I am so obsessed with the paninis, the staff and I chuckle when I come in. Cannot get enough of the Groove Me panini. The toasted part crunches as your teeth sink in and the inner part is soft and warm. The flavor is perfect and the chef puts the exact amount of everything on it to create the perfect panini. Close to the freeway and the convention center, in a quiet and quaint neighborhood, we were greeted by the owners Alicia and Marquis and introduced to their offerings of fresh juices, smoothies, fruits, paninis, and wraps. The decor was compatible with its mission of healthy eating. The music was indeed groovy. "Caribbean Queen" anyone? The bathroom was clean! There's even a kids activity table. Our order of paninis, chips, and juice was delicious. The owners also manage the coffee shop down the street, so we decided to pop in there after our meal.
