This was my first time trying Dunkin Donuts and I'm pretty sure it was the last. The food tasted as if it was cooked earlier this week and they just warned it up. It really is disappointing because I waited (I was the only car in line) for about 7 minutes before they took my order. I ordered tator tots. They gave me like 4 super greasy old tasting ones. Then the turkey and egg wrap was just a disappointment SMH! The turkey sausage looks and that old. The only good thing was the Cookie butter crunch. That's the only reason I don't give them a one. Came here to redeem my free birthday beverage. The frozen matcha green tea was pretty darn good. Now the doughnut holes is an entire different ordeal. Let me start by mentioning the positives. Briana was extremely helpful and polite. The item I had (baskin Robbins single scoop daiquiri ice) was excellent! Now for the negatives....The other lady literally slammed the window in my face while I was talking . She unfortunately wasn't wearing a name tag . Only redeeming quality was she got my order right. First of all, I love coffee and I am a loyal Dunkin customer; I buy 3-4 lattes daily at whatever location I'm close to, I personally try to avoid going to this location on poplar ave which is also baskin-robbins since they have always given me very poor service when placing my orders. The last experience I had today has made me leave this bad review since one of their employees when taking my order was very disrespectful to me and I heard her complain to another co-worker because I ordered 3 lattes, which apparently gave her annoying. In addition, this same person became enraged when my 7 year old niece could not decide which flavor of ice cream she wanted to order and I noticed even more discontent on her face. When my order was ready I asked for a cup holder to take my lattes to the car and she refused to give it to me, noticing this I asked her if someone else could help me since she was being very rude to me and so she called another person in a very mocking way. The other employee handed me the cup holder without any problem, which I was grateful for. I highly recommend the owner of this place to do something about it since customers don't have to go through such unpleasant and uncomfortable situations. read more

So I told myself that I was not going back to this location for coffee, This location and the workers and horrible. It is not my fault that they choose to have a CAREER IN SERVING COFFEE. So since they can't give out names I will just describe the people I dealt with this morning. So the line was super long when I pulled in this morning. When I finally made it to the speaker the female said can I take your order, when I started to say my order a female Said hold please so when I proceed to give my order everything was so fast I wanted to order something else but I was not given a chance too. When I finally made it to the woman to pay, the light skinned African American Plus Size women told me my amount due, I handed her a $20 she walks away leaving my hand hanging out the window. So I pulled my hand back in my window and when she decided to come back I made her wait for my money. She then slammed the window said what she said to her staff then sent another African American female with black and purple fux locs to take my money I guess she got busy with her attitude. So as I am completing my horrible transaction I see another African American female with horrible fux locs that was not in a hair net with her face turned up at me like she was going to come and do something to me or did something to my coffee. I will never go back to this location my husband wanted coffee but he was talking about the wrong coffee shop he wanted STARBUCKS. And that's where I would keep my money from this point. Service is consistently average. I come here for iced coffee and the occasional ice cream. It's always a quick trip through the drive thru. Donuts here are pretty worthless. Sandwiches are excessively fattening for not much taste. Milkshakes are good, ice cream is ok, pre-packed ice cream is the best bet. It seems a bit silly to go here when there's a Gibson's right down the road, but I digress. Despite that, I have been to this location several times and have never been disappointed. Likely because of the prime location, they always have loads of selection on the doughnuts side. When I went in earlier today, they had more croissant doughnuts than I've seen at any other location combined. I was mostly coming for the hot chocolate though and it definitely didn't disappoint, very good as usual. So this review is for the Baskin-Robbins part of this store. Oh. My. Goodness. This is the 4th time in the last 6 months I've tried to order some ice cream because it's the closest location to me. First of all the service is TERRIBLE. I don't know if the employees just don't want to serve ice cream(like McDonald's) or they're legitimately out of ice cream(which seems ridiculous for an ice cream store). But apparently they don't have sundaes, they don't have any chocolate ice cream(???), and this is EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here. I WISH I could give zero stars for the worst BR I've attempted to go to. But one will have to do. At least Ben and Jerry's is a few minutes further down the road. read more

I love the coffee here, but the service leaves something to be desired. I pulled up to the window after ordering at the drive through, and the cashier was was very slow and inefficient. I gave her a ten dollar bill (the total was $6.53) and she gave me $13.47 in change. I wanted to be honest, and told her that it was incorrect change. She asked for the $10 back (which would have been the correct change), but then gave me another $3.47. I tried to explain how she gave me too much change but she clearly didn't understand the math. After this encounter ended, she closed the window and I had to get her attention again because she had forgotten to give us our food. I always get a large hot coffee with cream, sugar, and a flavor (hazelnut, vanilla, or caramel). Lately the coffee tastes watered down like they have been brewing coffee with coffee grounds that have been previously used. And they have been giving the coffee too hot to taste it at the window so I can't immediately see if they actually added everything. After the coffee has cooled a little, I can barely taste the added flavor and it taste bitter as if no sugar was added and not alot of flavor was added for a large cup. This has happened the last 5 visits. read more
