Kid requested three things to be told first two were not available and on the third requested a 3-scoop sundae. Turns out Sundae is not as pictured or defined. My experience was ala carte - having to request each element after delivery of product. Then when we requested chocolate syrup the disgust in the ladies face said it all. Placed a mobile order at 5:01am waiting 18 minutes on a refresher, donut, and wake up wrap and nobody was there, lights off, doors locked. The associate explained to me the older lady who had the key doesn't like working mornings. I attempted to call multiple times to get a refund for my order I never received and nobody answered the phone after trying multiple times and voicemail box wasn't set up. I usually get a refresher every single morning from a different location but I ended up going to Starbucks, not only did they make my drink and food right but they were also polite so I will probably stick to Starbucks due to how frustrating this situation was. read more

However, today I had a very disturbing experience with one employee and the manager on duty. I was truly surprised. I won't go into the details here but will not be returning. I ordered online and got the saddest pink sprinkled donut I had ever seen. It only had a pinch of crushed sprinkle dust and a small, thin crust of pink icing. It was incredibly sad, I wish I had taken a photo of it but I threw it away. It looked like it had been dropped several times even though (I hope) it hadn't been. The service was fine, it was fast considering that there was only one person working the front. He seemed extremely overwhelmed. I felt bad for him and regretted ordering online because of it. He needed more help, I don't blame him. I just don't understand how a pink sprinkled donut could be so unappetizing and disappointing. I have been using this Dunkin for years now every morning . It used to be amazing. Friendly staff great service. I definitely can't say that now . The service is awful . Half the time I order drinks on the mobile app and they have the door locked . So then I have to go to ANOTHER coffee shop to pay for my coffee AGAIN. It's beyond frustrating. If your gonna have the door locked then they should turn off the mobile ordering . The staff is less then pleasant now and seem like it a bother to even go in and ask for a coffee . This place could care less about cleanliness, getting your order right or providing any semblance of customer service. The employees drag around while orders pile up and if they are out of something they don't tell you about it unless you ask. If you don't you - have to go back to the store and complain. No easy way to put it. This is one of the worst run stores I've ever experienced. The kids working there are doing the best they can but it is complete chaos every time we give it a chance...from not having any donuts before Noon, angry customers waiting unreasonably long wait times for their orders and just odd happenings like one of the workers saying that the person in charge of food isn't making any food so we can't order any. We stopped by to order ice cream and hash brown bites today. The service was terrible and they said they are closing. They are supposed to close at 8.30 PM and the cashier who made the ice cream was not wearing gloves and my son had to tell him everything from adding cookie to the hot fudge which it's supposed to come with creature creations. Not a fan of the service or the availability of products here. When we walked in we were told they were not honoring coupons because the scanner didn't work. When asked if they could just enter the discount manually they said "no" and showed no sympathy and appeared to care less. Secondly, they were out of mostly everything. I placed a pickup order in the morning (around 10:30AM) and when I came to pick my order up later (scheduled it for 6:15 because i work) they sold my pickup order or threw it out! Terrible service! I visit this spot quite often and always a great experience. The staff are friendly and polite, the service is quick and efficient, and orders are always correct. The restaurant has a good amount of seating inside and some great outdoor tables, chairs and benches in a courtyard which is cool. They serve the typical Dunkin fare --doughnuts, hot breakfast sandwiches, muffins and bagels and of course, fantastic coffee. The restaurant itself is clean and has a Baskin Robbins inside. There is plenty of parking immediately out front, with a specious lot. The restaurant is easily visible from the main roads and always easy to get in and out. There is no drive through at this location. It can bet quite busy in the morning especially on the weekend. Overall always a pleasant visit and experience. read more

It is a Dunkin Donuts so you know the menu however this one also houses a 31 flavors ice cream shop. But the best part of this shop is the location-situated on the end of a strip mall and is boarded by a gazebo, out-door tables and a fenced in pond. Staff is friendly and food is fresh-add the famous coffee and you have a great breakfast or snack. Now a friendly tip-Sat. I'm a doughnut fanatic and can usually find something good to say about most any shop, even the big chains like Dunkin' and Krispy Kreme; however, Dunkin' just rarely ever tastes freshbaked to me (whereas, with Krispy we at last know that they are made fresh on-site whenever the red HOT Doughnuts Now neon sign is aglow.) I've been to this location several times now, strictly for my kids, but I have found little to like about it myself, from the lukewarm service, to the average ice cream, to the stale-ish doughnuts themselves. To be fair though, in assigning a rating, I have taken an average of my one-star and my kids three stars to arrived at a very generous two stars. They do have an excellent location however beside Publix near the Siskey Y. I will continue to go from time to time, as the odds are I will eventually get a fresh donut. This is the worst run DD I have ever been to. It is chaos every single time I go in. The young kids there have no clue what they are doing and can tell they have had no training. We just moved near this location and I seriously would go 3-4 times a week if they deserved my business. K- cups for me!! Hope they get it together or they will find many like me not coming back. We are regulars at this location and have been for years. The current crew they have in the day, especially Sunday, are rude and have zero customer service skills. The worst is the young girl who makes the sandwiches and appears to be a shift leader. I've been going to this location for about 6 years, and the service has remained consistently great. My drink orders are annoying (large black coffee, no/light ice, 2 swirls of this or that), but they are ALWAYS made correctly and without any complaints or eye rolling from the staff. I'd roll my eyes at me- and I am in the fine dining industry. Particular shoutout to Vanessa, who I've seen run the whole damn place alone on a busy morning with a genuine smile on her face, and Colleen, who are the real MVPs. There wasnt enough cream chesse to cover one side of the bagel and only 2 thin slices of ham that had hard crusty edges and couldnt even eat it. Ended up tossing the bagel.
