The lady who takes the orders is a rude a$$ b!tch who needs to get fired. Two days in a row she was verbally combative unprovoked. I literally was politely ordering (im kind of quiet so she had to ask me to repeat myself which I did in my normal tone of voice just louder so she could hear me) and she rudely kept asking, "is that all" after everything I said. When I said, "yes, that's all" she said "wow you sound excited" in a sarcastic tone. I already had a rough morning this made it worse. Once I got to the window all three employees were standing there staring at me as if I was the aggressor when in reality I was extremely off-put and quiet due to her very clear passive aggressive conduct both today and yesterday. (1st & 2nd time I will ever go here. Went back today thinking yesterday was an off-day for them and I wouldn't have that issue today, plus the food had actually been good.) They advertise their hours opening at 4am, if anyone shows up before 5am your lucky. This isn't a one time thing, and not a few minutes after scheduled opening. Wow, please do not attempt to come to this establishment. I have attempted to spend my money here 3 separate times, but I wasn't even able to get to the window. 1st time: They told me at the menu board that they were all out of iced coffee (1:00pm). 2nd time: No one would answer the menu board. It was early morning, around 9:00am. 3rd time: No one would answer the menu board even though there were 2 other cars in front of me. I sat at the board for 5 minutes (and the other cars in front of me never moved either) until I finally began yelling "hello?" No one answered to I drove off. This was at 4:30 pm. Boy O Boy this Owner/Manager is a knucklehead. I go to My Local Dunkin @ 4:30 to find the lights are off inside the building. From reading past complaints, I figured that weren't open yet. As a result I went back home. I went on-line to see what time they open to find 4 A.M. I then call the number and the Owner answers saying the Drive-Thru opens @ 4 but the doors don't open until later. I go back to the store and told ( Ankit K. ) what I went through and suggested some signage to reflect the drive thru hours He points a 4 X 4 sign by the window which you can't see unless you are by that window and wet on to say He is doing preparation for the day. This is the absolute most awful location in the area. The variety of product is always very limited compared to other DD's. Staff often closes the store earlier than the official store hours. Recently stopped by to get a coffee and store was to be open for 10 more minutes and the employee working was washing floors, saw me walking up - refused to look at me and just locked the door. Horrible service - will not be going here again - they should just close down - if they don't want the business. Service went from zero to hero after that Ryan person started He remembered my birthday and coffee, and is always chipper and, well, there. Food and donuts selection is usually good; sometimes slow though; they have staffing issues and the core ones work their butt off it looks like. The drive through can cause fights as I have seen on one occasion due to people not reading signs suzy and corrine are both fun and amusing people, both as salespeople and people lol. There were 4 people behind the counter and only two cars in the drive through yet it took 20 minutes for me to get served. Which is baffling since there were almost no donuts. I had initially walked up and ordered a dozen donuts. Then immediately changed that to a 6 pack. Not because I suddenly had less people to bring donuts to, but because there were only 7 different donuts to choose from. There were 0-glazed donuts. 0-chocolate frosted 2- long johns 1-jelly filled and then a bunch of apple fritters and blueberry cakes. I was here around 11:30 on a Saturday. I asked if they more coming out soon and the girl told me that they weren't going ot make anymore for a while. It was by far the worst experience I have had. This location is a joke. The drive thru has a 5 minute wait 50% of the time. The employees are rude and always joking around with each other while ignoring the customer. Mess up drinks at least 3 times a week ( I buy 5-6 coffees a week) and the donut case constantly has flies in it. I don't go here anymore.
