I placed an order online for in-store pickup, and upon checking my Starbucks application, it clearly indicated that my order was ready. However, when I arrived at the store, the designated pickup area was completely empty. I proceeded to wait, observing the activity behind the counter. Despite there being an apparent staff presence of four to five employees, with at least two seemingly engaged in stocking duties, I noticed that several customers who entered and placed orders at the counter *after* my arrival received their beverages well before mine. It was quite surprising and frustrating to witness others, who had just ordered, depart with their drinks while I continued to wait for an order that was supposedly ready. Ultimately, my drink was placed on the counter without any verbal announcement or call for my name, requiring me to spot it myself after a prolonged and unnecessary wait. This pattern of inconsistency, where mobile orders are not genuinely ready as indicated by the app and where new orders appear to take precedence over already placed and prepared ones, is a recurring issue at this specific branch. It creates an atmosphere of disorganization and leaves customers like myself feeling overlooked and undervalued. While I appreciate the convenience of mobile ordering, the execution at this location repeatedly undermines the benefit. Starbuck's Regional Corporate needs to consider a serious intervention at the Starbucks at Pat Booker and 1604. The place is filthy. For literally every table at the place, either the table itself was filthy, or the floor underneath the table was filthy. When I was there, there were literally no exceptions. A restaurant can get dirty if there has just been a huge traffic rush and the staff are overwhelmed. That exemption does not apply here. When I was there, the Pat Booker Starbuck's had plenty of staff. There were relatively few customers - and not too many people at the drive through. If cleaning was not being done, it was because nobody was making a priority of cleaning. The sloppiness carried over to drink preparation. I ordered a simple no-sugar latte. When I got it, it did not taste right. Maybe the milk was bad. (I would not rule that out.) It could be the drink was just made oddly. When I went to the barista to complain ... (Someone different than the barista who made my drink) She suggested putting syrup into it to cover up the taste. Seriously ... You have a drink that might have bad ingredients ... And the plan is to put flavoring in it so the customer can get it down? I left my drink at the counter minus two sips and walked out. read more

This is one of the worst starbucks in the area. I go inside usually & they're always like off put as if I'm a bother because I didn't go in the drive thru.... I got a tumbler brand new with stars & asked them to rinse the lid off because it's dusty from the shelf & she ignored my question & says you have to take the lid.... Idk if they even rinsed the cup itself to put my drink in. Then I got the iced matcha with oat milk & it tasted really weak or watered down. I get this drink daily at different locations & this one made it the worst out of any location I been to. Their bathrooms are also dirty and nasty. They look like subway bathrooms in NYC literally pee & trash all over the floor. Surrounded by asphalt and next door to a Burger King whose only business is drive-through, there should be no trouble with parking. Nobody walks here; this is SUV and truck territory. Everything looks clean on the inside. Staffing is above par for the typical green mermaid stop, but the line still moves at a snail's pace. Single dad's escaping empty homes and young adults dressing in varying degrees of athleisure seem genuinely puzzled by the standard menu options. Small talk abounds. Everyone is friendly. Came here with my family, we waited close to an hour for 2 drinks. We watched as people with mobile orders came in and out grabbing their drinks along with people who had ordered after us. Finally another man who had been waiting just as long as us, went up and spoke with a barista when we found out "they lost" our orders. When we did receive our orders they were watered down & melted. Manager didn't seem to care at all. If I hadn't already paid or knew it was going to take an hour for 2 drinks I would've never gone. I haven't been home since 2017, and I'm impressed at how efficient this Starbucks is with the amount of traffic it gets in the AM! This location sits on a large corner lot to hold longer lines at the drive thru, and also has a ton of parking if you opt to go inside. Location is huge on the inside to accommodate coffee dates or meetings. My drinks have been made super fast and right. This Starbucks is a workhorse and their employees are very friendly! read more

It was nice. although the seats were way too tall for the tables. When I sat at the table my knees hit the table. Thats a pretty tall chair for such a small table.
