Incredibly slow service. The interior is tiny. There are some outdoor seats as well but there is zero ambiance. The location has a drive thru that seems to get a lot of business. I waited a good 6 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, the one drink maker was flirting with some of the teen girls ahead of me, and one teen employee stood on the other side of the counter and avoided eye contact and went on break. Another cashier sighed loudly after I ordered. The avocado toast was unappetizing and the guac was old and disgusting. Even though I ordered a large caramel craze iced coffee I received a large PUMPKIN SPICE, which sounds nothing like caramel craze. How disappointing and a waste of $6. Definitely didn't feel welcome, no plans to return, and don't recommend this location to others. read more

Online order. Minimal selection at this location. When we arrived we were informed that they were out of some of our selections which were not identified on the ordering site. When we opened our order it was 1 of our 6 items was incorrect. Just overall not a good experience. I suggest going to a larger Dunkin Donuts in the area for a better experience. read more

Ja'kori Staton is the best worker i have ever met. If i were you i would give him the highest raise possible. The food was on par. The vibe of the store is cool. But Ja'kori gave me the best customer experience i have ever had. If he doesnt get a raise i will be very disappointed. Decent enough Dunkin. It is a little small and the drive thru is pretty narrow. The orders I have gotten here have always been correct. The drinks and breakfast sandwiches are always made correctly. The donuts are fresh. The croissant breakfast is really good and worth trying. You can never go wrong with their iced coffee drinks. read more

The employees at this location as of August 6, 2023 have the worst attitude of any location in the area. Spare your sanity and choose the Dual Highway, Professional Blvd, or Sharpsburg Pike locations until the Oak Ridge location retrains or replaces their current employees. Good dunkin donuts. The drive through very difficult to drive thru. Reason being it was a add on. If you have a small car. I'm taking 2 seater. You will be fine. But anything bigger it's a really tight turn. In and out of the drive through. The staff was nice here. I needed a hot tea and snack wrap. The snack trap was hit and the tea was hot as well. The girl at the Windows hated with us for a few. They have outdoor seating there were 2 of the 5 out door tables occupied when we drove past. Overall. Solid dunkin donuts. The absolute slowest service ever at this dunkin! Almost every time I order in the drive thru they make me pull to the front of the store to wait on my order. Not only me, there are AT LEAST five other people waiting on orders from the drive thru in the parking lot. I am normally very patient but today I received all of my food and one of my drinks at the drive thru window and then they pulled me to the front for one iced coffee which I waited TWENTY MINUTES for outside while I watched one of their employees standing outside talking and joking with someone for ten minutes. This ultimately made me late for work. Food and drinks are great but the service is a joke. Employees seem incompetent. Not a good look Dunkin. Do better. read more

Caution for the safety issue in the drive-thu; there is a rock on which it is easy to get stuck. This Dunkin' has gotten in trouble with it before, and multiple incidents are reported each month. When my car did get stuck, the manager did not wait for my towing (despite the car not blocking any part of the business lot/drive-thru) and called his own without informing me, leading to a large fee. The complete mess that resulted from what should have been an easy fix is the reason that I created this account and will be providing the feedback and sharing the issues with the physical property and management at this location and until the issues are addressed properly. read more

This is a smaller DD. It had seats for 20 people, but if all the seats were in use, there would be very little room to move around. I just noticed there is outside seating, which is a nice touch. This looks like most of its business is drive-in. The service was not bad, just not friendly. Coffee was weak and not on par with other DDs I have visited. Old Fashioned Donut was good. I enjoyed it and it made the trip worthwhile. No Wi-Fi here. This seems like a good place to stop by if you are interested in getting a donut. But go the Dual Hwy location for your coffee. read more

Yes, it's small. However, the staff has been consistently friendly, and the donuts are fabulous. We like Dunkin' Donuts, so when we moved out this way, we had to hunt down the nearest one- which ended up being this location. Not much they can do about my one complaint - the hard-to-maneuver-out-of-parking-spots parking lot. read more

Terrible every time I've been there. I understand that Dunkin is not a prestigious establishment but this location is just terrible. The employee repeatedly asked my order details after I did an online order and it took 9 mins to get 3 drinks. Another customers order came in after mine was already in progress and his was completed before mine. Just here. Woman named tash or tish needs to correct her attitude. I asked the woman in the drive through if they were accepting the coupons for the caps 99 cent coffee. I heard the cashier asking another women about caps coupons an said that they work on the lattes and macchiatos so i ordered a macchiato. Next i pull up an they charged 1.99.i handed the girl the card and immediately said wait, how much did u charge me? I attempted to correct them that she just told me they would do the 99 cent coupon. Thats when the cashier asked for miss tash to help an she was very rude, loud and nasty about it all. I was simply asking for the discount. An she yelled well shes going to have to show me the coupon on her phone!! I pulled it up on my phone and unbenounced to me the cashier just ran our card. Then tash was yelling more saying i cant give her a refund with cash after a credit card! Its not even about the coupon. My issue was miss tash's nasty tone and poor customer service skills. read more

I wasn't pleased after placing my order at this DD when I realized the cost was 45 more then "my DD" I go to on a regular basis. When I mentioned it to the cashier he informed me that "my DD" is owned by a different franchise. The cashier continued to tell me how "my DD" is the worst in area. I paid the extra money got my coffee and Bacon Ranch chicken sandwich. But I was really disappointed in the sandwich.... the bun was hard and crumpled every time I took a bite. I asked for decaf and know for a fact I did not get decaf. The drink was initially made wrong and when re made another girl made it without knowing it should have been decaf and was going to dump it out and was told by the guy that took the order not to worry about it. I guess they didn't realize I was watching the whole interaction!!! When the guy handed me the drink I specifically asked if it was decaf and he lied directly to my face! The mistake was not on my part...he punched it in wrong so he had to remake it! If I'm paying for something I don't think it's wrong to expect to get what I paid for. I am thoroughly disappointed and will be finding someplace else to get my coffee from. read more

I come to this location because I live across the street. The hope for me is to avoid wasting a lot of time waiting for my coffee or food. However, this is never the case anymore. I wait at the register for 5 minutes before someone takes my order. Then, I wait another 20 to 25 minutes for the staff to complete my order. When the staff finally notices that I have been sitting there, staring at them for a long time, they quickly prepare my order and offer me free tater tots or donuts to make up for the 30 minutes of lost time. This has happened to me four times, at least. This is mainly because I keep forgetting how terrible the service was the last time I came or because I had hoped they would have gotten their acts together by then. Stick to the drive thru because walk in business doesn't seem like a priority. read more
