The space is open but please be mindful to control your children. You can choose to either sit inside, outside, and they have a freezer for take home options. There are regular cups, waffle cups, and little sample cups if you want to try before you buy. You can choose from froyo, sorbet, and sugar free options as solo flavors or merged. After you select your flavor(s), you can add toppings like nuts, granola, cookie dough, fresh fruit, boba, whip cream, etc. There is an attendant to ring up your order. Pricing is per pound, and you can sign up to receive points, you get a freebie on your birthday, and currently they're running a few specials. I consider Menchie's fun for all ages, and a nice pick me up to whatever kind of day you're having.

Not sure if she is a new employee or never scanned an online gift card, but she said we can't use that to pay. I am glad the other girl atleast stepped in and figured out to write down the numbers from the card. It was so busy that the larger parking lot was full and people were parking at a nearby bank that was closed for the evening. They make all of their ice cream in house and also make homemade waffle bowls. Sadly they were out of the waffle bowls so we didn't get a chance to try those. I decided on the coconut brown sugar and it did not disappoint. It was super tasty with the perfect amount of coconut flakes. You heard me, it has actual coconut flakes instead of just having coconut flavor. That's a sign of some true homemade ice cream. My husband had the salted caramel and was enjoying it so much that I had to take a bite. It was divine as well...not your average bland caramel at all. It was super rich and tasty.
