The service lady came out and told me the light assembly was falling apart inside and says that I hit something, well I didn't hit nothing. They just don't wanna pay for the part that is clearly warranted. We will never buy another Kia. 86k miles and our 2021 Telluride engine is dead. Kia will not cover any part of it. Almost 10k to replace and it is backordered. We drove our pilot to well over 200k miles and the engine was still fine when we sold it. We will have to put a new engine in. They gave us a loaner. As we make an over $500 payment every month, we are driving a little Kia suv with 178k miles on it that pulls with the slightest acceleration and we can't trust on any distance outside our immediate area. Our other car, a 2020 Kia Niro has had 4k miles put on it over the last month as we are forced to use it for everything. It now has 101k miles and will be worthless by the end of this ordeal. I spoke with a sales person at Parsons Friday who has been there 19 years and assured me they would try to help us in some way as this is where we bought the car. Worst car buying experience got totally jerked around by this KIA dealership They promised me they could transfer the exact Kia my wife wanted to lease from a dealership in Laurel MD, took a $1000 deposit and credit app. After I dared to ask questions about the fraudulent collection of personal property taxes on leased cars that aren't personal property, they reneged On their written offer. Huge pain to get the deposit back and my wife's credit score to a huge hit from their credit app. Basically this dealership word is no good and you should not buy a $10 matchbox car from them. $1000 of my valuable self employed time wasted by these idiots. read more

They tried adding several thousand dollars to the price and offered 10% interest rate. 10% without even checking our credit! I can honestly say this is my first positive experience with a car dealership in quite a while. It was a pleasure working with Samantha, my sales representative, who took a very hands off approach with her approach. She was very informative, made sure all my questions were answered and small concerns were addressed. After coming to a price we both thought fair, I drove away happy in my new Kia. After a day or two I noticed a couple of small things needed addressed that I didn't find in my initial walk around. Rather than having me pay out of pocket, Susan, the owner of Parsons, made sure they were taken care of immediately at no cost (despite it being out of warranty). Great customer service all around. We were working with Parson Kia of Winchester to buy a Kia Telluride. We had put money down on a hold for a specific car and when we got there they had sold that car and claimed we had not requested that specific car. Every communication with them in writing had the car we requested and the VIN number. They were not even apologetic and the manager never even came out to speak to us about the issue. Would never trust them or buy a car from them. They thought we would leave with a different car and I would never give them my business after the bait and switch they tried to pull. read more

A bit dissapointed with serviced today at Kia Parsons (no longer Chrysler and Plymouth). Had an appointment today at 9:30 and the Sedona wasn't taken until 10:20. Apparently a b load of used vehicles to prep for sales was what I was told. When I asked about a loaner so my family (6 of us in total) could do chores, all were out and no available used vehicles. Yet six used multi person vehicles on the lot. Two persons detailing vehicles while smoking. The waiting area has a kids area which my wife and three oldest children cleaned with baby wipes. Very dirty, the carpet is very dirty too. Thing of it is, I have been here for over 1.5 hours and no customers browsing the lot. So (at least) 3 salesmen on the lot and none of them could be cleaning the customer waiting area? I first liked this dealership, but the last two visits have been long and dissapointing. I ordered a Kia Telluride in December. Susan the Sales Manager told me the price would be MSRP with NO markups. Jesse the sales associate failed to order the vehicle and was very hard to get ahold of. Here we are in February, I call back, the new sales associate states that it should not have happened that way, however they are now adding a $5000 fee on top of MSRP. I told him what Susan had promised and I had the emails to back it up. He said more than likely Susan would honor it. Just received a call back from someone who was very rude and basically told my I'm outta luck and they will not honor the deal. I asked to speak to Susan and she refused to get on the phone with me. I recommend anyone looking for a Kia or specifically a Telluride stay far away from this dealership. They have shady business practices and do not honor their commitments. I had never driven a Kia and didn't really know much about them. However, my sister in IL had recently purchased a top of the line Sorento. I had a 14-year old Toyota RAV and realized it was time for a new vehicle. I thought this would be a good time to look for a "good deal" on a 2012 model vehicle. I used online Consumer Reports information and considered several vehicles. First, I considered a Scion. Didn't like the ride. Then I really liked the Volkswagon Golf and the Ford Escape. However, I thought I might get "more for the money" if I looked at a Kia. I had a fairly good price on a nice new 2012 at a dealer near DC. However, I knew that if I chose a Kia, I would have it serviced locally in Winchester. I had checked the Parson's inventory online and thought about not talking to you since you didn't have any 2012 Sportages. But I thought I'd give you a chance before going over to DC to check on a vehicle there. Jim Cross was wonderful. Let me test drive a new Sportage and a Soul. Liked both. Then he offered me a used 2012. It worked out. I was pleased with everyone I met. I clearly explained that I didn't know if I would like Kia or not. Also, I was able to reject an offer on a new 2013 that was above my desired budget. There was no nasty pressure. Just helpfulness. I also checked out the service team. I believe I will have good service after the sale. The finance manager was also very helpful. Good experience. read more

Recently purchased a new Kia here. We owned a Kia that had given us many years of good service, so we decided to get another. Samantha was our sales rep. We didn't have to spend hours and hours at the dealership and waste our time haggling for a price. We were presented with a fair price for the exact loaded vehicle we wanted and they took care of all the paperwork in advance for us. We arrived with payment and the car was already detailed, full of gas and ready to go, the paperwork was complete and we were quickly on our way. No pressure for options, upgrades, warranties or add-ons. A family member purchased a used vehicle from them about 7 years ago and their purchase was equally easy. Give them a try before you run all over, spending your time and gas for what will net you the same or lower price here. All the employees we encountered were genuinely nice to deal with. read more

They were able to schedule me quickly and even changed the date of the appointment (within 10 mins of original scheduling) when I found out I had a scheduling conflict. I bought my car at Parson's Kia. I have always been courteously treated whenever I came to either look at cars or have service done. If I said I didn't want something done, I was not pressured into having it done. Things were recommended that I have done at the time or in the near future, but if it was something that had to be done right away they would tell me. Otherwise they suggested I have it done by a certain time. I have never had to wait very long. A half hour at most. read more

I was told they would fix and give me a call next day in which they did but said it was NOT FOR SALE anymore because of the issue and I told them it was most likely the battery but they said there were more issues.. I came in, in person for 4 nights straight trying to buy this van and got the run around that they were sending to auction because to expensive for them to fix but I could talk to this person or that person who "wasn't in at the moment".. Finally, today I take off work early to speak with used car manager just to get there and for him to tell me they SOLD IT to someone else!! Come to find out they decided to hold it for a co-workers friend or family member that got scared because it finally had a buyer (Me)! I bought a car at Parsons KIA in Winchester Va had a good experience until today. My daughter and I went in with a car budget for her. I stated upfront the price point. Sales guy asked what monthly payment... I stated a price again. She needed to finance; I knew at 21 she would need a cosigner... But let her do the paperwork herself. Soooo sales come back and say she needs a cosigner - I would have cosigned.... BUT when I asked what cars were in her price range he ignored the price I gave him and went back to payments - when I stated I wanted to focus on price he said - BRING HIM A QUALIFIED BUYER and he would talk to them... In other words my daughter wasn't GOOD ENOUGH for this dealer... I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE. BUYER beware! I spoke to the manager and this SALES person literally laughed at me when I stated I could cosign as I have great credit - as if I was a street urchin! I own a successful company - have great credit, and work damn hard for all I have. This place does not deserve my money.... Or yours. DO NOT go to PARSONS KIA. read more

I had a 9:30am appointment to have my car inspected, 57,00 mile service,and rubber put back on my windshield. While inspecting it I was told the back tires (that I had purchased from WalMart in August of last year were bad and one would not pass inspection, but that I really needed two new tires. They showed them to me and I bought two new Firestone Tires and had an allignment done. They also showed me that the tires had not been put on right, and there was a bulge starting in the third one. Needless to say I was not a happy camper about all that. (By the way, the girl at the service desk or Josh, not sure which one, took pictures of the tires so I could show them to the people at WalMart and sent them to my e-mail). My mechanic took a lunch break, and when they tried to take the tires off, they found their equipment woujldn't handle it, so they had to take it elsewhere to have them taken off, and where they took it, the people who did that were not there and they had to wait for them to return. Also, when they took the car to have the windshield fixed, those people weren't there either, so another wait till they came back. I had a 1:30 appointment to have my hair cut, so Parson's Kia lent me a loaner car to to get that done. When I got back the car was still not done, and we needed the car to make a trip to New Jersey the next morning, so I waited. The car got done about 5:30pm. I was shocked at the price, but it helped a lot when the girl in the office called me later and took an $87 charge off the bill. read more
