I need the district manager to contact me. This store is a mess and the store manager does not answer the phone, does not respond (still waiting from 2 years ago), and they are taking money for things they do not provide and no one will take care of these things. Please have a district manager or higher message me so I can actually talk to someone I have pictures of things that would have the health department shut them down. I guess that's the route I'm gonna have to go since they don't want care about what's going on in their stores. read more

Service was terrible. We almost walked out. Only one worker and when we walked in she only had 1 customer. Apparently someone she knew. She spent way too much time laughing and joking with him to care that she had a line of customers forming. He kept asking for more individually packed toppings 1 at time. She had already packed up his ice cream and she kept walking from the cash register to the topping station. She didn't wear gloves and she kept sniffling (no mask either). Not appealing when buying ice cream. read more

It's what you expect from cold stone. Sometimes great. Sometimes leaves something to be desired. Employees are pretty typical minimum wage fast food friendly. The store is often just not the cleanest although not filthy. read more

So, when this location first opened I had high hopes. Not so much now. Doors are mostly smeared with fingerprints and while not dirty inside I've never eaten inside. Why don't they serve hot chocolate ? No Coldstone I've been to has it! This one doesn't always have cherries! hmm......I've stopped going and now go to Basjin-Robbons for ice cream. read more

I went on a Saturday afternoon. Line was long, not enough workers. My ice cream was made sloppily. It's actually too expensive for what you actually receive. The ice cream tastes good and it's unique in that they mix the toppings in front of you - but I'd go with Dairy Queen or Culver's. read more

Friendly staff and good, tasty food and I would eat here again. Their shakes are delicious.

Great ice cream! The ordered birthday cake was ready on time. The employees were very polite and efficient.

This location is average at best, the service seems to be hit or miss. Lucky us we have DQ a mile up the road. read more

Cold Stone Creamery - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Homewood, Illinois

Great snack but rude young girls working today. Colette doesn't appear to enjoy working in the public sphere,

Very tasty. I haven't been to a cold stone in years. I got the Oreo one with butternut ice cream instead of sweet cream. It was very good. I waited a bit in line. Seemed like one of the people was newer. She had to remake one of the orders because of a mess up. It was all young kids working and they were playing rap music, which I don't care about. I like rap. But it doesn't seem very professional lol ‍‍‍ read more

Today my husband and I decided to use my BOGO birthday treat. We walk in the short young lady was nice she greeted us and told us the the other girl was gonna take care of us. I believe the short young lady was taking online order because she was reading from a receipt n making the ice cream. So I ask her hey do you know if this location is taking BOGO. She went over to ask the tall girl she shook her head no. The short young lady came bk over to tell us no , I'm assuming she is new because she didn't know. I asked about the BOGO to determine which size we were gonna get if they took the BOGO we were gonna get a love it. So the Tall lady takes our orders. We get to check out I put my number in on the keypad for points. Guesss what ? My reward for BOGO pops up . My husband tells her she says "yea I know" . We were in shocked n also confused . She just nodded her head no when I asked. To diffuse the situation I just left but I will need a response from a manager asap! Her name is Abby, she didn't say sorry is it something else we would like read more

My children like the ice cream at Coldstone, but they "LOVE" the atmosphere. USUALLY when my family comes to Coldstone we have a great experience. My kids always ask the employees to sing the "Coldstone song". The last time we visited, the employee "Kelly" refused to sing the song for my daughters. She said that she didn't want to sing it and refused unless they tipped her. My kids tipped her a dollar and she then proceeded to say its got to be a tip of $2 or more. My young children were disappointed and said they wanted the tip back since she wouldn't sing. She refused. Eventually we asked for a manager. The manager said she doesnt know the song and then walked away. My kids were upset because of a rude and unpleasant experience and we have decided not to visit Coldstone again due to a poor experience with the employee AND the manager. Shame on you Coldstone! read more

Arrived at 8:40 PM....this location doesn't close until 9:30 btw. Anyway, the two women there clearly didn't want to be. My daughter's & my ice cream was good. I'd return...but not to this location. read more

Horrible service. The workers move very slow. They let the line get longer and longer and you average 15-20min or longer in there. They are not quick at all read more

Very disappointing service. Breanna and Alex have a bad attitude. It was considerably busy and Breanna kept staying in the back, not helping much. Alex is very slow when serving and isn't helpful. 45 minutes of my life wasted at Cold Stone. I will be notifying the corporate office about my visit today and previous visit, with the same outcome. It's very sad that our Homewood Cold Stone is ran so poorly. Hopefully corporate can step in and help change that. read more

Love the ice creams, pleasant staff, had a food time with my brothers for a craving of the day!

My all-time FAVORITE sweet shop! I LOVE their signature creations! Every time I step into the shop, it smells amazing, and I get excited to choose a new creation to try! Sign up to receive coupons- sometimes BOGO free! They also give you a coupon for your birthday. Be sure to PRINT the coupons. The employees always greet customers when they come in. read more

Needed an ice cream cake for a birthday and Cold Stone got the job done. What a joy it was to share. Ice cream cake can be quite the challenge because it is either dreadfully ice cream heavy (despite the name its actually a cake too :) or vise versa. This cake was exceptionally sized, froze well, lasted over a week, did not melt in 5 minutes (which was nice), and had an original quality to it. Simply put their ice cream is pure, its real, its not watered down or astonishingly "milky" and or misrepresented (ahem unlike the overrated local legend known as DQ.) There are many flavored options you can pick from. I personally would recommend the coffee flavor. What more can you ask from a local business that serves quality ice cream. The service is fine. They will not serve you like a restaurant establishment, that is not the intention nor was it ever. The service is efficient and simple. They serve the ice cream you do the rest which is the fun part. read more

Order an ice cream cake for a baby shower. With the helpfulness of Sam, who works there, it came out beautiful and delicous. Everyone at the shower enjoyed the cake and requested where it came from. Cold Stone Creamery will definitely have more new customers soon. Thank you guys. read more
