My car was rear ended and I was fearful of taking it to a body shop that didn't have excellent painters. I am very particular about this car; it doesn't even come out in the winter time once the salt hits the road. Chris assured me that LCC can do paint and I would be fine going there. I have to say, from the time I went to get the estimate, I knew I was going to be happy. I worked with Bob Simpson, who was very thorough in compiling the estimate and explaining their role in the claim process. He took a number of photos, crawled under the car to get additional photos, and completed a helluva lotta forms. I dropped the car off and was kept abreast of everything by Skip, who is the owner (I didn't know it at the time, since he didn't introduce himself that way). When I went to pick it up, I did the standard inspection and walk around to see if there was anything that looked mismatched. I did this for a good five minutes and couldn't find a flaw. They were even nice enough to buff out a scratch I placed on the car while backing my road bike out of the garage. These guys are awesome, and if you value a good paint job, outstanding service, and very clean body work, you'll gladly make the drive to Purceville. It was well worth it for me!

I recently stopped in this area and finally noticed this. What is interesting is that it is like the last plaza in the area before you go into the yonder. Perfectly hidden making it either the first thing you see or the last thing you see on your journey. There was really no need to stop here, or at least I had thought so. I really needed to use the facilities somewhere before heading back to the highway. That was my initial reason for coming here. But because I was about to head home for a weekend, I needed some snacks and drinks. I went directly to the chip aisle and grabbed some things, and then hit up the crackers/cookies aisle, and finally, I wound up at the coolers near the front of the store. Used the self-checkouts and I was out the door.

I really don't have much to say about the store as a grocery store because it's pretty much what you would expect. But those DONUUUUUUUUTS!!! Lord save me... These are the best donuts I've ever had at a grocery store. Which is why I brought up Point #2. It's the last place I should be if I'm trying to lose weight. Hey, don't judge me. Mind your own bathroom scale. The assortment is great and they are ridiculously flavorful. Soft. Flaky. Huge. I could eat them all day! Which is why I'm going to be in that gym every day in November.
