One of the workers, Lathan, had just taken the trash out and went right on to making smoothies (not sure if he changed gloves). He is quite possibly a new hire, however, more training is definitely needed prior to being tasked with making smoothies on his own. As he was making my smoothie, it was too thick, so he added more ice, then more, then more. When I finally got it, after waiting at least 10 minutes, it wasn't what I ordered and it tasted like water with blueberry. We weren't able to even 'just choke it down'. He was very sloppy in his work, seemingly mixing smoothies as he splashed them around. My mom's smoothie was also not good and he didn't fill it all the way- leaving at least an inch of space even though there was some smoothie remaining in the blender.
