We started with the BBQ shrimp and burnt ends plate, both of which were excellent. My girlfriend and brother both got the Debris Samich, which I liked but they did not as the bun was rather soggy. I thought it tasted good and was happy to treat it as a knife and fork sandwich. I had the 38-day dry aged prime ribeye- which was offered at a great price for the quality and the treatment of the meat. The center was cooked exactly how I ordered it, but around the outside the meat somehow appeared to be raw while simultaneously having a burnt crust on the outside. I was underwhelmed because even though most of the steak was great the burnt bits turned me off. We had a few desserts, and my favorite was the butter cake. They're definitely worth a try. What started as just cinnamon rolls has evolved into a myriad of breakfast options. Today I tried one of their potato dishes (signature loaded potato plate). I have noticed there are a lot of younger kids waiting tables with little respect for customers paying for a service that they seem inconvenienced to provide...hard to justify when plenty of other places will happily wait on you.
