I've been going to city silo since they were in the smaller building. Service is always good. Great options for vegans and gluten free people. Good smoothies, juices, a hot drinks. One of the only places in the city with a healthy menu like they have with lots of options! I love the Kale Caesar salad but sometimes I needed some extra protein but the chicken is often dry and chewy with hard ends. A little disappointing considering the price and the standard of quality of the food. I'll go back just won't waste my time with the chicken. read more

My favorite healthy food spot in Memphis! The food is always tasty and fresh, the juices are refreshing. My go to orders are the good roots bowl (OMG) and the hippie scramble. It never varies and if I ask for them to not include something in the dish, they always follow instructions. When I eat here its usually takeout. I call it in on the phone and pick it up.
