Great service, consistent drinks! Love that their salted cream coffee includes coffee jelly.

After seeing the highly rated reviews of this place, I was looking forward to seeing what the hype was about. I was disappointment that my experience didn't match most of others in the slightest. As soon as I walked in, I was met with the most sickeningly sweet scent that could give someone a headache. I was hoping that would be the least of my worries, but when I saw the Taro milk tea with boba that I ordered was a vibrant purple instead of the natural pale purple, I was instantly disappointed. The vibrant purple is because they're using Taro powder and that was clearly obvious as I could taste the powder. read more

Best boba place I've ever been to! You can tell the boba is made in-house, and they have a large variety of flavors. The bahn mi is also delicious. read more

Reallt amazing bubble tea! Ordered the taro, strawberry and butterfly lychee. They were all winners. When they packed our teas in the to go carrier, the gentleman working there even took the care to pick out matching straws for the colors of our tea. So, so nice! Loved yhat the boba was really fresh and the teas weren't too sweet. read more

Please skip this place if you actually know what bubble tea is. Went in and ordered a large strawberry lemonade with mango popping peaRls. My sister ordered a strawberry lemonade with lychee popping pearls. Why are our team 2 totally different colors? Loaded with sugar and no hint of tart lemonade whatsoever. The kids behind the desk didn't know anything about their product offering and when I asked if they could adjust the sweetness level (very common at a bubble tea place) they got defensive and refused and offered black tea. What boba place can't customize sugar levels? Would not recommend. read more

I am in LOVE with J tea. We have been frequent customers since the opening, and they have been consistently great every time. I love the strawberry milk tea with the strawberry popping bubbles, my husband loves the honey dew or coconut milk teas. The vibe of the place is good and they are always friendly and playing good music. They have cute stuff on the walls and it's just a cute little addition to Tega Cay. Definitely one of our favorites and a plate we will always be loyal customers to! read more

Went today on their Grand Opening day not expecting much but all our drinks were great! I really like how the boba they use is smaller than the typical ones you find in most places. I tried Avocado with boba for the first time and it was fantastic and not too sweet. They did not have sandwiches when we got there but will definitely come back tomorrow. The staff were all nice, the younger teen working the cash register was patient and knew the menu and helped make the drinks too! Kudos to the entire team for having your stuff together on your grand opening day. read more

The best boba shop in the TC/FM area. Everyone is very friendly and you are greeted when you arrive. A big selection of teas, milk teas, and slushies to drink, amazing Vietnamese sandwiches and desserts too. A cute little shop located in a strip mall. Very nicely decorated and very clean inside. The employees wear masks. There are a few tables inside and outside to enjoy your eats and drinks. read more

Our favorite boba spot. Blended Oreo milk tea is so good. Drive past 4 other boba spots to come to JTea. The staff is incredibly efficient. Will come back many times. read more

Tried this place for the first time the drinks was good but the Banh mi is so nasty. Too Americanize.

I like that they use the small boba balls and the tea was delicious. I also ordered the tofu bahn mi. Next time I would order without the butter. It was a little too rich for me. I like my bahn mi on the dry side. read more

Love the banh Mi sandwiches and for sure the bubble teas. The customer service is really nice, favorite place and it is also super clean

We really like these guys. Good service. They have a large selection of flavors for drinks and a large selection of flavors for their pops. The Bahn Mi (grilled pork) never disappoints. We will definitely become regulars. read more

Would recommend. Has friendly staff, only negative thing is the price. It's around 6$ for me to get a boba drink here.

While looking through their good (but not overwhelming) selection of teas, don't look past their banh mis. Yum!

This place is a nice hidden gem. I am totally addicted to their bubble teas. My favorites are coconut and avocado bubble teas. My husband gets the coffee and my daughter's favorite is strawberry. They modify it somewhat for a less sugar option since I do not like super sweet things. I also love the lemongrass tofu bahn mi. Just the right size. The customer service has always been top notch! Their special- coco-nana (like a shake) with boba is yummy too! I've have other bubble teas at other places, which have been really good, but it's not really comparable. J Tea's are just different and the ones I crave. read more

This place is 100! Let's start with the customer service being so awesome! We ordered two of their house teas and my husband dropped one on the way to the table. It was our fault, but the store was so nice that they gave us a new tea for free. Not to mention they cleaned up our mess while we drank our tea! Super kind. The boba here is one of the best boba I have tried in a while. Very tasty and soft texture, and their house tea is very yummy! Will be definitely coming back. read more

All you could ask for in a Boba Tea shop. Great drinks and good food served with a smile. Great addition to Fort Mill!!

Really cute store but the four teas I've tried have been Gross. For $6 just go to Starbucks.

Butterfly Boba and milk tea were on point. The J special seemed a little light on fillings, at least from what I'm used to at other places. Service was friendly and quick. read more

Had the BEST, FRESHEST ingredient sandwich I have had in a long time!! Frozen fruit slush was good but the chicken sandwich was the best.

So happy there's finally a boba place in Tega Cay! Even if you don't like boba, there's plenty of other things to get. J Tea has a variety of tea options and sandwiches. My personal favorite is the brown sugar milk tea with boba. There's also multiple types of deserts. The workers are very friendly and it's very clean inside. There's also seating both inside and outside. Overall, visiting J Tea will definitely be worth your while! read more

Very nice and tasty tea. I always get their Thai Tea. The only negative is how expensive it is now. I was just up there yesterday and paid $6.49 for a Thai Tea. I think it is more expensive than Starbucks now. I will still go but not as much. read more
