer decided to leave because he did not want his children to get sick from these poor hygienic practices and the employee muttered "so what leave." The service here is terrible and this family's anti-Blackness ensures they'll continue to treat Black customers poorly as in the case of this customers' legitimate complaints about their unhygienic and unsanitary practices being ignored. Sam is pretty easy going (from what I can tell so far) and gladly accepts suggestions for additional frozen treats to offer his customers.
