I went in to get something sweet on my break, and I'm not sure if I just got unlucky with the cookie I picked, but this cookie was extremely stale and dry. When I bit into it, it crumbled like dust in my mouth and the Knafe was tasteless...I couldn't take more than two bites. The inside seemed to be very clean which I appreciated and the person working behind the counter was nice and had a smile on the entire time. I'm thinking I might've just gotten unlucky with my cookie choice, so next time I go, I'll update my score. read more

Stopped yesterday for the first time. I bought a twix cookie, brownie, and a cinnamon croffle. 5 stars for the croffle- it was so delicious! 3 stars for the brownie- beautifully decorated, but kinda dry/crusty. 2 stars for the twix cookie. It definitely looked better than it tasted. The caramel and chocolate on top were tasty, but the cookie base was dry and crumbly and did not have a good shortbread flavor. It was pretty flavorless. Service was great so 5 stars for that. If I'm in the area again, I'll most definitely stop in for another croffle! read more

First of all, this little bakery & coffee shop is run by The Best People Ever. They have clearly thought through what they want to make for you, how creative they can possibly be about making it, & how delicious (or how delisha) they can get about crafting each treat. They totally know what they're doing. I asked for a slightly unusual drink--a breve latte--& the owner made it without a hitch & beautifully. They've created superinteresting cookies, croffles, & pasties in very attractive flavors. My mother in law, 88, is almost allergic to spicy foods but completely enjoyed the [spicy] jerk chicken pasty. Family visiting from the UK tried an amazing pecan bar. And check out the cake in a can! We stopped in this morning to give them a try. We ordered 2 cookies, 2 croffles, and 2 coffees. Everything is amazing, but the croffles are outstanding! I loved this little bakery as soon as I walked inside! Brightly lit, beautiful glass cases to display the cookies & pastries, and a warm welcome from the staff. I was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this sweet little bakery and the cookies are SO GOOD!!! Hagerstown's answer to Crumbl cookies but better in my opinion because they aren't as sweet and are more homemade. I wasn't sure what to expect when I walked in and was greeted by big glass display cases full of freshly baked big wonderful looking cookies, cakes and pastries!! I ordered a 6-pack box of cookies and 2 of the cinnamon croffles. It was hard to pick just 6 cookies because I really wanted to try them all!! They also have savory pattys and a selection of sandwiches and a full barista bar for coffees. Delisha is located in the 2nd row of the newish shopping area between Walmart and the DMV, directly beside Brother's Pizza and behind Cracker Barrel. read more

The service was great. Kind people, patrons seemed to like them. It was a quite. They didn't look open, the sign is small and with the reflective tint on the door and window, I couldn't really see in. I carefully pulled on the door, and found they were opened. I personally didn't care for the cookie itself. Never had a crumbl cookie, so I didn't have much to base it on, except we'll eating cookies. I didn't quite understand what the combination was supposed to be. I imagined for the topping flavors a rich but subtle sugar cookie. I think the cookie had little to no flavor. Randomly found this place on way back to VA. Just a few mins off of I-70. Quiet place some chair/ tables to eat in, wasn't busy fair prices, the sparkling drinks were not sweet which helps off set the sweetness of the cookies. Savory food I tried the beef patty which had great flavor. They offer to warm it up for you. read more

I do not understand the good reviews. I had a 6 pack of the cookies, and they were so bad. I have three boys and a husband, and I ended up throwing away most of the cookies. No one wanted them. The cookie itself was dry, and the icing was bland. At the price point of a Crumbl cookie, I expected more. I have had Crumbl cookies many times, and these don't even come close. read more
