He told her to get off the phone aggressively. She then asked for a refund. This is a small business and I've never seen the bakery full of customers, so there should be a concerted effort to provide good service. He told us he's been in business almost forty years It appears that he has a loyal following with the local residents. Many of the customers addressed him by his name.
