I've been going to city silo since they were in the smaller building. Service is always good. Great options for vegans and gluten free people. Good smoothies, juices, a hot drinks. One of the only places in the city with a healthy menu like they have with lots of options! I love the Kale Caesar salad but sometimes I needed some extra protein but the chicken is often dry and chewy with hard ends. So this place we found based on yelp reviews because my husband is a vegetarian. I was absolutely wowed by the quality of the food. It never varies and if I ask for them to not include something in the dish, they always follow instructions. When I eat here its usually takeout. I call it in on the phone and pick it up. I'm not sure if they still offer the curbside pickup option (this may have been added during peak covid) but if so, someone always promptly comes out to greet you when you pull up!
