    Super clean and friendly staff. They were swamped because of the free red cups but they still were quick and delicious drinks. Loved the cups! This is one of the larger locations and there's plenty of room to sit and not feel cramped.

    Stopped by after going to Home Depot and came inside with family. Got a Blonde roast coffee and some snacks for kids. The coffee tasted burned and a cockroach skurried by where we were sitting. The staff was nice but nothing else was good.

    I've never been "pulled up" to a parking space in the drive thu ever at Starbucks. I ordered an espresso frap and a ham and Swiss sandwich. I get the the window and pay, they tell me we dropped the ham out of your sandwich and have to make another one. Pull around to the back of the store and park. It's an alley way near the dumpsters .... Scuffed my rims trying to park where they asked. They came out a few minutes later with the sandwich, she wasn't going to say anything but I mumbled thank you - I'm not a jerk and grateful for the food they prepared. It's not a good practice for them to start getting into, I hate having to do that at a fast food place and wouldn't like it to happen here. The food and drinks are priced at a more expensive price point so the service needs to match that.

    Awesome! What I wish all Starbucks would be like. Ordered via mobile but someone picked mine up accidentally. They remade it for me and was out the door in 2 minutes. Yay!

    Friendly staff, fully staffed, no wait, and this is how we got our sandwich.... At least get the bacon under the bread. There's 18 of you guys in there someone must have seen this.

    Starbucks is Starbucks, nothing to brag about. however, I want to give the owner a big shout out for renovating/ upgrading the place. The staff has always been very friendly but it takes a while to get the drinks.

    Get the right drink about 1 out of 10 times. Bad attitudes. Only went because I got gift cards. Avoid if you can.

My observations over time have led me to believe there are significant operational inefficiencies that warrant attention. My most recent experience, which prompted this communication, occurred today. I placed an order online for in-store pickup, and upon checking my Starbucks application, it clearly indicated that my order was ready. However, when I arrived at the store, the designated pickup area was completely empty. I proceeded to wait, observing the activity behind the counter. Despite there being an apparent staff presence of four to five employees, with at least two seemingly engaged in stocking duties, I noticed that several customers who entered and placed orders at the counter *after* my arrival received their beverages well before mine. It was quite surprising and frustrating to witness others, who had just ordered, depart with their drinks while I continued to wait for an order that was supposedly ready. Ultimately, my drink was placed on the counter without any verbal announcement or call for my name, requiring me to spot it myself after a prolonged and unnecessary wait. This pattern of inconsistency, where mobile orders are not genuinely ready as indicated by the app and where new orders appear to take precedence over already placed and prepared ones, is a recurring issue at this specific branch. It creates an atmosphere of disorganization and leaves customers like myself feeling overlooked and undervalued. While I appreciate the convenience of mobile ordering, the execution at this location repeatedly undermines the benefit. I sincerely hope that a review of staff workflow, communication protocols for online orders, and overall efficiency will be undertaken to prevent future customers from experiencing similar frustrations.
