Super fresh and fluffy donuts! I loved the variety of flavors. They are all SUPER sweet though. I could only try a sliver of each. If you like super sweet donuts, you would love all of the flavors. My favorite was the toasted coconut and red velvet because they were very soft and not as overpowering as the others. The strawberry and blueberry both had nice fruity flavor but also too sweet. I was glad that finally able to come to this place because their hours of operation are early in the morning to mid afternoon. The lady on the inside was very nice. I came towards the end of the day, so there was not a lot of goodies left, which is to be expected and also a good thing for the business. Drinks such as water and coffee are available for purchase. I ordered an apple fritter and it was big! I took it home to heat it up and couldn't wait to dig in. It had the potential to be good, but it was VERY OILY!! It tasted like the oil settled into the bread and was left tasting like oil and glaze. I cut a little piece off the fritter and squeezed it with a paper towel and so much oil came out. My guest ordered a Lucky Charms donut and said that it was tasty, had soft bread, and it wasn't oily at all. Sadly, that wasn't my experience but the other items that were left looked tasty. I wouldn't be jumping at the bit to try the apple fritter again but it probably would taste better if it were fresher or if I came earlier in the day. read more

The lady servicing customers didn't have the most bubbly demeanor but I was able to place and receive my order without any issues. Some people are just there to do the job and that's it. I'm not sure what made me stop here. I don't normally buy stuff like this but have seen this "non-chain" brand and figured why not. What a fun surprise this place is. It really is a hidden gem that you can overlook while drive to one of the bigger more well known brands. The ladies in there are so incredibly sweet, helpful, patient and more. I'd go back there for that reason alone. ...but, that's not the only reason to go back. They actually make incredible donuts. Not Dunkin, not Krispy Kreme. Something all on their own. The donut is more along the KK style with the lightness you like but the toppings Jelly Donuts has are so much better and varied. Not only that, they will fill every donuts (even ones with holes) with any of a variety of filling. I had never heard of Jelly Donuts until I moved to Huntersville,NC. Initially, I over looked the place because I had never heard of brand. Fast forward to today, I absolutely love the donuts and try not to stop because they are sooo good:) The ladies at the counter are always plesant and show amazing customer service. This morning specially, the ladies showed professionalism and patience with a customer service. Two people were very indecisive on what they wanted. As they were placing their order, they were also reading text message requests. The lady behind the counter nicely suggested they get their orders from text messages together to move the long line from the door. The customer ignored the suggestion and continued to read text requests and holding up the long line. The women, repeatedly apologized for the customer's rude actions and lack of consideration for other customers. I made sure to thank the ladies for awesome their awesome customer and consideration for other customers. The ambiance is one of donut heaven. I saw this place last week and with a donut loving husband I stopped in. The service manner is succinct, bordering on curt. The environment lacks ANY welcoming warmth or charm. They have an array of mugs and merchandise that is not for sale. Why would any store do that? My neighbors rave about this donut shop so it was time to check it out. Come to the counter and you'll see glazed, chocolate covered, sugar, and powdered sugar donuts waiting to be filled. I loved the option of selecting your filling and watching them fill the donut when you order. We tried the Bavarian crème, Apple, Strawberry, and Raspberry fillings - all were good. My personal favorite is the chocolate frosted, they will add fresh Boston cream to the inside of it when you order! Is there a big fancy iced coffee here? Dropped in Jelly Donuts on a Tuesday evening after work! Upon entering I was not greeted and there wasn't anyone in the front of the store. I began to look at donuts and the menu. The choices at that time in the evening were not very plentiful. I decided to go with red velvet crumb and iced chocolate. I then went to the register which is when the employee in the back noticed me and came out to greet and assist me. She was very friendly and answered any questions I had.
