My husband and I go on weekly coffee dates and this is usually where we end up going.Their coffee is consistently amazing and we enjoy the atmosphere and service. I went to their other location in Hagerstown, they are a roaster as well as coffee shop. Had a very tasty waffle with whipped cream. I am a complete coffee snob and I will say this without hesitation and having visited coffee places all over North America. BEST Cortado ever. I have not checked out their other espresso drinks but this wiped the floor with any other place at least in Maryland so far. Highly recommended. It will knock your socks off. And they served it in a glass not a paper cup. Friendly, great service. Super clean. Go there. One proviso: no customer bathroom at the small store on Robinwood. Don't know about the one downtown, I assume they do as it's a much larger store. read more

The staff was welcoming and the cafe inside was really cute! I got the pina colada matcha and it was good! My favorite part was the matcha cold foam on top!!! Loved it. I chose this place because some influencer recommended it (I think "Burger Buff"). The customer service was incredible. The staff actually seems to routinely consume the products they sell and appears genuinely enthusiastic about them. The bagels were delicious, which was a shock considers they're gluten free. Nearly every table had an outlet nearby, which really helped me since I was working from the shop. The internet speed was quick, and I felt comfortable taking up space for hours. Parking is one of my anxious points, and Hagerstown did a great job marking the road with parking signs and directions. On a recent road trip from Washington, D.C. to Grand Rapids, Michigan, Cannon Coffee was the perfect coffee pit stop. Enjoying quality coffee, we were looking for a spot along the way that wasn't Starbucks. Enter Cannon Coffee. Located in historic downtown Hagerstown, we found street parking right in front of the shop. The inside is well-designed and comes with indoor and outdoor seating. They have a full coffee menu as well as a food menu. My latte was well brewed and the "Jammin Toast" was delicious with fresh jam and goat cheese. Great eye candy while you're sipping away. I like the street view where we're sitting, quiet morning. $8.50 per a plain waffle and $3.50 for small 8oz cup of hot chocolate. I'm feeling like eating in a big city as Rockville town square, or big tourist area like New York city. The shop decor is pretty nice, modern and rustic at the same time. They also have outdoor sitting areas. The waffle just ok, I always prefer plain with syrup. They have berry,banana and other toppings on it for $10 per waffle. The coffee was great. The v be Artist as we're very patient and kind. Very clean and well designed space. Lovely exterior coffee seating section. I think for it to be in the Arts district it could be filled with local artists works and the toasts should be elaborately finished with edible flowers etc. we had the Spicy Sriracha Avo toast. Cute little coffee shop, every was super friendly, plenty of seating and room for a stroller. I had a berry parfait and nitro float (why has it never occurred to me to put vanilla ice cream in cold brew??) and it was fantastic. My friend had the peach waffle and said it was the best waffle she'd ever had (would have never known it was gluten free!). Very few coffee shops know how to make a good micro-foam, which for me is what brings all the flavors together and ties them up in a rich, velvety smooth packaging. You get the subtle and mild yet crucial texture of the micro-foam with the stronger, bolder flavor of the coffee and it's perfect matrimony in a paper cup. The inside space is pretty good for doing work. An overall cozy vibe and the music is never too loud. Cannon is in a prime location in Downtown Hagerstown and it's never hard to find parking nearby. I stopped by Cannon coffee today in my lunch break, this place had been in my list for a while now but I had never stopped by until today, service was ok but in the other hand my food wasn't as great. I asked for a strawberry cheese danish and I'm not sure if they make those at the cafe or order them but it had a hair in between, really grossed me out and couldn't keep eating it or even eat my açaí bowl thinking I would find a hair in there as well.
