Deliciousness in a box
Jane T.

All I can say is these donuts are in a zip code above all the others . I chose the breakfast box because maple bacon. Nuff said . There wasn't a bad choice in the box. You're lucky you got to see what you did cause they went running out the box the minute they hit our office door. Delicious donuts. Excellent customer service Two thumbs way up !

Sure they're famous for their amazing donuts but have you tried their drinks?? I don't think they get advertised enough and they should! Their caramel frappe is so good! Here's a picture of their drinks menu. The folks at this location are cool and they're very kind. The service was great.

This was my first time at this establishment. And I have to say I am impressed with the process they ensure that the doughnuts are fresh and give you a variety of styles to choose from including breakfast sandwich's. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The location is very clean and inviting.

Hands down the best cake donuts that I've ever eaten! Great service too! We'll be back.

We ordered a dozen donuts from Duck Donuts and they were absolutely amazing. Fresh, warm, and made to order with a great variety of flavors and toppings. The only downside was the wait which was much longer than expected. It's definitely worth it for the quality, but I would recommend going during off-peak hours if you can.

The donuts are amazing. My wife and I love them. The staff was very friendly. Very clean place also. The donuts are very sinful. Just think, it's right next to a fitness place. .

The donuts here are so good! I got the Key Lime Pie Donut and I decided to add vanilla ice cream to the Key Lim Pie Donut. The donut was warm and fresh. The ice cream was creamy and went so well with the donut. The service was quick and customer service was great! The inside was small and laid back with outdoor seating.

I tried Duck Donuts in Charleston and loved it, so thought I'd try them again closer to home... Well, this was a smaller Fort Mill chain...but just as impressive. In a way, it was better because the place looked even cleaner (possibly since newer?)...and I thought the staff member did a better job in crafting these donuts. One thing I noticed was that they also had these heavenly treats called the "Donut Sundaes"...and I must try them soon! Not sure if true or what, but seemed the donuts looked smaller...and even the box looked smaller? One thing I don't like is how the cheap and flimsy the donut box is (a bit hard to open and close). No matter, these are great, fresh, made-to-order donuts...and I hope they're here to stay!

Ordered an assortment of donuts for work and everyone loved them! They were hot and fresh, what more can you ask for.

The most delicious & beautifully made donuts EVER!! I highly recommend the breakfast donuts!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They make your donut after you order. It was warm and delicious. Had Chocolate Donut. Overall 4.5/5 stars

So when you first go in you stand in line with a bunch of menus available so you can look it over while you wait. Also, as you near the cash registers there is a window that allows you to see them making the dough and cutting the biscuits. I allowed my parents to place their order as I was gonna order separate. After placing my order I didn't get a number to take to our table like my parents. I was told it was put under my parents number. ok whatever. So there is a pretty good amount of benches and chairs in store and there is a covered outside area to sit as well. By the time we made our own drinks and took our seats it wasn't long before my parents food came out. I ordered my food after so I wasn't too worried that mine didn't come out with theirs but I was watching the kitchen door and I saw the runner with my order looking around for a number I wasn't given. As she approached I told her it was mine and she just gave it to me. Glad I'm honest or anyone probably could have gotten my breakfast. So I ordered the pancake corndog with a maple mayo sauce? I hate mayo so regular syrup would have been better for me. The sausage on a stick wrapped in pancake batter was very good, especially when dipped in regular maple syrup. I'm not sure I was getting "corn" in the pancake but maybe it was more in name only. Either way it was very tasty. My main breakfast item was the Chicken N Ditch the Waffle. So basically a nice piece of fried chicken and a biscuit but with a twist as the biscuit was "French Toasted". I felt that the biscuit was dense and even though it was "French Toasted" I wasn't getting a lot of that flavor coming thru. I think I would have preferred the waffle. Overall the food was good. It came out hot and quickly. Will I be back, probably not because for me the price was a bit high. The $10 for the pancakes and sausage wasn't bad but the $15 for what was basically a chicken biscuit? No thanks. Please check them out for yourself because they have lots of variations to try and like my mom, this might be your new favorite breakfast place!

She wasn't thrilled with the sauce she chose, which was a bit of a letdown, but everything else we tried hit the mark. I had the 18xx Chicken Sandwich (minus the bun). Glad I went without the bun because that thing would have been a bit of a beast to try and eat as a sandwich. Overall, it's a great spot with a cool atmosphere, and an impressive beer lineup. We got there for an early lunch as we needed patio seating since we had our dog with us, which is dog friendly! It was a good thing we did get there early as the outdoor seating filled up very quickly due to it being a nice day. What we got: *Veggie pimento wrap: I'm not sure why I thought it would be grilled since it didn't notate that it was, but I still expected it since it sounds better than essentially just a vegetable salad in a wrap with a tiny bit of pimento cheese. It was a fine wrap for a warm day, and a a healthy alternative, but a tad boring flavor wise. *Greek chicken pita: This had a lot of chicken and full of flavor! The only issue was that there was so much liquid coming out all over the place, making it a very messy pita. *We both got homemade chips with our meals and they were as good as we remembered. They definitely know how to make some good chips! Service was friendly and fast. I look forward to coming back to trying something else from the menu!

Very disappointed in what Napa has become…read more. I am never one to post things like this because I work in the service industry. I know people and places have their off days and am very understanding. With that said, I'm actually appalled with the way my parents were treated at Napa today on their anniversary. Back story- I ate at Napa 6 years ago for my prom dinner in a large group and everything was great, so i recommended they go there. Unfortunately for them, there's been major changes and apparently for the worse. They came in and were offered a toast for their anniversary. They were the only table in there and service already seemed pretty slow. After receiving the complimentary wine and bread, they asked about the mussels. The server came back a while later (again no one else to be served in there) and told them the mussels needed to be shucked and couldn't be served... I feel like I don't even have to explain why that seems like a blatant lie, when specifically Napa's mussels are served in the shell (steamed) and not shucked. I could be wrong about that, I don't work in Napa's kitchen, but the real problem was after that. The server then never came back after 20-30 minutes. My parents sat there debating "should we leave, should we stay?"... Ultimately deciding to leave, they ran into the server on the way out. To keep the peace, they told him that something came up and they had to go. This server, knowing it was their anniversary, and knowing he just blatantly ignored them, responded with "yeah we already heard y'all talking about it" ?????? I'm sorry, what? You knew they were wondering where you were at, overheard them talking about it, and never went back over to do your job? Absolutely unacceptable and I am so truly embarrassed to have recommended Napa to them. This was their 2nd anniversary and they wanted to try something new. They originally had reservations at The Pump House, and those were canceled because of the weather. I told them they could try Napa, it's owned by the same people, and I had a great experience. Like I said, I know people and places have off days, but there is no fixing this experience for them. They never want to go back after being treated like they weren't wanted. Feels like a problem from the top down. I hope no one else's anniversaries are ruined because of managers who aren't paying attention to the floor they're supposed to be running. Edited - They are not still owned by the same people, but that is what I had thought originally when recommending.

They did not disappoint. I went on a Wednesday morning after a doctor's appointment, which I had to fast for so I was really hungry and thirsty. The outstanding servers at Flipside quickly remedied both of those! Being that it was late morning in the middle of the week seating was quick and easy. I've been there on the weekends though picking up for DoorDash when the line has been out the door so please plan accordingly. But if the rest of their items are as good as what I had I now know why there is a line. My server was quickly to my table moments after I sat and was ready to get me a drink. I choose a simple soda but as they have a full bar there are so many choices! But even the simple soda delighted me as it was brought in a cute glass shaped like a soda can with the restaurant's name on it. I'm not sure if they sell them but I would have been a buyer today. Having delivered this dish to many times to count I knew what I was getting before I entered. The chicken and waffles will always be my go to order at any place that offers it so it was a no brainer. I added a side of sausage links, I like sausage with my breakfast and I wanted something else to rate. :) As I was thirsty I sucked down that first drink very fast and was happy when a server swooped by and filled it up for me and took the paper wrapper from the straw with her to clear the table. In hardly no time at all my order was delivered to my table. I was also asked if i wanted butter for my waffle, um yes please! My dish - the waffle was quite large and thick. It had a great crust to the outside but the inside was warm and fluffy. After the butter I poured the syrup over the waffle. It held up in the little waffle cups never really absorbed by the waffle and therefore it never got soggy. I got four decent sized chicken tenders, one for each quadrant of the waffle. At least, that's how my brain sized it up. The tenders were seasoned and coated well and would be a tasty snack on their own. Cut and stacked with bits of waffle made the ultimate bite! The sausage links were just as delicious! They were hot and the outer casing had a nice snap to them when you bit into them. It was the perfect compliment to the chicken and waffles. Overall my meal was amazing. The service was exemplary. The place is very cheerful and friendly. Just typing up this review made me crave another order of chicken and waffles. If you haven't yet been there then I highly suggest you get over there soon! I know I will be back soon!

I arrived on a rainy Tuesday morning so as you can imagine the place was not crowded. All part of my plan. The restaurant has a shiny happy people vibe to it that makes you feel good just walking in. As it wasn't crowded I was allowed to pick my seat. There are several booths, a long cushy bench with tables and chairs, lots of regular chair seating and if you want to be close to the action, you can sit at the bar up close near the kitchen and get a good view of how hard the wait staff work! I chose a bench seat in the corner because I hate people. ;) Just kidding. The two waitress's on duty I remember from my DoorDash days and they me. I was presented with utensils and a menu. I was asked if I wanted to start with something to drink right away but I said I'd wait. They gave me a few minutes to look it over and returned. After reviewing the menu I decided to go with an Orange Juice and the Caramel Apple Pancakes. I was asked what size drink I wanted. I went with the small because sometimes you never know about OJ. Some places it can be strong or pulpy. The small was just right and if the large had turned out to be the size of the water cup it would have been too much for me. She also offered the cup of water which I thought was nice and accepted. Ordering the Caramel Apple Pancakes I got a choice of bacon or sausage. I chose sausage. I then got a choice of links or patties. I chose the patties. I liked that I had the options. I prefer sausage to bacon and patties to links. A very short wait later my order arrived. Two plate sized pancakes with hot apples and a caramel sauce drizzled over them. I tried the pancakes as they came thinking adding syrup to them with caramel sauce on them already might be too much sweet on sweet. But the pancake ate dry. They were hot and delicious but I just can't do pancakes without syrup. There was a whole bottle already on the table for me so lets try it! I only poured it out on the side of my plate so I could dip the pancakes in them. It helped make them even better than they were. One thing about the pancakes though, when I forked my bite the bottom layer of them kept peeling off making it a little difficult to eat. My two sausage patties looked yummy. They came with a package of whipped butter. The patties had a good flavor, not thick but not thin either. But I have to say compared to my hot hotcakes, they were a bit cold. Almost like they were premade and sitting under a warming light. If they hadn't hit the griddle with the pancakes I wish they did cause that was the only thing I could find fault with this entire meal. It even left me full but not stuffed. I will definitely be back as I have some waffles and french toast to try!
