First time at this location. Hidden off union I would have never seen it if I wasn't actually going there. Limited parking. Small inside like most BR locations but this one seemed smaller and more cramped inside than others I have been to but It was clean and nice inside. The staff were attentive ready to wait on customers. I decided to step out of my usual Daiquiri ice and try something new. I had a sample of the ice cream Beach Day. I thought appropriate being it was so hot outside. I definitely could have been fine with one scoop but I got two. Beach Day had so many flavors in it and the two scoops in a waffle bowl was plenty. Beach Day consisted of salted vanilla flavored ice cream with milk chocolate flavored caramel-filled sea turtles, frosting flecks and swirls of graham cracker sand. It looked good and was delicious. I don't eat a lot of sweets or sugary foods so by the second scoop the sweetness and sugar overload kicked in and I had to have help to finish it. This was definitely a treat. I randomly stopped by because my kid wanted ice cream. I was happy to see black walnut ice cream because it had been hard for me to get for months. I got a waffle cone and two scoops. It was good but the random pieces of ice was a turn off. The rainbow ice cream was good. Don't come here for good customer service lol girl here was stank acting. I see why no one would want to sit down and eat in the inside. We just ate in the car with the windows down to avoid the negative energy. read more

This place gets negative stars. They do not use gloves and often touch all over the waffle cones with their bare hands. Tonight, another customer asked if they had gloves and brought up the unhygienic and unsanitary behavior of the employee scooping out ice cream for his children. Instead of recognizing the issue, the employee smirked and grew condescending, telling this man that he didn't understand hygiene and that she washed her hands. I stepped in to reinforce the other customer's complaint and reiterated that they needed to use gloves or a plastic wrapper to grab the cones. The other customer decided to leave because he did not want his children to get sick from these poor hygienic practices and the employee muttered "so what leave." The service here is terrible and this family's anti-Blackness ensures they'll continue to treat Black customers poorly as in the case of this customers' legitimate complaints about their unhygienic and unsanitary practices being ignored. After tanning I needed a cool down treat. So, I found myself here! I went the strawberry and banana smoothie. It was everything I needed and then some. It was perfectly blended, the taste was spot on. My only issue was the attitude one of the workers had. She was obviously unhappy with work or life itself. The lady with the braids that helped me was such a sweet heart! The taste of the smoothie and the lady with the braids may keep me coming back for a second time. read more

I give this place a zero. Employees are horrible and don't know how to treat their customers. This Baskin had a mask mandate but the employees themselves never wore mask. I waited 15 min in line and then she refused service because of mask. Then she made all the customers stand in a line outside the store. Even the security guy was annoyed by the employee and asked all to come in due to the cold weather. read more

Ordered an ice cream cake for my grandaughter's 13th birthday. The cake was not ready at pickup time. We waited 45 minutes for the cake only to be told that they hoped we lived close because the cake wasn't frozen and probably wouldn't make it home. They got one thing right, it was a complete and total disaster after a 12 minute car ride. I called the corporate office as soon as I got home advising them of the situation. I was told that the franchise owner would contact me within a hours to resolve the situation (a refund of $41.46). Three days have passed and nothing. I paid 50 dollars for a custom ice cream cake from this location and when I picked it up the young lady, didn't have good customer service or gloves on, and she didn't give me instructions or tell me the instructions were on the box. Not to mention I was the only person in the store at the time I picked my cake up. I had a million things to do that day and normally I read but I was only focus on the errands I had to run. My common sense didn't even kick in. I placed it in the refrigerator which was very cold. Not the freezer though. She didn't tell me to do so, so I assume this was ok, if not she would've told me. Long story short my cake end up melting before my event the following day. I talked to the owner who WAS VERY RUDE and unhelpful! He lack any empathy whatsoever and offered me a ten dollar coupon. I just went in to get a cake and I asked if they could put extra frosting swirls on there and even pointed at a picture they had (because frosting is the best part) and they girl is like yea totally there's going to be so much frosting so I pay for it. I come back to pick it up and there's a few frosting confetti on the side. I'm like this isn't at all what you promised and I already paid for it. When we came in the person working there was on FaceTime with someone on her iPad. She let us know that she'd be with us when we were ready. Though we had to repeatedly get her attention she did serve us what we ordered. But unfortunately my son dropped his cone on the floor immediately! I kindly asked if she could replace his scoop and she let us know it was against policy. Is video-chatting with friends while customers are trying to order within policy? This place is located and WELL Lit in a pretty cool spot. It's the regular look but the servers need an update. They aren't rude just how shall I say, I'd rather be somewhere else other than here. The goodness of the icecream doesn't outweigh the challenging nature of the service you will receive at this location. The people behind the counter aren't exactly rude, but they aren't exactly nice either. One of the most annoying aspects of service is that it seems the girls behind the counter have hearing problems. I'm not sure whether Baskin Robbins should invest in hearing aids or teach their employees basic listening skills, but either will help improve customer service. My last visit, every single customer in line had to correct something that one of the BR employees had somehow messed up in their order. These were simple things such as 2 scoops of peanut butter and chocolate with whipped cream with sprinkles. Somehow this gets translated behind the counter to, "Two scoops of Reeses icecream with peanut butter topping and marshmallows." Let me just add one little detail that might make more sense: they were taking and fulfilling orders one at a time. If you were wondering, the 2 stars are for the icecream. It was good. read more

The two girls working there were really distracted, talking to each other and hanging out, they were more focused on the pizza they were ordering than getting us our orders correctly. They gave my boyfriend the wrong ice cream and didn't even give me a full scoop. One time when we ordered a milkshake, they mixed it up in a cup with a spoon because they were too lazy to blend it.
