Beautiful location here, very diverse seating areas to relax and enjoy. Inside and a nice outside patio as well. The cup sizes are on display so no need to guess. Plenty of items in the display case to choose from. The service is good, they offered me some free samples which I enjoyed. The blueberry lemonade is fantastic. I do like they have small bite size donuts, gives you opportunity to try different flavors. Stan's offers unique flavors and fresh quality items. The concept is really stylish and unique as well. I think the price point matches the quality. There is parking outside for customers and they also have a drive through.

Stan's Donuts was a lovely stop. Walked in and it smelled amazing right away. So much to look at too, all the pastries lined up, full menu on display. Took me a minute to decide. The vibe really stands out too. Dark tones mixed with pinks and those bronze accents, it all just works. Not your typical donut spot. It has its own thing going on. Staff was great, really friendly and patient. I ended up getting the hot chocolate. And yeah... this one stood out. You can tell it's made with milk, not water, which already makes a big difference. It was thick, creamy, and had that smooth chocolate flavor. Slightly sweet and rich, you could really taste the chocolate coming through. With each sip, it had that warm, cozy feel... Like melted chocolate in a cup.

Variety of donuts - red velvet was delicious

We completed the stan's donut run a few years ago and loved the donuts at the finish line (we had the GF ones and they were fantastic!) While back in the area visit, we decided to come here. This was back in October and I still remember how nasty everything was, especially the coffee. I had a cold brew with caramel and ended up throwing it away it was horrible and bitter. My husband did not enjoy his pumpkin latte either. We tried a variety of donuts and they only enjoyable one was red velvet. Based on this experience alone, I wouldn't come back. I know Stan's is huge in the Chicago area so maybe it was just a bad day / location. I would consider trying the donuts again but definitely not the coffee. The location is cute and super pink! Staff were fine.

Chocolate old fashion, birthday cake, chocolate cake, Biscoff pocket, and croissant donut

Stan's presence can be felt everywhere, from grocery stores to Costco to their store front. I love this location because of its décor and it generally has what I want. I love donuts and I am very particular about what donut to order at each different bakery. My usual go-to for Stan's are the croissant donut and Biscoff pocket. I would occasionally diverge from my usuals for special reasons such as Fat Tuesday. I have tried several of their paczkis and they are solid choices.

Dirty table

This place used to be clean and enjoyable, but after my recent experience, I'm not surprised it's gone downhill. One employee was very kind and genuinely helpful, and I appreciate her assistance. Unfortunately, the other employee and the manager were rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in working. I used to come to this location because the food and service were consistently good, but after this experience, I'll be avoiding it in the future. I hope management takes customer service more seriously.

While it's nice to have access to Stan's Donuts in the mall without going out to a full location in the city, the donuts here are good but not excellent for me. I'm not sure if it is just perception, but maybe it's the freshness or the flavor doesn't seem quite a refined -- or it feels like there's just a few less interesting options available. With that said though, this is better than the average donut option you'll typically find in a mall or really any town. The prices are also a bit higher to reflect this premium offering though it's not super expensive compared to other premium options either. The donuts are always presented beautifully with pretty good and distinct flavors, and a good level of moistness regardless of whether you get the cake or yeast donuts. The drinks are fairly good here as well, though I still prefer the options from dedicated coffee shops as there's nothing here that I've tried yet that really makes me go "wow". Overall, worth a stop by here if you're shopping in the Oakbrook Center. This Chicago favorite is always a winner and you can get a few cool pictures here as well.

Stan's Cruffin

I certainly was eating with my eyes when we first went inside Stan's donuts esp flavors I haven't had. The donuts are pricier than what I would normally buy. "Standards" were $2.30 but we picked mostly "specialty"s @$3.30 and "dough boys best" @$4.30, cruffins @~ $6. Since we were just visiting, thought of it as a treat to bring back home. Taste-wise, most were on the too-sweet side. 1/2 was ok for me. Except for the biscoff and cruffins which were good. Not enough fillings though. 3.5 for the donuts. Added points for the ambiance. Like an old school diner with high tops, booths and some more comfy chairs so wouldn't mind sitting there for a bit.

Dry pretzel bagel.

Horribly dry pretzel bagel and blueberry old fashioned. Service was dismissive and not customer focused. I won't be back to any Stan's location. I'll stick with Dunkin ... and for less money.

As a student, I'm always on the hunt for new study spots and this Stan's location is a great study spot! They have a lot of tables and areas to sit. The employees are also very nice, they provided great recommendations when I came to drinks and I can't forget about the pistachio old fashioned. Definitely a staple for donuts!

Great Plain Old Fashioned donut !! It was sweet but not overly sweet. Usually donuts are uncomfortably sweet but this one hit the spot. The Stan's Cruffin was a little lack luster and wasn't very good for my personal tastes. I felt like it was a bit stale and the filling was a weird texture. Overall it was a good meal but not anything too special. Service was good and they were quick. I loved the vibe in the store and loved the collection of stand mixers. Even though it is a chain it felt unique!!

This place is adorable!

You might want to rethink who you hire. Your employees are some of the slowest and rudest. Won't be back

The donuts are good but a bit pricey. Service was ok. It's worth a try if you've never had it before.

I purchased a few a donuts to go and tried their Mango Lassi and Ube flavored ice creams. From their donuts selection, I got a Tropical Mango, a Biscoff, a Maple Bacon and a Oreo Cake donuts. The ice cream flavors were tasty. The Mango Lassi was better between the two. It captured the taste of Lassi nicely. I have had better Ube flavor ice cream elsewhere. As for the donuts, they were nice in general but a bit too sweet for my liking (except for the Oreo Cake one). My favorite donut was the Oreo Cake one followed by the Tropical Mango one. Overall, I had a nice experience. I recommend checking out Sweet Circle, if you haven't before.

They offer deals on half and full dozens. The staff was friendly, and the music gets you jumping.

When I got near the front, I timed it, and some people took as many as 3 min for a single order. Obviously they're not going to do anything about the pricing or quality of the limited prepackaged food items. But, get two people working at a time, at least one of them a stereotypical New Yorker to get people to order, pay, and move on. Even with long lines, you should be able to get through people more quickly . Especially when it's tap and pay and you're just throwing stuff in a bag. Unless they speed this up or get a mascot to entertain kids, I would not recommend this place. Do a selfie with the van and walk on by.

My friends got a mug and some other souvenir. I was tempted to get the mini tumblr keychain but for $15 not worth it. The people working the truck were friendly. This location is one of only five in the Chicagoland area right now, with each of them supplying fresh donuts to retail outlets around the area. This store has the giant conveyor belt of donuts very visible through plexi-glass. I remember in the early 00's how fast the brand expanded here (with stores everywhere), but the local franchisee had to declare bankruptcy, It seems to be back. We got a dozen of the originals, and it was instantly ready. Considering that one could easily eat half a dozen of the originals, by yourself if not careful, the $14.99 price for a dozen is steep. But the donuts were good, worth eating slowly. There is no concept of 'fresh' donut samples anymore. The location has fast free internet, and since we stopped in after breakfast, nobody was hanging around inside, giving us plenty of space to hang out until our appointment.
