Probably worse service everrrr!!!! Three coffee orders 10 minutes between each what the heck!

I had gone to the Starbucks on 1604 & Millitary Hwy. See my review for that location. Since I'm headed for Houston, I stopped by here, told them the situation and they very nicely gave me a new cup. This time I got a Latte, triple. It's really good. He also verified that my gift card I had purchased had the $10 it was supposed to have. I will definitely be stopping that this location in the future for my coffee when I drive to Houston. Thank you guys. read more

Literally the longest wait I've ever had multiple times. For 5 cars they take over 30 minutes, easily. I waited from 1:45 til 2:20 today.

I wish i could give them zero stars! I go twice a week cause its close to my house and i dont think they have ever made a drink right! I hate to be that person and complain but it's crazy that this has been happening for 2 years. They say they're re-training people as an excuse to shut you up then continue with all there sloppy lazy mistakes. They need to fire every one and re-staff or just close the location at this point.. read more

1 year review , not going to rate just from one visit. I would say that I have been satisfied with my visit here thru the drive thru and walk in about 98% of the time, favorite is the drive thru they're always nice and sometimes when I have my dogs they are so interested in them and ask if I want a "puppychino" for them and I think it's very generous. It's been very rare were i'm dissatisfied. This place really deserves a lot better credit and it should have a better rating. The staff is really nice, friendly and cheerful, I love this place it's one of my favorite ones! read more

Agree with other folks regarding this being slowest Starbucks ever! I came 8:30 am on weekday drive thru was very long so came inside instead expecting quicker service, wrong. It's unfortunate since this place has been open for awhile and not helping the brand with their slow customer service. read more

I was so excited when this location opened it is the closest to where I live. But every time I go I am disappointed. My coffee never taste as it should. I've called once and spoke to the store manager and she said I could have a free coffee next time I went. I did indeed get my free cup but omg it still was not good. I give this location props for great customer service but on the actual product a thumbs down.. I will drive the extra 2min to the forum and buy my coffee at that Starbucks or even at the target Starbucks. Just not impressed with this location at all... read more

I love this Starbucks the customer service is very good and my orders are always made correctly. Usually when I go to this Starbucks I go after class and do a mobile order which consists of a egg sandwich and a grande strawberry acacia lemonade with light ice . Every time I order a drink in the drive thru rather than doing a mobile order my drink is always the exact way I want it . read more

I know Starbucks is all about team work. I love this location in particular because I feel relaxed and always welcomed! I see everyone working on there awesome flow which makes me happy... But also when I come in, and see that a particular Barista works here I get overjoyed because I know this particular drink that I will order is going to be perfect to the touch, I must say if you are wanting a good pour over coffee and you happen to walk in while Connor Classen works! Please have him make you a cup of regular pour over coffee I mean you will notice the difference, like I said dynamic professional with extensive experienced providing personal, customer care in a fast pace with a smile. That ladies and gentleman is a Coffee Master Barista which Sbux should be aknowleding! Thank you for always giving me the perfect cup of coffee... Stopped in on thanksgiving day for a caramel brûlée latte. The wait was outrageous, which is fine, I expected that for it being thanksgiving day. My issue is that I waited over 20 mins for my drink and instead of the $4.60 drink I paid for, I was given a vanilla latte. Didn't discover that until we arrived at our destination 5 mins later as the drink was too hot to drink right away. DISAPPOINTED to say the least, because I didn't get what I paid for!! read more

I am a frequenter of probably five starbucks, and this is my newest and "local-est" location. Their rating is sad to me, and I think they deserve better, and my experiences have been much better. I am the anti-participation-trophy kind of a mom, so I am not saying these things for fairness purposes, but, knock-on-wood, these folks are the only Starbucks who have never, ever messed up my order; and that is saying a lot, because as I write this review, I am the mayor. read more

The Starbucks at Pat Booker Rd was such a horrible experience at the drive thru. Waiting 40 min. You heard me right 40min for a simple tea with no sugar. Not being comped the drink, I ask to speak with the manager who was to busy to come speak with me. And to top things off had a rookie at the bar. Tonight on my way home from Cantu Services (one of my 3 jobs), I stopped at Starbucks (the new one on Pat Booker.) I have to say a big THANK YOU to FRED (the gentleman at the drive through window.) You made my day & I needed that. The service was great thanks to Fred and I feel more ppl should learn from him! I waitress also and well personality is important. And for all the negative reviews it's kind of disheartening to bash a company that only opened this located a few months ago. There are always kinks that have to be worked out. Anyone that thinks it's all hunky dory the moment a place opens needs to get a reality check. Mistakes happen. The forum location and the Schertz location weren't perfect or speedy at 1st & heck neither are now!) I'll definitely be back & fingers crossed Fred is at the window or counter when I do! read more

SLOW SERVICE. I hope with time the service will speed up. I waited over 15 minutes for my drink with 6 people behind the counter.

Starbucks is Starbucks, you know what you're going to get---Nothing out of the ordinary. This new location could use some help in the cleanup dept! I visited on a Thursday around 4-430pm, a somewhat busy location which Needs a cleanup crew desperately! Trash cans in and outside were overflowing, one of the restrooms had toilet seat covers & paper on the floor, people are too lazy to clean up after themselves i guess. The floors in the waiting/lounge area haven't seen a broom in days, crumbs & straw wrappers scattered. Very trashy appearance, not good at all! read more

Nice, clean speedy service but they have the worse seating arrangement. The chairs are almost as tall as the long tables, no way to seat comfortably or seat in a small group. I had been looking forward to the opening but now disappointed. read more

Compared to the drive thru experience I had had at every other Starbucks these guys were amazing. When I pulled up to the drive thru line there were about 7 cars ahead of me. Within 10 minutes I had made my order, paid for it, received my drinks, and pulled out of the parking lot. Never have I gone through the drive thru line that fast at Starbucks in my life. Literally. The drinks were made to perfection, and the girls at the window were pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. Overall probably the best experience I've had at a Starbucks to date. I came to the yelp page to check out their hours because I'll be needing some coffee very early tomorrow before work, and when I saw their current rating I had to add my own review because they definitely deserve much higher praise, in my humble opinion. :) read more

This location of light and airy not dark like some of the other locations. The coffee was okay tasted a bit burnt. The barista was nice

My girlfriend and I drive through and walk-in several times a week and we have yet to have a poor encounter. Last time we visited they upgraded our Grande to Ventis complimentary and even brought them over to our table. Always been greeted with a smile. I am a firm believer that some of these reviews are from biased biased self entitled customers. Always had a great experience. read more

Absolute worst Starbucks 10 cars in drive thru so I went inside and I was second person in line, how ever I didn't realize how many people sitting down Were still waiting on drinks. I ordered at 8:40pm and got my order at 9:10pm. There were four people on staff with absolutely no sense of urgency. Starbucks needs to take a page out of the restaurant industry and look at their ticket times 30 minutes for a latte is crazy you could've gone to a busy restaurant on Saturday night and gotten a fish platter out faster than a latte at this Starbucks. Why are you not staffing your stores four people to service that type of crowd will not get it done have respect for your customers time. Cutting labor and training will help your bottom line in the short-term but it is not a recipe for long-term success. read more

this was my least favorite experience with starbucks , and i drink starbucks about 10 times a week , i came through the drive through and the guy took 20 minutes to help me .. like seriously and he had his microphone on the whole time , and then my order was wrong but i just left. read more

Great team! Speedy and friendly; happy to say that this is one of my favorite stores to visit. Constantly busy but the baristas care about their customers and that makes up for the minor wait. Worst expierence ever. Ordered a drink, sat down waited 20 min as the crew was banging and beating the equipment in attempt at cleaning I think. After seeing enough to realize they had forgotten my order, I approached the counter for a refund. Was given the refund but that's it. Not much else was said. Talk about awkward. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst Starbucks experience I have EVER had! Waited in the drive thru for around 20 mins. I was patient of course because I know how Starbucks gets. First off when I made my order there was nothing displayed at the screen and I was NOT given a total. I thought that was weird bc that's how orders get messed up but nonetheless I proceeded to the window. I show up at the drive thru n am asked for my card so I hand it to the guy. He charges me without even giving me a total n then asks if I want a receipt. I say yes please. So he closes the window n comes back with a completely different drink. When he tries handing it to me I tell him that's not what I ordered. So he asks me what it is. I tell him n he apologizes and closes the window. He then comes back n asks me what size I ordered... So once again I tell him. He then comes back after about 5 minutes with my drink. I ask him for my receipt (that he never brought me). A minute later he hands me my receipt and as I'm leaving I realize he charged me for the incorrect order (which was a venti) I tell my husband to pull over bc I'm not going to get a small drink n pay for a venti. He rolls his eyes and says "is that really necessary? We're in a rush" yeah bc besides the nearly 30 minutes I just wasted trying to get coffee I am not gonna be charged more for a bad experience. Don't get me wrong there are times this happens at other places but if the customer service is outstanding I just let it go. Well he pulls over after we get out the drive thru and I go inside and let the cashier know I was charged for the wrong drink and size. She then apologized and calls over her manager. Her manager does the whole process and "refunds" me the wrong drink. I was not trying to get anything free I just wanted to get charged for what I ordered so I asked her. "Okay do u want to ring up the correct drink now?" She says yes and rings me up. I paid for it and left content. Well I log into my account today, 4 days later n realize the initial charge for that venti drink was never refunded in my account! So in the end I ended up getting charged for someone else's drink and mine. I understand it's a new location but it's ridiculous that the manager doesn't know how to make a refund. I wasted all that time and didn't even get my issue resolved now I'm debating on calling them and having them issue my refund bc I don't want to get charged a third time. I'm just gonna leave it at that n Next time I want Starbucks I rather drive down the road to the forum where the customer service is outstanding. read more

Went 20 minutes before work to order a coffee. Went inside to order since the drive through was pretty busy. I ordered my coffee and paid, and sat down to wait until they called my name. 20 minutes passed and multiple customers came, placed their orders, and went (including the morning staff that had just gotten off shift) and I still hadn't received my coffee. I tried to go up to the counter to see what was taking so long and was ignored for another minute. At that point I was about to be late for work so I left, $5 less and without a coffee. If this were the first time it had happened I would brush it off, but this is the second time I've paid for a coffee without receiving one. I will never go back to this Starbucks ever again. I'm a former Starbucks employee, I worked there for four years in Southern California. I have had some of the best Service and experience at this location. The lobby size is wonderful not too cramped and I can always find a seat. My drink is almost always perfect! And keep in mind I know how the drinks are made and how they should taste farrrrrr too well! This crew is so great. They even shake my iced tea which makes such a difference, especially since I used Splenda instead of syrup! It's all the little things they put into my visit that truly brighten my day. I go there on lunch almost daily I sip my coffee and read my book and relax and that truly helps me get through my day. Everyone is so friendly they make me feel at home. Not to mention they are HONEST! I left my wallet on a table outside and a barista doing a lobby spin found it and turned it in. Not even a dollar was missing and they had it locked up safe. This Starbucks is amazing. They are new with that comes some setbacks. Such as taking a little longer or new employees learning. We love this location the employees remember our drinks and are ready when we come in, never have they been rude to our family. As far as menu choices there are several and even what's not printed they'll make it as choose as possible for you. My husband and I started going to this Starbucks just after they opened. First couple of times they got our order wrong and we waited about 10 minutes to get them remade. Knowing how rough it can be when a new business opens we decided to give them another try. Third times a charm, as the saying goes! We've been a dozen times now and everything is always great! Young lady that works the drive-thru is a delight! Yes, it's been the same person each time. There's usually 5-8 cars in the line but they are very quick in getting out the drinks. I always order a Venti Peppermint White Mocha, triple shot, extra hot. Once they did forget the peppermint and when I called it to their attention they asked me if they could remake the drink instead of just adding the peppermint. Wow! That was nice! The Barrista told me it wouldn't taste the same but I said, no just add the peppermint. All employees seem to be very friendly and helpful. We don't drink any coffee except Starbucks, even at home! read more

this is by far my least favorite starbucks. first time I came, my drink was not filled all the way and had way too much ice. second time, once again my drink wasn't filled so I asked the barista if she could please fill it up all the way and proceeded to remake it with attitude. Five out of the six times i've been here, I've had an issue with my order and customer service here is not that great. I haven't been back to this location and prefer to make the extra drive to the forum, my order is always right there! read more

The place is either super busy or nobody there but me and the baristas. New location and still being discovered. Been here a few times a week for several weeks. Great drinks, great service, atmosphere for doing work or talking is better than most coffee shops The baristas pay attention to my order, even when super busy. Most greet me by my name now when I walk up. i work indoors, so don't know much about the drive through, always full though. Baristas recommended new options,( like peach tea with coconut milk, great drink, and others). Once i got a caff instead of a decaff, recognized it after a few sips, immediately given a new one with no complaints, lots of apologies from the baristas. I love it here. The only down side for me is the seats on the chairs are the same height as the work tables. The fix? Bring in a chair from outside, those are the right height for the tables. read more
