This is the worst Krispy cream experience ever. I purchased the Valentine's Box for $20 dollars. These donuts look and feel at least a day old. I should have known better than to buy from them. When entering, the equipment looked like it hadn't been used all day. The person who appeared to be in charge and the other employees were all just standing around. Krispy cream you can do better than this crap you sold me today. I know you can. If not then shame on you. I see why this lication has a two star rating. The donuts were fresh, warm, and practically melted in my mouth. The variety offered was impressive, and it was great to see some new flavors alongside the classics. The coffee was also spot-on, making for a perfect pairing with the donuts. However, the service could use some improvement. The team members seemed a bit too occupied with their phones, which led to a slower than expected service. It wasn't overly busy, but it took longer than necessary to get our order. This location has been open for a while and I've had doughnuts from here that were dropped off at the hospital. The doughnuts are always tasty and fresh. I love that there are multiple Krispy kremes in the Charlotte area now. I like to stop by this one every once in awhile cuz it's the closest one near my place. They always have hot fresh donuts if that's something you enjoy. My favorite is the raspberry-filled donut. You'll almost always find me at a small local place, but I do love a Krispy Kreme donut. When they released their new caramel glazed donuts I needed to try them. Covid-19: this location has a drive thru which is awesome. I think you can order and pay online at all Krispy Kreme locations too. We did the drive thru. We got a box of three: cake batter, caramel glazed, and salted double caramel crunch. This was our first time trying all of these and they were all amazing. The cake batter is filled and is so good. We zapped the other two in the microwave and I think I liked both better than the original glazed (my previous favorite). The double salted caramel crunch was my overall favorite. I think I saw that the caramel ones are only available for a limited time, so get there soon! read more

This place is amazing! I stopped by the day before 4th of july and KK happened to have a buy 1 dozen get 1 dozen free donut promotion going on. This was perfect because we were planning on getting 2 dozen donuts anyways for a brunch we were hosting. My most favorite donut flavor is the regular glazed donuts, and nothing I love more is when they come hot & fresh right out of the oven. The staff was nice and packed our order pretty quickly. I have never EVER been to such a gross krispy kreme before. Not only were the donuts cold and stale but the overall store was disgusting. Someone's chipotle order was in the area where they prep the food and look at the atrocity on the conveyor belt. Like what even is that? How are "freshly" glazed donuts crackling like that and what's the pile of mutilated donuts? Keep in mind there's two guys literally on the belt doing "quality control". I have been 3 times and there's a bit of an issue with the scanning machine for the application and freshness of selection but that is most likely attributed to the slower pace of the establishment. read more

First time in my life I'm criticizing the worlds greatest doughnut. Stopped by to treat myself to 2 scrumptious KK glazed donuts after lunch. I realize the hot donuts now sign was not on, but who wants REFRIGERATED donuts?? I pulled around to a parking spot ready to enjoy two wonderful donut treats... And had to drive home and microwave the donuts... They were not even room temperature... They were refrigerated! Talk about a way to mess up a wonderful brand?!? So I would suggest if you don't want refrigerated donuts, you better ask for them warm or at least room temperature... Really, I thought more of Krispy Kreme than this. read more

I went to the Krispy Kreme location in the Pineville NC location, 9/29/21 and the HOT NOW sign was on, however, when we waited in the drive through, only to find out when we placed our order that the doughnuts were NOT HOT NOW. This is unacceptable, to lure people in, have them wait for extended periods of time in the drive through, only to be told that the doughnuts are not HOT NOW. This has happened to me on two different dates at this location. The most recent time, around 8 pm, we spoke to the cashier and asked why the HOT sign was on. He didn't know, but said they weren't making hot doughnuts for a while. My husband, said to him, well turn off the sign. He said it's electronic (as if he couldn't turn it off). I love hot doughnuts, and KK, but this is unacceptable. read more

Terrible service and my order was incorrect. I asked what was in the Reese's donut and the employee stated that they hadn't had that one yet and didn't know what was in it. No effort to ask someone else or find out. I ordered 2 raspberry filled, 2 chocolate iced cream filled and 2 original glazed and when I got home they were all original glazed. I usually don't order original glazed by the dozen, so i can't speak to their quality. However, i do buy assorted dozens, and without fail, every single one is hard as a rock. This location should be closed if they don't have the traffic to make donuts daily. Also, the employee gave me a dirty look for ordering an iced latte. I want to give a shout out to the cashier and co-workers at Krispqy Kreme! I went there for Santa Belly donuts but when I arrived, there were none left. I asked the young lady helping me,( I really wish I knew her name)if there were any left and she took the time to go and ask her co workers about the donuts I was looking for. Great service, and smiling faces donuts are fast! But, do not order the coffee. If your ready to stand and wait then go ahead. We ordered two iced coffees and waited for thirty minutes . Almost no body knew how to work the machine and nobody wanted to help. It took someone else ordering and reviving their coffee to make us realize that they had forgotten.
