    Chai latte

Came here for a casual morning tea and a quick breakfast. Picked up chai latte n had a sandwich. Both were decent. The place has nice rustic vibes and enjoyed it overall.

antastic coffee shop! Loved the atmosphere and the service and was blown away by the coffee. We are just passing through and stopped by because we wanted a good latte and was hopeful they could accommodate our 1/2 heavy cream 1/2 water dairy preference for our low carb diet. They said no problem. The coffee was flavorful and the milk well steamed, not over heated as too many do now to rush the prep. Super great independent coffee shop. Glad we stopped by. We will definitely be back!

My first time downtown Longmont and it looked like there were a lot of coffee shops to choose from but I'm happy to report I made the right choice! This place is adorable, comfortable and unique. The service is efficient and friendly and the coffee was delicious.

Watch carefully as you pass by the storefront for the door. It's a little bit hidden. And when you go inside you will be dazzled by the incredible assortment of things to see, inspect, buy, eat and drink. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the goods. I wanted to select an artisan tea and I got an excellent recommendation. The tea bag was so huge I could probably have used it for 3 cups of tea! These people have a great sense of humor. Skip Starbucks next time and drop in!

Full of quirk! Very cute and cozy coffee shop, with many tables, funky couches (I saw one with Frida Kahlo upholstered pillows), and individual sitting spaces divided by curtains for some privacy. It had a chill and quiet vibe in the morning. We tried a cappuccino and a latte, both with oat milk. The barista frothed the oat milk really well for the cappuccino, which always makes me happy. The cappuccino was a bit on the bitter side. They also sell some local wares, like painted mugs and small pieces of art.

BETTER THAN STARBUCKS. Gota latte just to my liking. Excellent flavor and just the right amount of foam. Staff are VERY friendly and the ambiance is awesome. Quiet and lots of books and crannies to tuck away into. Bakery items are made in shop (except bagels and croissants). This is a ma and pa type shop bathe kind you want to keep around. So go, get yourself a coffee or chai or hot chocolate. You won't regret it.

The drinks are fantastic, the pastries are great, and the staff is consistently kind and talented. But I'm still baffled by the lack of ceramic "for here" mugs. They clearly have the infrastructure to support them. There's a bussing station ready and waiting, and they make the pastries and cheesy bits in house. You can't tell me they don't have a place to wash a few mugs! Choosing not to offer reusable mugs is costing more than just extra paper cups; it's costing loyal customers like me. I've found myself going elsewhere lately, not because I don't love MeCo, but because even when I remember to bring my own cup, my friends usually don't. It feels wasteful to sit down and try to enjoy coffee in a disposable to-go cup. This feels like a small, one-time investment with a big environmental and customer loyalty return. I truly hope MeCo reconsiders.

This is the closest locally owned coffee shop for both of us so we were excited to try it! I do not love the parking in this strip mall so may park on the street next time, but we were able to park on the street side of the lot without issue finding a spot on a Sunday morning. Ambiance first - we loved the space. There were lots of seating options, including 2-top and 4-top tables, patio seating, and couches. People with dogs (as in 1-2 people plus their dog) monopolized the couches for the entire 2 hours we were there, so that seating appears not so much a community shared space as a "whoever gets there first gets the whole thing". Some of the tables have one side on a bench seat/booth and the other on a chair, which worked great for us! Despite being busy on a Sunday morning it was not overwhelmingly loud - they don't have visible sound deadening materials so I'm not sure how they accomplished it, but neither of our sensitivities to busy cafe noises were triggered here. I like to test out new coffee shops with the basics - black drip coffee or cold brew. My friend does dairy free lattes. My cold brew was diluted pretty heavily to begin with and they killed it dead by filling the cup all the way to the top with ice. If I wanted an iced coffee I'd order an iced coffee and I don't appreciate paying $4 for a cup of ice that tastes like coffee, so no stars for my beverage. My friend enjoyed hers. We also ordered the palisade peach toast, a king egg (I don't recall if this is what they call it here) and I think something else. Nothing was noteworthy. They do have some fun things on the menu that I will eventually go back for, like the dandelion and chicory caffeine free coffee, and I'll go find out if the chai is the locally-typical syrup-from-a-can or traditionally brewed. Unfortunately their hours are such that they don't open early enough for commuters and are closed before the end of the workday, so they're probably geared more to the high school, WFH, SAH, and retired demographic than the working class. But assuming I find time that I want a beverage and they happen to be open, I look forward to visiting again to try out the juice/smoothie and non-caffeinated side of things.
