I drive for work so I've been to a lot of Dunkin Donuts throughout the south burbs and into Indiana. This was by far the worst I've been to. 12 minutes in the drive-thru for just an iced latte. Only one car in front of me, which was sitting at the intercom for a good five minutes, then sat at the window for another five. I finally pull up to the window and have to wait another two minutes for my latte. In all that time I was waiting, how could such a simple drink not be ready? Ordered large hazelnut swirl, no sugar, no whip, easy on the ice. Got a very bitter latte, don't think they put any flavoring in it at all. Cup was over half full of ice. So much for "easy" on the ice. Time is money when you're a driver, cannot afford to wait 12 minutes for a coffee. Will make it a point not to stop here again. read more

The employees were clueless -- Asked for a breakfast sandwich. They did not understand until I located it on the menu ("right column, second down.") "I'd like a latte." ... "With milk or sugar?" Worse, it took them 5 minutes to admit that their latte machine did not work. Finally ordered coffee, which was decent. read more

I was here last night with my friend, and while we were there someone threw a vanilla long john at the side window of his car and it stuck onto the outside of it almost like glue. Of course, we had to see how fast we could go without it falling off. We got up to 80 mph on the freeway before it fell off. These are some very STRONG donuts. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst Dunkin' I've ever been to. The people are so rude. Majority of the times I go there they aren't even open and that's usually at about 6:30am. How are you not open in the morning?? That should be their busiest time of the day. Unfortunately this is the only Dunkin' on my way to work! This is probably THE WORST DD/Baskin Robbins ever! More times than not they have been out of the ice cream I have ordered, gave me the wrong ice cream, failed to make a birthday cake I ordered, and now my medium hot chocolate is 1/3 empty. So much for a deal at $1.99. I have told myself repeatedly to stop going there but I am not familiar with the area and it's on the way to the person I visit. Terrible!! Went to this location this morning to get my wife and I coffee. One they ran out of Allman milk and a Saturday they just started offering Allman milk and of course they ran out took the kid 10 minutes to get my coffee. The kid had to go outside and get one of his employees because of the employee decided sitting in their car was more important than coming into work. While standing in line an older gentleman walking up who's left customer and said I would like a caramel latte which the kid quickly replied oh or latte machine is broken the older gentleman replied it how long is been broken I don't know. They were out of most donuts it took the girl three tries to make my coffee right which is not a hard orderextra large coffee extra cream extra sugar you are coffeeshop I will never come this location again they are idiots and it location should be shut down by corporate read more

I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts for over a year. The "owner" said he was changing the hours of operation, without notice!!! I come to the drive thru at 4:15am every day... Do not tell me you are closed for business when you are right there and I am at your window. I spend apx $800.00 per year at this place. They do not listen for the drive thru, they are slow and they are not prepared at all when they are supposed to be open. They have an AM team led by Carlos. This was the smoothest, friendliest experience I had ever. His team even knew my voice and had my order ready by the time I got to the window. I have no idea what the owner is thinking but, I can tell you that he is screwing up his business in a big way. Don't bother going there until the Owner can realize he made a huge mistake and fix it by bringing his A team back. The hassle, at this time, is just not worth ANY MONEY. The service here is awful! It shouldn't take a minimum of 10 minutes to get coffee with only a few cars in line. I've gone in to place my order only to be ignored. One employee asked me why everyone is in such a hurry! Really?! We all have busy lives and shouldn't have to wait this long for coffee! There's another Dunkin' in Lemont with great service. Cheap owners charge $ .31 for a cup of water! They also cheat you with under-sized scoops of ice cream and maintain a poorly stocked selection of ice cream and donuts. Did I mention that they don't even tell you that they are charging you for the water, they just try to sneak the charge through and you have to discover it for yourself by closely looking at your receipt. I can tell you that the 31 cents they charged me probably cost them at least $5,000 over the next few years because I will never give them another penny and won't be taking the kids baseball team here ever again. Please help spread the word about their dishonest and cheap business practices and give your money to more reputable small business owners! read more

It's Valentine's Day, and they're out of donuts by noon. They really need to learn what extra cream means. The lady with the accent couldn't be anymore rude and unfriendly. I had horrible service today, I had a simple order and the girl who was working the register had no idea how to do anything. She had to call someone else twice to help her. I actually went inside because I had to get a gift card and I thought it would be quicker. I frequent this DD a lot on my way to work, and I have experienced bad service but today was ridiculous. read more

Ok, back in town to visit my in-laws and this was the only DD open. So I figured I'd give it one more chance because we wanted some donuts for the kids in the morning. Was there at 9:35pm and they close at 10pm. Doors were locked so I tried the drive through. Ordered coffee and donuts. They said "We'll brew some coffee for you. But we are out of donuts." I inquired a bit more, and they said the reason is because they threw everything out. Why? "We like to jet out of here by 10pm". At least they're honest. Not sure if that earns an extra star, though. I have been coming to this DD for about three and a half years now and I have yet to have a bad experience. The staff is always pleasant, quick and efficient. Waiting time is minimal. I say great job and please keep it up! read more

2/10/18 was the worst experience ever! My wife went in to make a purchase for a youth dance recital around 7am. There was heavy snow the day before, walk ways were not cleared. When she went through the first door into the vestibule she fell due to a wet floor and not mat down. The staff witnessed this and began to laugh, when she said something to them the turned away and continued to laugh. Her wrist, arm and knee are bruised, I called and spoke to two mangers, Millie and Star. They both said they needed to speak to another manager and someone would contact us, not one has. I even asked to speak with ownership, they were not sure who the owners actually were (so they said). The poor customer service is no one even asked if she was OK, could they do something to assist, nothing! I see the reviews of this location so I am not surprised by the absolute rude and uncaring treatment as well as condition of this location. Someone from corporate needs to look into this location. read more
