The store has a vast selection of a really great candy in self serve candy jars. Gummy candy is 9.99 a pound and chocolate candy is 19.99 a pound. You can mix and match any of the Gummies or mix and match any of the chocolates. I bought three small-medium bags. A bag of gummy's, a bag of mixed chocolate balls, and a bag of chocolate bonbon type items like cherries and coconut, buckeyes and chocolate covered Oreos. The candy selection is excellent. The store is bright and fun and child friendly. There were several different age, children roaming around delightfully. And there's so many different options that you can literally fill up a bag with dozens of different candies, all yummy and high quality taste. Heads up, like everything these days, its going to add up fast. i paid 28$ for the three bags, none of them were filled more than 1/4 to halfway. I didn't see any scales until I checked out, so I'm not sure how much they weighed. They are all good. A big enthusiastic yes for this candy shop. It was very busy when we went and didn't have to wait even a moment to check out or get service at the ice cream counter. They didn't hesitate to ask if we needed help and anticipated our needs. Parking is convenient as there is a garage right behind Overton Square and it is usually $3. Plenty to do other than this but definitely a place to find fun and unusual treats. They have ice cream, jelly beans, chocolates, drinks, gummies, sour candy, novelty items, and popcorn. I'm sure there is more but it's packed for the small space that it is! This place is my new favorite! Not only do they make their own gourmet popcorn in house (and offer free samples) but they offer Ugly Mug coffee, and of course the candy. I have already been by there twice this week to pick up gifts! They offer gift boxes where you can put anything..and gift certificates. They have some bar style tables and stools looking out at Overton Square, free wifi, and are open early for all your coffee needs. This place is a cute, hipstery looking dive that I walked into while I was waiting for my food to cook at Golden India down the street. When I stepped in I thought I'd walked into Sweets Heaven. There are jars all over this giant middle table and along the walls filled with goodies. There's also gelato! I got some gelato and fudge. The fudge was super strong and I couldn't finish it. Most candy jars were completely empty and dirty, there was dust in-between the jars, the floor was sticky, and there were barely any scoops. They even ran out of hand sanitizer at the entrance. Social distancing was definitely non-existent here and the majority of the customers weren't wearing their masks correctly. I got chocolate-covered coffee beans (a variety) and they weren't fresh, so I had to toss them out.
