They had a rocky start last year but back in business part of my morning routine is to stop here grab my medium coffee friendly service makes it enjoyable to come back... I wish I knew the name of the gentleman that works in the morning but he's absolutely wonderful I go out of my way to stop here because they have a great staff I can get dunkin' donuts coffee 12 places on my way to work but at the end of the day just not just for dunkin' donuts dunkin' donuts but customer service wins your .... Look forward to getting my coffee tomorrow morning also have to mention the yummy salted caramel munchkins that they were carrying during the holiday I'm truly upset that they are discontinuing it maybe until next year but they did add this delicious chocolate toffee donut with a golden fudge yum .. read more

Who is keeping this dump open ? Dirty tactics. Ordered a drink and donut. Manager ( owner I assumed ) had a pissy attitude. He hands me the coffee and walks away. I sit at the drive thru for a couple mins. He comes back and opens the window "yes"? Said "I ordered a donut too". He says "oh yeah we are out of vanilla." Ok but I PAID for it. I mean hello. wtf. I never had a problem with this Dunkin, and there's a lot of places out there that do this, but can y'all at least change the posted hours online that the store opens when the doors are unlocked. Says that it opens at 6am and I got here at 6:35am after a 6 mile bike ride and the doors are locked but drive through open. Guess I'll find another halfway point. read more

I usually come in here to grab breakfast. For the past three months the mens toilet has been out of service and filled with urine that has not been flushed. I complained to the health department about this and 8 told the manager that I submitted a complaint to them about it. Yeah... he hung up the phone on me. I dont know what to tell you guys. Great food if you dont mind all of the microbes in the air contaminating the food from the old urine from the last three months. Go ahead go look at the mens room toilet. read more

First time coming here, this place wasn't the best at all. Came for a quick bite, sure this place is beautiful but the service here is absolutely awful. My napkins were watted up with my hash brown bites. Bathrooms here aren't the best nor my experience with the staff. Wouldn't think about coming back. read more

I LOVE this Dunkin'! They know my order before I even say it, and it's right EVERY SINGLE TIME! I won't go to any other location. They are polite with greetings and thank you's, which nowadays is hard to get! They could open the doors at 5 AM as indicated on the app and in their hours. Just attempted to enter the business at 6:20 am with three other individuals and the doors were locked, and the staff inside paid absolutely no attention to the front door. If you live in or traveling through Lockport this is the Dunkin to get your coffee from! Carlos in the early morning is amazing, always friendly and polite with fast service. This stores coffee is always fresh and they actually stir your coffee here! I've been at 100's of Dunkins in my day and this store ranks in my top 3. read more

ive came here three different times now and they are always just so rude I won't be coming back!

I gave them 2 stars because in the past they have been great. Today I got a small strawberry coolata for my kids. I asked for it to be split between 2 cups so my kids don't have to share one. Some locations are not okay with this and will up charge me, which I do pay for. Again, usually this place is good and don't give me any issues. They said they would split it when I ordered but then didn't do it when I got to the window. No big deal, my kids will learn to share. But then, they were complaining of something in it and said it's plastic. I thought it was just the ice so I let them continue drinking it on the way home. After checking it at home, I did find that there was little plastic shards in the drink. I called the store to find out what it was and all I got is, "I don't know, I didn't make it. But, you can come back and we will replace it for you." I'm not going to make the drive so I guess I'm just going to throw out the waste of $3 and also never know what the plastic was because the person answering the phone didn't make the drink. read more

This place is horrible. Anytime I order food it takes 20 to 30 min...one time it took so long the lady that took my order asked me if I got my food yet...she was the only one working....it wasn't busy btw. Don't get me started about Mr. Sunshine in the mornings...dude needs a joint or to get laid because he is never happy when he's there and never says a word and has the ugliest pissed off face. read more

They started out good with amazing staff super friendly and great service... but now in the mornings they have some rude kid that doesn't greet you, doesn't tell you your price, hands your food out to you without looking, or shoves the food so hard into your hand.. but recently he shoved my hot coffee into my hand so hard the top came flying off and the hot coffee ran burning down my hands and he could of cared less. So for that reason I'm fine driving further to a different location .. if you want to keep rude employees put them in the back so he doesn't have deal with the public read more

The line could be wrapped around the parking lot and man do they crank through the orders. The other location in town takes so long that I dont even go there anymore. The energy of the morning team is always positive...a great start to the day!! read more
