Completely unacceptable behavior for an employee. At the drive up window I ordered a regular ice coffee and a strawberry dragon fruit refresher which I order almost everyday. I get to the window and am handed a pink daydream refresher which is not what I ordered I know what I said. I didn't even know they had a daydream. I went back to the window and before I could finish my sentence immediately this rude older Spanish speaking lady said "you need to pay". I said no this isn't what I wanted. ordered over 40$ in food when I checked the receipt I was charged 3 times for oat milk in one small latte and 4 times for a large matcha with almond milk. when I came in to say that's not right and have never been charged for each "pump" as they said. all she could say was we do here.
