If you want to wait half an hour for your food, only to be met with attitude when you ask someone to check on it - THIS IS THE DUNKIN FOR YOU! I placed a mobile order. 2 coffees, a wake up wrap, some donut holes. After waiting about 20 minutes and noticing everyone who walked in and ordered after me was receiving their orders ahead of mine, I approached the registers and asked if I needed to check-in and showed her my mobile order. The coffees were finally made but I sat there waiting another ten minutes without the food, so I asked the barista to check on it. She did not ask me my name, she didn't ask anything about my order, she simply looked at me and said "yeah we're really busy." When I pointed out the order had been placed half an hour ago, she again, more sternly said "YEAH, we're working on it." I checked the ticket times of the food that was coming up ahead of mine, it was less than 5 minutes prior. When I finally received my food, I was told by another employee that "my ticket had not printed".... though it was clearly there on the bag, with a time stamp of 35 minutes ago. I was in the service industry for almost 20 years pre-Covid. I understand being busy. I understand being short staffed. What I don't understand is how a barista sat there and watched me wait for 30 minutes only for her immediate response to be filled with annoyance and attitude when I finally speak up about the matter. I'm really writing a review to simply say 'Thank You Dunkin'!' I'm so happy to have a restaurant chain that sells a breakfast sandwich for vegetarians. I love that y'all jumped on the Beyond Meat train. I loved my Beyond Sausage Sandwich. I was so happy to just enjoy the sandwich and wash it down with the delicious vanilla chai. It was the perfect breakfast before church. I highly recommend everyone try the Beyond Sausage Sandwich. It's better than any animal based meat. My son and I came to pick up doughnuts. Note. I haven't been to a Dunkin since 2003 and that was in Cape Cod,MD somewhere. I was very hesitant about purchasing because my experience was not great. Well I stuck to doughnuts that I know what they tasted like. Chocolate rings and glaze. They did offer a military discount which I didn't utilize because I was using my T-mobile Tuesday coupon. (Which is why I came in to try them). Well the experience was great and the doughnuts were amazing according to my children. We stayed and hung out in their lobby and it was great. Light music playing quiet area to work and do some homework. I have to say the environment was a lot quieter than some coffee shops. My son finished his homework and we were on our way home. My husband and I grabbed a quick bite here on our way to Seguin. We went through the drive thru and everything was great! We ordered 2 donuts, 2 kolaches, a peanut butter cookie iced coffee (cream and sugar), and a regular coffee. I ordered a custom mix of doughnuts plus a box (25) of doughnut holes. The doughnuts were what I ordered (more about those later) but I ordered doughnut holes that were all glazed with about a half dozen chocolate. Another person filled the order and I got home only to find a mix of all sorts of doughnut holes; not what I ordered. As far as the doughnuts, I ordered a couple of chocolate creme and a couple of vanilla creme filled but there was hardly any filling in them! I mean so little it was hard to see any filling. Apparently, with donut/pastry display emptying this early in morning. business has been good. Only one person outside and myself dined at the donut shop. Since I specified that i would dine in, thought the server would provide a small plate for the cream cheese donut rather than bagging it. Their coffee was good as ususal.
