The location is really good. It's located on a very busy junction but being there on a Sunday evening made it perfect. Surrounded by Multiple roads and a huge parking lot made it looked perfect. The service was quick for the traffics they were getting at the time. I want there for reading a book and music was too loud for me so i has to step out earlier than I thought. The seating looked little congested for me cause I love larger spaces for reading time. But there are no general concerns to not be at this place. Clean store and greeting gave them more than one star. But for efficiency...it was none. 25 minutes for a drink and a cake pop and I had to remind them about the cake pop, as did another waiting guest. When I walked in there was no one in line...so I figured it wouldn't be too long of a wait. 3 people working drive thru, a cashier, and one barrrista....couldn't pull off a line of cars, mobile orders, and a 1/4 building full of people. Pretty sad. They only seemed to care when I started looking upset. One-- Alyssa/ Griffin stayed with me the whole time and was so passionate about blonde blend she gave me a sample and then...Bought my coffee hoping to convert me!!!! This has never happened to me! This location is fantastic! It happens to be right down the street from my home, so we've frequented it many times over the past few months and for the most part, they are always ready, willing, and smiling when we roll up with our crew of four (two humans and two dogs). PLUS! I love that it's in Live Oak, so I'm supporting my hometown when I go there. ;) This is our favorite stop to make as a family while we're getting ready to run errands or if we're going to pick up some breakfast takeout... mostly, the dogs love it because of the puppacinos! If you're a pet parent, you can take your pooch to any Starbucks location and ask for a puppacino (a small cup of whipped cream) for your furry kid and they will wag their tails with excitement. As for human beverages, I've always found this location to be accommodating to my random requests (less pumpkin spice pumps in my latte, soy milk splashes in my coffee, half decaf/half caff, etc) and rarely do they get these things incorrect. I usually like the temperature of my beverages, and they are typically consistent in their preparation. Overall, this location is one of my favorites in the city when it comes to Starbucks. read more

This place is so rude and upset me so much I didn't even try to finish my order. They kept saying I can hear you so I drove up and they got upset. I then tried to tell the girl at the window my order and she still couldn't hear me so I was screaming at her my order and she says, " please stop screaming at me I can't hear you and Type I'm your order at the same time." Typically this location has been really good but recently the drinks I ordered have been below average. I ordered a grande peppermint mocha a while back and when i drove off i realized the cup was barely 3/4 full, if Im going to pay $6 for a cup of coffee at least fill it up! Felt ripped off on that visit. Other times that I went the coffee was not mixed well and almost had no flavor. Might as well just get a black coffee and pay 4 bucks less if the flavored coffee is gonna be poor quality every time. I think I will go to Agora parkway instead. read more

My least favorite Starbucks in San Antonio. I live nearby so I've been here over 10 times and every single time I wait at least 20 minutes, even if it's for a single drink. It's even more disappointing when you wait so long and they don't make very basic drinks correctly. Super dissatisfied. read more

The employees at this location are great! However, it is interesting that they wear masks while working. As the restaurant is filthy, tables dirty, floors dirty as are the facilities. Would recommend some attention to detailing and cleaning for heath and safety. read more

Went on a cold and rainy day ready for a hot drink and what happens. They don't have the products to make the advertised drinks we requested. So, we asked if they would discount the drink and they said they can't give discounts. Maybe you should have enough product at 11 in the morning to make what's advertised or be willing to discount. The deal is you have the advertised product and we pay the advertised price. You dont have whats advertised then some adjustment should be made. Poor customer service... read more

This is the second day in a roll where the wait for our coffee was outrageous. Yesterday's mobile order took 30 minutes and today's walk-in order took 20 minutes. It appears they are giving drive thru orders priority, but the long line outside tells a different story. I've been drinking coffee before it was probably advisable to give coffee to pre-teens. I say all of this to mean that I love coffee and was thankful for my FREE cup on Veteran's Day. Unfortunately, my husband stated the Barista only had a very dark blend available after she had offered him several different milder alternatives. She kept saying, "Sorry, the type I just offered you is not available." What I received was a brew that was so dark (and foul smelling) that no amount of cream or sugar could make it palatable. It broke my heart to pour a cup of Starbucks coffee down the drain after one sip. The moral of this story: $FREE.99 = You get what you pay for. read more

I understand Starbucks is a busy place but there is No reason on 6/1 at 2 pm there were TWO people being trained for drive thru and no one was working the inside register. I had two staff say I'll be with you in a minute and I patiently waited for 16 mins before I stopped the manager to address my concern. Then after my complaint my order was taken and I still waited 10 more minutes for a beverage!!! I was not offered an apology, discount NOTHING. Avoid this one! I've been here several times but the first time was bad enough for me not to come back. However, because of location I've been here about 5 times. I have NEVER been here when my coffee was made fast. This time "I'll outsmart then and order with the app before I get there". Wrong. Item was ordered and said 5-8 minutes. I arrived 15 minutes after the order should have been ready and it was "up next" which must mean wait another 15 minutes. How does a 5-8 min order take 30 minutes? Terrible management. I applied for a job here and went in for an interview. The interview went well and they lady that had interviewed me told me she would set me up with a second interview, and that i'd get a call. I never received a call. I called the store back several times, each time they took my name and number down and told me that the manager would give me a call back. She never called me. I went into the store after finally being fed up with their bullshit, i was polite and explained the situation calmly. They had no answer for me. So i ordered a coffee and sat down to wait. I saw the lady who interviewed me walk out of the back, so i walked up to her explained my situation and she acted like she had no clue what i was talking about. She told me she could take my name and number down and asked about my availability. I told her that i was available all hours of the day Sunday through Saturday. I never received a call. This was the absolute worst performance i've ever seen from someone in her position, she should not have her job. read more

They had their drinks within 15 min. Mobile orders take precedence; 3 people that had mobile orders and came in after me were served before me. If you have time to wait, it's a nice store.
