Handle your drive through better. Apparently people wait in line by the hotel (right side) leaving the actual drive through lane open (left side). There were 4 cars on the right side waiting, I thought they were just at the hotel. Another customer drove to the drive through, and so did I.. well, that triggered a dude that was on the right side waiting and he decided to get out of his car, come up to me, and yell at me. Him and his wife. An employee was outside taking orders, and he came up to me and told me to go order inside, as I drove away, he tells them "my bad y'all" First off, why do I have to go out of my way because an angry "man" doesn't know how to follow simple directions? The drive through is moving fast enough, and you're gonna sit and wait on another area and get upset when other people follow the drive through lane? If he harasses and yells at people at the drive through of a coffee shop, I can only imagine what he does at other places. read more

I had posted that I frequent this dunkin to use the internet and it was not good. I took a chance a few weeks back because Starbucks was full. The manager recognized me and let me know they switched providers on wifi service and it should be much better. This is my 4th or 5th time back using the net and it is working fine. Coffee is good and donuts are great, but as with everything timing is everything and I'm an early morning person so if I order donuts they are fresh. Not sure what they are like at other times of the day. This is my go to place for coffee and wifi. read more

Do not go here. I took my family to this establishment today (5/6/2017) and witnessed the manager scratching his dandruff head and picked his nose. After admiring his booger he proceeded in making our order without washing his hands first. I had already paid and when confronting him and wanting a new order he told us no and we couldn't get a refund. Then he told us if we wrote a complaint it would get to his desk and he would throw it in the trash. I've tried to contact corporate with no luck yet. Do not go to this place. Absolutely LOVE, LOVE this place! I come here for my morning coffee and afternoon smoothie after work. Literally the best place to go if you want a good fresh donut or a smiling face to see. The staff are always friendly and inviting! Wouldn't go anywhere else! 10/10 stars EDIT: So several weeks after I wrote this review I had learned this dunk'n fired my favorite manager. And ever since then the entire place has gone downhill. I even resorted to start going through the drive through, which it's very had to mess up but yet they did! You can't make this up. I went in to order for two people a chicken sandwich and a veggie on flat bread before a trip. When I get settled in the car, I found they had combined both orders into one single sandwich. No kidding. They took two separate orders and made one large single sandwich out of it. Never going to this location again, keep your free drinks, I consider those bribes! This place is dirty, dirty, DIRTY! .... The staff is all over the place due to lack of leadership and the restrooms are filthy! When I asked one of the staff members how often they clean up the restroom? All she could answer was "pretty often". I then asked when was the last time it was cleaned? She looked puzzled and didn't know how to answer. I then told her the restroom is filthy and the floor is beyond slippery. She just kept looking puzzled... didn't move or pass along the message. I then noticed the manager, he was doing an interview for some new talent. I then got his attention and made sure he knew about the facility, he also looked lost. He tried to blame the staff, and said he had been baking there since 7am, it's now 7pm. I'm no cop so profiling is not my strong suit, but this guy looks coked out! I mean big time! Either he's on coke or meth! And on top of that pounding away a monster energy drink. Sorry for being judgmental but the guy was definitely on drugs, either that or he's got a serious case of the sinus, in which case he is handling food with a sickness. Bloodshot eyes, as a business owner I would never let that fly. I can see why the staff looks lost, the manager is not all there... he kept repeating himself trying to get me coffee on the house. I think this is the nicest DD is iv ever been to. I travel all over for work and I need WiFi and a place to sit for an hour to work. The only reason I did not give five stars is the WiFi is so unstable. It constantly kicks me off. Annoying. I also go to the DD in converse and they are not as good but the WiFi works. This location took forever to take our order as we stood at the register. In fact, the girls behind the counter didn't say anything to us for 5 minutes as we waited, until one girl finally mumbled "be with you in a sec" and looked annoyed. Then we waited another several minutes and she didn't come to the register. We were just trying to get one water bottle and were in a hurry. We left a few bucks on the counter and peaced out. I've come here MANY MANY times and never had a problem. Today was horrible. Placed our order, get to the window and thats when we are told they don't have raspberry "for one of the teas." Would have been nice to know before but okay. Then I ask if my coffee had the caramel flavor I asked for, "no, I'll give you a cup to mix it in yourself," ummm.... okay?. Then we were waiting for our second tea and she asked what do we need. Our last drink? "You didn't order a second tea," we did ya'll apparently didn't hear but we did order it. She even told us when we got there, "one of our teas." Her responses at this point was, "Well I didn't take the order," I understand you didn't take the order but how able you correct it rather than being rude, it's Christmas eve. Finally got the order and paid again to get our second tea. I've had mistake done here before but at least they say sorry and look to fix it. We had to tell her, "we'd like our second tea please!" Before she even did anything. I get it does get stressful but it's morning and you have a rush, but thats no reason for being mad we didn't get what we ordered. read more

Usually this Dunkin is pretty good, but today I ordered an iced latte which tasted really watered down. I asked if it was possible to be remade, the girl at the counter was very helpful and very apologetic and said of course. But when it was taken back to be remade, I saw the girl who was in charge of coffee leave it there for a couple of minutes, then put it on the counter to be picked up again, meaning they never remade my coffee they just waited a minute and tried to pass it off like they did. At that point I just took it and left. Really disappointed because usually their customer service is great. Might have to rethink going to this location again read more

i've never been to a restaurant that has given me wrong orders more than this one, i've been given the wrong order 5 times at this place and i've been charged for more expensive items but received cheaper items at least 2 times here. don't bother coming here just make your own food, this place gets orders wrong all the time and sometimes they charge you for more expensive items but give you cheaper items. read more

So I went to Dunkin doughnuts this morning and I was not very happy with my order they made the coffee wrong asked me twice before they made it on the contents that were in there and still got it wrong afterwards handing it to me asking if it was said drink. I told her no it needs this and then instead of just adding that she dumped out the whole coffee and remade it which is fine but she gave me a dirty look while doing it. Then the man handing me my food just handed to me you didn't say anything I was like am I supposed to leave is that on my food like what am I doing here. By far worst customer service at a Dunkin' Donuts. Also their menu says they only have strawberry frosted donuts with sprinkles but they only had regular strawberry donuts and when I asked for them to put sprinkles on them they said it wouldn't stick. But then I ordered a chocolate and vanilla with sprinkles and they're both wet and soggy. I think the sprinkles would have stuck to the wet strawberry donut just as well. read more

Totally disgusting!!!! I'm a Krispie Kreme fan but I tried to be open minded and have this place a try. I had my husband buy just glazed because how can you go wrong with that. Well I went in the box and it was not even shiny and it tasted soggy. Like someone had licked bread and then served it. It looked more like a plain doughnut that was licked.
