I love this Starbucks. They have never messed up my order and the baristas are always super friendly! If you hit up the drive thru, you are not going to have to worry about sitting forever in an endless line. The staff is use to getting people in and out and respect that you have other things to do. But don't worry, they are always super friendly at the window! Not sure what you want? Don't worry the barista can help with that too. They can suggest plenty of coffee or non coffee drinks depending on what you like. You should also check out their sandwiches and bakery. They are both excellent! My daughter loves their cake pops. I like the Lemon pound cake and you have to try the Cranberry Bliss Bars around Nov/Dec. They are amazing!! My husband is a big fan of the morning breakfast sandwiches. Well. I don't know what all of these negative reviews are about, but I can only speak for my own experience. We were wonderfully greeted in the drive thru by a pleasant voice who gave us the time we needed to make the right decision. When we pulled up to the window, we were greeted with a smile and received our order quickly and efficiently. Everything was just as we ordered and delicious. They even wrote "Enjoy!" on our cup. This location does not update the app to what's available. Do not restock refreshers and I do not drink coffee. I only come for seasonal refreshers and love them. We actually ordered one of the seasonal refreshers and they gave me the wrong one because they didn't have what I wanted. I would've never ordered if I had known it wasn't available and it hasn't been available for over a month that is not OK. This was my first visit to this Starbucks location. I placed a mobile order on my way to work, with the intent to grab and go. However when I arrived, I had to wait 10 minutes for my drink. People walked into the store ordered food items and drinks, got them and left, and still I stood there. The young lady asked me about my order when I was the only one standing there. Then she finally addressed me. And to add insult to injury, my drink was weak; packed no punch. Major disappointment. I just happened to notice that the lady rang up the grilled cheese as $6.45 when the sign posted clearly says $5.75. I pulled up and asked why the price was different. She stuttered and said uh...uh. Stopped in to grab a caramel macchiato as I was passing through town. My order directions sometimes are over looked which makes my drink incorrect, but they got it right. They just did a remodel. Unfortunately, they took out half the seating including the best seats along the windows. Instead they left the seating near the door that gets all the air from the outside. Not only that people waiting for drinks are right on you "rear". This remodel had nothing to do with customer experience in mind. This is the second time they removed seating from this location. Perhaps they should go ahead and just make it a drive thru. The best advice is go to one of the many local coffee shops. They knew my name long before Starbucks even with my "Gold" card. I love stopping by the Hagerstown Starbucks because the workers are always pleasant. They give the full "Starbucks" experience. I don't drink Frappacinos or any other sugar laden concoctions - Starbucks for me is about strong coffee served with a sunny disposition (and maybe a little creative style). Done going to this location. EVERY single time the drive thru takes a half an hour and to top it off I have to have my drink remade. Go to the Starbucks in Martins in longmeadow, or the other Starbucks by Walmart. If you need a drink by the mall go to the one inside Target. read more

I work at the mall and get coffee everyday but would never recommend coming here....Unless you want your day to start off wrong. It takes an absolutely ridiculous amount of time to get thru. Can't believe the prices they charge and their cups and egg bite packaging is so poor. The paper cups are so thin when you pick it up the cup rim collapses and you your drink all over you. Egg bites are put in a paper sleeve tray with no napkins and they slid right out . read more

Since my last review I visited this Starbucks several times before the pandemic and during the pandemic. The customer service is excellent and employees are doing a good job working during the pandemic. Right now, the tables and chairs are not available for seating so everything is to go. My orders were done correctly and the place was very clean. I do recommend this place for coffee. read more

I stopped here today when it was 90 degrees. So i was expecting a cold beverage. SO I pull up to this location and right away and I smell the worst smell ever in the drive thru...I don't know if it was the dumpster that was sitting to the right of me with the door wide open or not but it was so bad I was ready drive out of there and go elsewhere. That aside there were several other incidents during this time that made me extremely upset. I'm not the one to complain and have never been to the point where I would want to yelp, but too many things happened for me to just walk away without saying anything. Problem 1, It was only 3 other cars ahead of me which is pretty slow for the area near the mall which is usually packed. That being said I expected for the line to go by much quicker because ive seen it go faster when there were cars wrapped around the building. Secondly, when we got to the speaker box the lady was very unpleasant and had a very unwelcoming tone. She seem to have had an attitude and huffed and puffed through the speaker when we asked her what came in certain drinks etc...When we got to the window we identified the girl, I don't remember her name but she had golden blonde mid length hair, and had an ace wrap around her left arm. She handed us our drinks and cake and only after I pulled away did I notice she gave us NO receipt(me or friend). I was in a hurry and notice when I picked my drink up there was so much ice that I only got about 5 sips out before it was done and only 1 strawberry was in my drink. Not only was it only 1 strawberry, the label on my drink was wrong. My friends drink only had what looked to be melted ice and water and 1 blueberry. I have gotten this drink at several different Starbucks locations and know what the drink should look like, which is usually a reddish color with several strawberry's in it and flavor(Strawberry Acai Refresher). My drink tasted like straight water. Also realized it was the wrong sized drink as well. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I work in food service as a manager and wouldn't dare continue to employ people with no enthusiasm for the job and definitely not place an grumpy employee in the drive thru to run customers away. Dirtiest and slowest (in the lobby) Starbucks ever. The staff is slow to acknowledge customers who enter the lobby and stand in line. My non-fat chai tea was made with 2% milk (I watched the girl make it) after I waited about 5 mins and the other 5 or 6 people behind me in line got their drinks and 3 drive through customers got theirs as well, and I had to remind them I had a second drink waiting, as I assume it went to a drive through customer. I had been going there a couple days a week to study, but will go else where because the lobby is always (not an exaggeration) dirty. One study session we walked in to see a small but noticeable pile of something that looked like coco powder on the floor, and it took 3 hours (and a new employee starting her shift) to clean it up. She swept it, but it needed a wet rag. The tables are always drip stained and sticky. And flies are buzzing about. That is evidence enough of a serious problem, but the lack of attention on the lobby is what makes me stop going there. Oh yeah, and one of the baristas talks in a sickeningly sweet voice to you which is demeaning. At least she didn't call me sweetheart. read more

This Starbucks never has my mobile order ready when I get there. The app says 4-9 minutes for the drink to be ready and it always takes at least 15. I think they prioritize orders from the drive-through over all other orders because I can guarantee you that no car in that line waited 15 minutes which means when the printer printed my order out they just set it aside and continue to work on other orders . I buy a lot of Starbucks from a lot of different locations and never once at any of the other locations have I pulled up within the allotted amount of time and my drink wasn't ready . It's a treat for my highschooler to get Starbucks before school on a Friday otherwise I would never come to this location again read more

Very poor customer service. Today, Starbucks had its global computer shutdown. We find this out after taking time out of our long drive north. The barista at the order counter simply says, "Sorry we can't sell you any coffee. Our computers are down." After asking to speak to a manager, the "Shift Lead" half way turns his head, without making eye contact, and just repeats the same thing. Then adds, "It's too expensive to give lattes away. Sorry." Wow!! We leave very disappointed. Fortunately, the Starbucks at Chambersburg (Exit 16) was wonderful. They explained the global computer shutdown situation. They were very apologetic & offered us the coffees for free for our inconvenience. read more

This is the best coffee in town, hands down. Love that I can get reserve coffees here on the clover machine. I wasn't sure the first day if it would be much better than a drip coffee but I came back three more times that first week. I make the journey to this Starbucks because my drinks are always high quality which I haven't experienced at other coffee shops in town. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't usually write reviews but this was some of the worst service I have EVER had. First the employee running drive thru had an extremely lengthy conversation with who I presumed were friends for around 5 min before I could even order. They chatted and laughed via the drive thru and did not pay any mind to the other patrons as the line of cars continued to grow. Once at the window they continued to talk and took another 10 min to finish up that conversation. There was no apology for the unnecessary wait and was incredibly unprofessional.
