Dunkin Donuts is always a good option for coffee. I had run an errand at Giant across the street and wanted to grab a java. This turned out to be a typical DD shop with standard décor. There was seating for twenty or so people. I found the coffee to be up to standards. There was nothing special about the shop and the service was not particularly warm. Consistently get the wrong order in drive-thru. Need to repeat order at the order station because servers are having three other conversations with other people so thecan't hear accurately. Service was bad. Small selection of donuts. No Boston cream, no regular glazed, no chocolate glazed, etc. Donuts were stale. They gave me the wrong donut, I touched it, and when I gave it back they put it back on the shelf with the other donuts not in the garbage where it should've gone. read more

The staff is some of the most unfriendly I have encountered. They are rude, short, and don't care who you are or how long you are waiting. In the drive thru, the one staff member does not even say have a nice day or anything. She also does not reach out of the window to hand you your order. I drive up close enough to the window but still have to reach and strain to grab my stuff. The absolutely worst Dublin Donuts I have ever been to. First of all you order and you can barely hear the damn person. Second you go up to the window and they are absolutely rude and do not greet you. Third, I ordered a vanilla iced coffee with cream and sugar, the easiest drink to ever make and the guy gets it wrong and doesn't add any vanilla. He continues to fight me on it and then makes us a new one. I tried it while pulling away because there was a long line and there was absolutely no flavor!!! I walk in and there was one guy ahead of me who was waiting for 10 minutes in addition to me waiting another 10 minutes. Finally I tell them what my order was suppose to be and another guy adds WAY TOO MUCH vanilla to the fact I cannot drink it. I walked out angry and annoyed and I'm VERY disappointed in my experience at this location. I feel bad for the owners of dunkin because their name is on this horrible location.
