This Dunkin is a disgrace. I come here 3-4 times a week because it's so close to me and it's honestly incredible how frequently they mess orders up. There is a new face working almost every time you pull up to the window, and clearly their management team does not know how to train new people or interact with people at the window. The communication is horrendous when you get to the window, as it does not exist. They need to close down, and new ownership need to take over. This location is a stain on the Dunkin brand. I like supporting our local businesses. In fact, I go out of my way to support them. The morning staff, either needs some retraining or needs to be replaced. The service is unacceptable. Rude and uncommunicative. I recognize that working in a donut shop is not most people's dream job but there is no excuse for this poor level of service. How hard is it to tell a customer what their total is? How hard is it to tell the customer, thanks, please pull to the window? How hard is it to close the box of donuts all the way? My preferred DD location! Every single staff member is so kind and sweet! Today Zac helped me with my order, and he was the star of the show! Zac made me the best Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew along with a pumpkin Cream Latte. Both were so scrumptious! The donuts I also ordered were so soft and fluffy, I would have eaten the whole box if I didn't have to share with the children! Of all the Dunkin Donuts in the area this has got to be the worst as far as service. Ever since they got new owners or new management the driveup is usually empty and I can see why. They dont seem to care whether your order is right or wrong. By the the time you drive off on your way to work you realize you got the wrong coffee or the wrong amount of cream or just totally wrong order. I asked for a 4 sugar, 1 cream in my medium iced and it came out complete opposite. This is the 5th time I try this place expecting a better outcome, but again they failed me. Just came through the drive through and noticed the worker wasn't wearing a mask or gloves (as a food service employee in the midst of the covid-19 outbreak) and she snarkily replied that she's got it right here and carelessly held it up from around her neck. She also said she doesn't have to wear it until May 1, as if the virus is just on vacation for another few days and we haven't all been recommended to take precautions for over a month now. No one else I could see working had a mask or gloves on, either. For people interacting with food and with other people constantly, this appears rather irresponsible. I've been coming to this Dunkin Donuts since they opened. Is exactly one mile from my home. They only have four parking spots and it's a very tight squeeze. The problem is even the owner takes up one of the spots as well as the employees. This morning I needed a dozen donuts in two coffees and I had to walk 100 feet because all of the spots were taken by their employees and one customer. I should have read these reviews before calling in to try to warn the owner of what was happening at that store. Apparently the owner already knows. Do not bother with this place. The last 5 times I've been there, they didn't have donuts, ice cream, koolatas, etc. They close the store while you're in the drive thru if they want to take a break or just don't want to serve you. Please speak to your employees about how to wear facemasks. The woman in the drive-through only put hers on when she saw I was wearing one and she didn't cover her nose. This location needs to get it together. Has really gone downhill since May/June 2019. They don't even bother to open the front door anymore, everything goes thru the consistently slow and backed up drive thru. Forget about trying to save time with mobile orders, you have to pull up and tell them you have a mobile order otherwise no one checks the machine. Obviously the wait times, poor customer service, and long drive they lines don't work well with people trying to catch trains or are on a time crunch. I was a loyal customer to this location but have since stopped, and in fact this location is the reason I now have a Keurig machine at home. Really unfortunate - I hope they turn it around.
