I visit this spot quite often and always a great experience. The staff are friendly and polite, the service is quick and efficient, and orders are always correct. The restaurant has a good amount of seating inside and some great outdoor tables, chairs and benches in a courtyard which is cool. They serve the typical Dunkin fare --doughnuts, hot breakfast sandwiches, muffins and bagels and of course, fantastic coffee. The restaurant itself is clean and has a Baskin Robbins inside. There is plenty of parking immediately out front, with a specious lot. The restaurant is easily visible from the main roads and always easy to get in and out. There is no drive through at this location. It can bet quite busy in the morning especially on the weekend. Overall always a pleasant visit and experience. read more

This afternoon's service was an amazing experience why NOT to visit this ice cream / donut store. Kid requested three things to be told first two were not available and on the third requested a 3-scoop sundae. Turns out Sundae is not as pictured or defined. My experience was ala carte - having to request each element after delivery of product. Then when we requested chocolate syrup the disgust in the ladies face said it all. I hadn't visited in many months - but obviously hadn't missed much. No need to visit again for many months. We took remaining business to SmoothieKing. read more

Dunkin' - Slow motion - Donuts Near Me - Matthews, North Carolina

Placed a mobile order at 5:01am waiting 18 minutes on a refresher, donut, and wake up wrap and nobody was there, lights off, doors locked. The associate explained to me the older lady who had the key doesn't like working mornings. I attempted to call multiple times to get a refund for my order I never received and nobody answered the phone after trying multiple times and voicemail box wasn't set up. I usually get a refresher every single morning from a different location but I ended up going to Starbucks, not only did they make my drink and food right but they were also polite so I will probably stick to Starbucks due to how frustrating this situation was. read more

Dunkin' - Nothing - Donuts Near Me - Matthews, North Carolina

I go to this Dunkin Donuts (regular customer) can prove it with receipts. I normally have no issues with this place. Most everyone is so nice and service oriented. However, today I had a very disturbing experience with one employee and the manager on duty. I was truly surprised. I won't go into the details here but will not be returning. I spend over $200 a month at this store at Fincher Farms. I will find a new place to get my coffee. read more

Simply wonderful experience! Wonderful location! Wonderful staff! Plenty of seating inside and a huge awesome area to to sit outside as well. This Dunkin' Donuts has Baskin robins ice cream parlor as well. Something for everyone. I like plenty of options! Like I said simply Wonderful! God Bless all my fellow foodies Always read more

I ordered online and got the saddest pink sprinkled donut I had ever seen. It only had a pinch of crushed sprinkle dust and a small, thin crust of pink icing. It was incredibly sad, I wish I had taken a photo of it but I threw it away. It looked like it had been dropped several times even though (I hope) it hadn't been. The service was fine, it was fast considering that there was only one person working the front. He seemed extremely overwhelmed. I felt bad for him and regretted ordering online because of it. He needed more help, I don't blame him. I just don't understand how a pink sprinkled donut could be so unappetizing and disappointing. How do you mess up donuts as a place that specializes in selling donuts? read more

I have been using this Dunkin for years now every morning . It used to be amazing. Friendly staff great service. I definitely can't say that now . The service is awful . Half the time I order drinks on the mobile app and they have the door locked . So then I have to go to ANOTHER coffee shop to pay for my coffee AGAIN. It's beyond frustrating. If your gonna have the door locked then they should turn off the mobile ordering . The staff is less then pleasant now and seem like it a bother to even go in and ask for a coffee . I wish this place could get it together bc I'm done with this place for now . read more

No easy way to put it. This is one of the worst run stores I've ever experienced. The kids working there are doing the best they can but it is complete chaos every time we give it a chance...from not having any donuts before Noon, angry customers waiting unreasonably long wait times for their orders and just odd happenings like one of the workers saying that the person in charge of food isn't making any food so we can't order any. The picture attached is around 11am on a Sunday. Not sure how it's been open this long. read more

Dunkin' - No donuts at a donut shop. - Donuts Near Me - Matthews, North Carolina

This place could care less about cleanliness, getting your order right or providing any semblance of customer service. The employees drag around while orders pile up and if they are out of something they don't tell you about it unless you ask. If you don't you - have to go back to the store and complain. This is what donut shops in hell look like. read more

Order with the understanding you'll be waiting for 30-45 mins. Every. Single. Time. This place is horrible.

We stopped by to order ice cream and hash brown bites today. The service was terrible and they said they are closing. They are supposed to close at 8.30 PM and the cashier who made the ice cream was not wearing gloves and my son had to tell him everything from adding cookie to the hot fudge which it's supposed to come with creature creations. Terrible service. read more

Not a fan of the service or the availability of products here. When we walked in we were told they were not honoring coupons because the scanner didn't work. When asked if they could just enter the discount manually they said "no" and showed no sympathy and appeared to care less. Secondly, they were out of mostly everything. There were about four different types of donuts which looked like yesterdays rejects. The staff was just short and unapologetic for being out of product, systems not working or anything really. I'm sure they were stressed with everything going on but ... read more

Keep trying to give this location a try, but they are always out of bagels and the worker in the morning is very rude.

Used the mobile app to "skip the line." Nope. I arrived and was told I still have to wait in a long line to show my mobile order for a doozen donuts at the counter. read more

It's 9:30am, coffee not brewed and the donuts are still frozen. The store was chaotic, I felt sorry for the children in there working. They were trying..there should have been an adult working with them. Customers were unhappy, but sympathetic due to the staff being young. read more

I placed a pickup order in the morning (around 10:30AM) and when I came to pick my order up later (scheduled it for 6:15 because i work) they sold my pickup order or threw it out! Terrible service! Why have scheduled pick up if your not going to have it ready! I was expecting to have my food when I scheduled and paid for it. It has been a couple years since I have came here and I will never come back. If you want your order done correctly just go to Krispy Kreme. read more

I'm a doughnut fanatic and can usually find something good to say about most any shop, even the big chains like Dunkin' and Krispy Kreme; however, Dunkin' just rarely ever tastes freshbaked to me (whereas, with Krispy we at last know that they are made fresh on-site whenever the red HOT Doughnuts Now neon sign is aglow.) I've been to this location several times now, strictly for my kids, but I have found little to like about it myself, from the lukewarm service, to the average ice cream, to the stale-ish doughnuts themselves. To be fair though, in assigning a rating, I have taken an average of my one-star and my kids three stars to arrived at a very generous two stars. They do have an excellent location however beside Publix near the Siskey Y. I will continue to go from time to time, as the odds are I will eventually get a fresh donut. If nothing else the morning coffee is pretty good! read more

They forgot my coffee, I watched the man forget to put an espresso shot into my drink and then he told me he did, even though I saw the steaming espresso in the cup behind him. Manager told me "next time don't just stand there. Tell us what your order was so we can make it if we forget it" I'm sorry???? Since when was I responsible for orders y'all forget??? How am I responsible for an order that you didn't complete??? No sorry, nothing. Just "next time be a better customer" type deal. Terrible service and I used to work at this store. It's gone downhill tenfold. Watched five people get their orders before they even realized mine was missing. read more

Placed a mobile order for a simple iced coffee. I even placed the order 10 minutes before I would arrive since they've been busy lately and shortstaffed. Got there, had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my coffee. I get that they are busy and it's a Friday morning, but they had six mobile orders besides mine that had not been started. When I asked someone to make my coffee, nobody said anything to me, and the girl at the cash register gave me a weird look. Come on guys. read more

The service is garbage, they weren't serving food (they didn't provide a sign saying they were out, we just waited in line for 15 minutes for nothing) the way the cashier looked at us you'd think she was being held hostage. Worst experience at a Dunkin I've ever had. read more

Right next to the Siskey Y.... and Super Bilo. This combo baskin robins / dunkin donuts is tucked in the corner of the shopping center. It is a Dunkin Donuts so you know the menu however this one also houses a 31 flavors ice cream shop. This Dunkin' Donuts location was atrocious when I walked in. It was clear that the floors have not been swept in hours, the display case was an absolute mess, and all of the tables were dirty. This is the worst run DD I have ever been to. It is chaos every single time I go in. The young kids there have no clue what they are doing and can tell they have had no training. We just moved near this location and I seriously would go 3-4 times a week if they deserved my business. K- cups for me!! Hope they get it together or they will find many like me not coming back. No matter how big your brand is if you give poor service people will stop coming. Hope they fix it. read more

We are regulars at this location and have been for years. The current crew they have in the day, especially Sunday, are rude and have zero customer service skills. The worst is the young girl who makes the sandwiches and appears to be a shift leader. We will be giving all of our business to Poppyseed going further. read more

Have went to this location many times(live right around the corner), and used online ordering for a while and was VERY happy with it...at first. Started noticing that; when using online ordering, upon arrival to the store....they informed me they don't have what I ordered and to pick something else. No apologies, no offer to reimburse me....just pick something else. I don't want anything else....I want what I ordered or my money back. Stopped using online....went into the establishment to order....paid and AGAIN was informed they didn't have my product. I have been told not to bother reaching out to corporate (but I did..twice) and still haven't heard back. I know they are a huge company....and losing me isn't a big deal to them, but I clearly see what the disconnect is and will not be going back anytime soon. read more

Super clean DD's here, you can tell it's a relatively new building. Go for the coffee and let the donuts destroy your blood sugar - diabetes who?? Fairly convenient location to McKee road and the Siskey YMCA, because who doesn't want a coffee and a donut after they've finished working out? Despite my sarcasm, I do think this is a nice DD and I do frequent it to pick up the 1lb bags of coffee to bring home. read more
