Was surprised to see the very low rating for this particular Dunkin shop. It was perfectly clean, including the bathroom -- stopped in with my 2 year old, so I was squatting on the restroom floor to assist her! The employees were lovely and accommodating when my husband accidentally ordered dairy milk in my drink, which I can't have. No issues whatsoever with this establishment and in fact found the place to be tidy, neat, and with EXTRA friendly service. Also! We decided to stop by to order a few doughnuts for dessert and breakfast in the morning. We were happy to see that there was a bit of a selection left. One of the workers greeted us then called over another staff member to take our order. We started to order then the second team member started to sweep and clean quite vigorously. You would think there would not be any issues with cleaning, but the food was all in the open and not covered. We said something twice how this was not a good idea while the food was not covered and we were ordering. The dirt and dust was flying everywhere. Both staff members completely disregarded what we said with no regard for the health and safety of the customers. I would not recommend going to this Dunkin' Doughnuts. You would never know what type of surprise is on the food. read more

Literally stood at the front for 15 minutes and not one employee acknowledged us or asked us what we wanted to order. We were the only 2 in the entire Dunkin. 0/10 do not get dunkin here. The 980 foxcroft ave store is absolutely horrible. I waited 30 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me and when it was my turn they tried to give me 2lbs of unground coffee. Told them I wanted my money back and they said I had to go to the app so I called them and told them what was going on so they refunded my money for the 2lbs of coffee. This is the SLOWEST Dunkin store I have ever been to. I will be telling ALL my friends to stop going to Dunkin , unless you like waiting and poor service !!! Never waited for coffee with cream so long in my life. I was also offered someone else's order multiple times. Every Dunkin Donuts I've ever gone to (I'm a loyal customer) just pours the coffee right when you order it. Maybe the worst Dunkin' in the chain. Definitely the worst in Berkeley County and the surrounding area. Plan on spending at least 20 minutes in the drive through (I've timed this a few times). You'll be lucky to get the correct order. I was handed a drink that had a hot chocolate sticker on it (which is what I ordered) but it was actually coffee. They did replace the drink when I told them about it, but the second drink was some form of Carmel chocolate. I'm sure it was more than likely the employee not happy that I had them correct my order and gave me the wrong drink again. Regardless, If you have have all morning to waste and want to roll the dice on getting the correct order this is your Dunkin, if not, go somewhere else. When in doubt, leave this one out. read more

Drive through takes a minimum of 20 minutes! Ordered two large drinks and neither were correct and I had to go into the store to get them both remade. The coffee and the latte were not worth drinking! The coffee was extremely watered down and the latte was basically just milk! Many issues with this particular Dunkin. Have multiple times tried to get a frozon coffee only to be told that either their machine is being cleaned or they're not making frozen coffee at this time. Both in midday. Tried to get a sandwich at 1:15pm one day and was told the sandwich counter was not open. This morning ordered a sausage egg & cheese on a croissant, when I opened the bag there was a plain croissant w/ nothing inside. Stopped in to grab my fellow employees some hot chocolate and the young man informed me they do not do that now. It was within and hour of closing, I then asked further and he stated the machine was broken. So I thought he should maybe lead with that. I am not surprised at how many times Dunkin can continue to not meet even the basic expectations. Coffee was made perfectly and I love their donuts! Little things like frosting being a little messed up and no napkins - come on people! It's a drive through donut and coffee place! Waited in line, inside for at least 10 mins. First person in line! Asked several times if we could get waited on. Finally had to say can we get helped or do we need to leave. By this point there for 4 people in line behind me. But about 15 cars were waited on in the drive thru getting their drinks. Once I was finally waited on, I had to tell the worker where the donuts were on the shelf. I wanted a Choc frosted with sprinkles, she looked all over. I said top left and she looked to the right! The first time I went here the coffee tasted sour. So my mom and I went last week to try it again, and the coffee was terrible. I don't like to waste things so I tried to drink it, but I don't think coffee is supposed to be sour. I can drink black coffee, but this wasn't even close to that. read more

Everytime you go there is a line all the way out to Foxcroft Ave. The last two times they have taken over 20 minutes and when I got to the window there were only two employees in there, one of which had one arm in a sling. You are rushed at the speaker every time and have to wait forever to get a couple donuts and a coffee. Attitude of employees has been fair at best in my experience. They just threw the donut upside down in the bag with no regard for the frosting, the Frozen chocolate I ordered was not up to par. The squirt of whipped cream was not satisfactory in anyway. The frozen chocolate was just not good. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese which was good, but how can you mess up a bagel with cream cheese it's a bagel! read more
