I purchased a dark and a milk chocolate salted caramel and a bag of butterscotch. The salted caramel was very good, the depth of flavor from the caramel is beautifully done, not just one note. The butterscotch was also good but I was informed that they don't make it , they get it from a vendor. I will definitely visit them again.

The store was conveniently open at 10:00 a.m., on the dot, and the lady at the counter was kind, knowledgeable, and provided me with excellent service. There was a large selection of chocolates and other treats to choose from. I selected two items for my friend, and I also ended up getting something for myself. I was impressed that this shop refrigerated their mixed nuts! What a good way to prevent the nut oils from becoming rancid. I'm glad that they recognize members of Theatre Memphis. I highly recommend this shop, and plan on returning.

Well, today I saw on Facebook they had a fruit cup with chocolate and pistachio syrup. Okay, I'm down for that! Omg... it's amazing! The chocolate is so rich and creamy. Their strawberries and blueberries were just ripe and perfect. The little crunch pieces give it so much extra flavor too. It's a bit overwhelming and the pistachio flavor did get lost in the chocolate. The quality definitely reflects the price though. Now, would I come back and get this again knowing it's $13.99 for a small cup? I'm still debating that. Maybe every once in a while when I have a craving for some GOOD quality chocolate. The lady there was very sweet and she gave my son a chocolate square that had some crushed nuts in it. So much better than any milk chocolate I've had. She also mentioned they will be making chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine's Day. As well as hot chocolate and a chocolate fountain coming soon. Bet those will be amazing also! The sweetness of the caramel coating was perfectly balanced with the tartness of the apples. The service at this shop was, as always, efficient and friendly. I only wish that they had customer loyalty program! When we got the caramel apples home, we opted to slice them up. This was due to past bad experiences with grocery store purchases of the same product (i.e., bruised/brown apple flesh). No such problem with Dinstuhl's, only fresh and unblemished fruit. Dinstuhl's products are like they're from another, better planet. Even their milk chocolate bars are a creamy and delicious dream of flavorfulness. My family is planning to return for additional caramel apples, as these masterpieces are only offered on a seasonal basis.
