Cold hash browns like the cold brew my husband ordered. Sad service from kids, from the cashier to the girls in the back preparing the cold hash browns. No other customers, now I know why. Nothing cute to buy like Starbucks merchandise. Just disappointed in this location. Won't go back read more

Music is pretty nice, I love the attitude of the two short workers with glasses. The place feels quite comfy. The berry strawberry refresher was very nice especially since its a hot day, same with their donuts. read more

I can't believe I'm rating a Dunkin Donuts so low. I LOVE DD! It's my birthday today and I decided to treat myself to half a dozen donuts. First off - they are out of some of my favorites. It's only 10am. But that's fine. It happens. Second - $10 for 6 donuts?!?! I swear not too long ago it was $10 for a dozen! Third - I open my box of donuts and see everything is shaped like a Boston cream and two look like they barely have frosting on them. I definitely was super confused so went back and asked. The response was their machine was broken but they were indeed regular donuts. And she also sounded irritated to even be telling me that much. When I went to eat one of these odd looking donuts it wasn't even fresh! Not even several hours fresh! It tasted almost a day old. I thought it wouldn't be a problem since it was 10am. So. 10$ poorer. Stale donuts. Irritated employee. Look. If your donuts are deformed maybe pre warn the customer so they don't freak out. And I wouldn't serve donuts with half the frosting on them. And work on the customer service too. I guess I need to find another location. Sigh. read more

The staff is wonderful and very helpful My drink is always made correctly and I come in multiple times per week. Donuts are always fresh and soft and I leave happy every time read more

Don't expect much in quality/presentation in food and the ability to get your order correct if you are ordering something a little bit more complex than a donut. read more

Love this place always friendly and fun. Love that there is a drive thru. They don't take it long. My order is always right and hot. At times some items are not available like the bread or donuts. But I guess you have to go at the right time (morning). The inside seating and bathroom was clean when I went in. There is enough parking and it's a perfect location! There's store's everywhere so sip your coffee and shop. read more

Dunkin' - Multigrain bagel with hash browns. - Donuts Near Me - Longmont, Colorado

The customer service here is a joke and the girls At drive thru should be fired because clearly they don't want to be there and only like to make fun of guests it's ridiculous and I've had enough I will be reaching out to corporate office soon they made fun of my height and blatantly said that they would not be hanging out window because I'm to short I understand food industry can be hectic but people like this that work in food industry that make it worse! read more

Dunkin "always out of DONUTS" @ Ken Pratt Pros: N/A Cons: -only one or two donut flavors available most of the time. Regularly out of donuts...seriously. To sum it up... It baffles my mind how this place can be regularly out of donuts. Each time I have visited, whether morning or evening, they only have two types of donuts available...jelly and one other. Is this a business for people to buy donuts or is it just a big building for advertising? As other yelpers have pointed out, they are always out of donuts. I could understand if this was a populated area but it's not. I love donuts but it's a waste to even visit this place. I don't think I will be making any more disappointing runs to this location. read more

This is my go to Dunkin! Everyone is super friendly and nice! I've gotten size upgrades numerous times! I love them! I've discovered my favorite drink is the iced caramel latte and it's served all season. If you love sweet drinks try this one. Butter pecan is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE but that's only in the summer! Nothing bad about this place. I've ordered hash brows and that's it. Not really a fan of dunkin food in general or the donuts. But never a stale one the 1 or 2 times i did get one. read more

Dunkin' - a woman holding a cup of milkshake - Donuts Near Me - Longmont, Colorado

This location is larger than other Dunkin Donuts that I've been too. It also has a large breakfast menu with egg and bacon options. I got the breakfast croissant sandwich and it was warm, flaky, and delicious. The service here was fast and friendly. It was only a few minutes from order to me be back out and on my way. read more

I had the worst experience with the employee working tonight. My friend and stopped by around 5:30 and placed 2 separate orders, the employee messed up our orders then charged me for my friend's order and her for mine which is not a big deal, however, she messed up my coffee and didn't give me my hash-brown and when I told her she said I would have to pay for hash-brown again...I had already paid for it and pointed it out to her and she still refused to gime me my hash brown or fix my coffee order, she said she wasn't doing anything and would not correct our order. She also said she didn't care if we complained because it was a shitty job anyway! read more

Staff ignored me. I was at the counter 3-4 min and nobody acted like they saw me Smelled like an electrical fire but they were oblivious to that as well. Usually my favorite place but not in Longmont go somewhere else for coffee!!! I Went across the street to Panera Bread read more

Dunkin perks is NOT worth the hassle. I would not recommend. I came here maybe a week ago through the drive thru. It was fine. Nothing to note. And I saw a sign that said when you get the app you get a free drink so I downloaded the app, signed my soul away gave them all my info. And tried to order online. Wouldn't work. So I just walked in and ordered. No free drink. It was a scam. Showed the cashier my QR code before I paid. Nothing I still paid full price. So whatever I wait for my drink, and when my drink is on the counter no one calls my name or anything. That women puts the drink down and walks away. With the wrong order I walk out disappointed. I could even see the sticker on my drink with the whole order. Still wrong. My match isn't even mixed in. read more

my fiancé and i come to this dunkin every sunday, it's the closet one to our apartment. WORST DUNKIN I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. they NEVER have products, they run out of donuts by 9AM, and having previously worked in this industry i truly don't understand how you don't plan for that and go more than half your day without one of your main products. our order gets messed up everytime. we are about to start driving farther to a different location because this dunkin sucks so bad. TERRIBLE customer service. read more

The customer service was horrible here. We stood in line with another customer for 10 minutes before being helped and we were the only customers in the store. The donuts were good, but we definitely weren't impressed with the service read more

I was here a few weeks ago and a lady in a lime green SUV with an agility dog bumper sticker was ahead of me in the drive thru screaming and cursing at the workers. Seriously, I had my windows rolled up and I could hear every word of her tantrum. It was so sad. The poor girl working the drive Thru handled it so sweetly and was also very nice when I pulled up to grab my order. Anyways, I've never had a problem with an order here and the people that work here are always very nice. I wish there was a way to tip on the app because I don't usually carry cash, but after this incident I've been trying to remember to tip every time I go. read more

I come to this Dunkin Donuts every morning on my way to work and what makes me happy is that every day when I pull up to the drive thru, they remember me, my order and I always get out of there quickly! They make their drinks consistent every day. Staff is always super friendly and from my experience with regular customers in my working life, being remembered makes you feel like they recognize and appreciate you. So thanks guys! Keep making the best iced vanilla lattes for me! read more

Stopped in for coffee, which was great. Picked over donut selection but all 4 of us had fresh donuts. This sounds like a no-brainer but I've had less-than-fresh donuts at some Dunkin' shops. Staff does the best they can. They didn't comprendo what a Bismarck was. read more

They are always out of something. ALWAYS. Today it was bagels (except plain) and internet. I'm losing trust in them.

This is the second time that I ordered a chocolate cream filled donut and the amount of cream in it was the size of a quarter. Only one bite had chocolate cream. This was the case on two separate purchases on 10/30/20 & 11/16/20. Had I wanted a powdered donut I would have ordered one. The same holds true for the Apple fritter, where are the apples? Three little chunks! Find and use the filling please. I gave an extra star because the drive-thru gal was so friendly. read more

If I could give this Dunkin' Donuts 0 stars I would. I was passing through Longmont on Sunday Sept. 1st, 2019 at around 9am. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches for my wife and I. Place was not busy at all. The girls inside were talking amongst their selves and goofing off. Took 8-9 minutes to get our food. As we got our food we took off. Didn't open the bag for upwards of five minutes until we got on the highway. When we did my wife's sausage in her breakfast sandwich was still FROZEN. The egg and bacon in my sandwich wasn't frozen but it was very cold; surely wasn't heated/cooked properly. Waste of $8+. Very disappointing service and food after one bite went straight to the trash. Never again read more

Drive through at 10:00 on a Sunday morning. Ordered a dozen to go. The girl operating the drive-thru asked whether I wanted to pick or let them pick. I said "I'll pick". She sighs, then says "Okay...I have to get a box". She then gets back on the line and says "Yeah what can I get you". I then proceed to pick my donuts, half of which she replies with "We're out of those". I then order a bear claw. She says "Apple Fritter?" I said No, a bear claw (envisioning a pastry with cinnamon and sliced almonds). Her reply (somewhat condescending)...."Apple fritters ARE bear claws". I cancel the bear claw/apple fritter and then pull forward to pay. She then replies, "We're out of chocolate glazed (one of the three types I ended up changing to earlier)" At this point, I'm just wanting to get out of there. I pay, get home, open the box, am missing two donuts, and the ten that are there are stale. Bottom line...I will NEVER shop there again. The ride staff, lack of stock, and poor food quality has lost them a potentially new customer. I was in a hurry so I didn't go to Winchell's. Never again! If you want fresh donuts and not rude service, avoid Dunkin and go to Winchell's. read more

There is a boy at this dunkin who thinks it's funny to mess up your drinks. And when you go back in to fix it he has an attitude and a lot to say behind the counter. This store regularly closes early. Not a great way to keep customers. I went on June 12, 2021 and whoever was closing that night decided to close at 8:30pm. Drive through was closed also and everyone was busy cleaning to go home and wouldn't acknowledge customers even though there were 3 cars outside hoping to order some donuts! read more

Went through the drive through this morning and whoever took my order was fantastic! He was so friendly and had a fun way about taking my order. He was upbeat and funny.
