Incompetent. I have been a loyal DD customer for many years. I love the product but, this location employes the lowest common denominator of employee. Said employee made the wrong beverage several times, then made me wait as she assisted another customer in line behind me. Once they were done she tried again. ordered over 40$ in food when I checked the receipt I was charged 3 times for oat milk in one small latte and 4 times for a large matcha with almond milk. when I came in to say that's not right and have never been charged for each "pump" as they said. all she could say was we do here. They over charge and try to tell you what u ordered. corporate needs to do a quality service check and revamp cause there's a lot of refunds owed with this being practices. read more

1. I asked for a caramel cappuccino. I was given a Carmel macchiato. when I asked for them to fix them they took the iced Carmel macchiato around the corner shook it up and handed it back to me. when I asked why they did that the response was "it looks different right!". 2. I look on my app profile for a receipt because they refused to give me one. The guy at the window looked confused when I asked for a paper receipt. No sprinkles, no cream filled... the Yelp reviews aren't lying so pay attention. The employees don't listen to you and start putting whatever donuts they please in your box. When you ask for ONE chocolate donut and they proceed to add THREE powdered sugar ones.... there is a problem! My photo even shows the powdered sugar on the chocolate ones from her lack of listening. Two days whoever the light skin lady with braids working the window that evening shouldn't be on the phone while taking my order that not only I placed at the intercom but repeated myself at the window and she looked at me like a deer in the headlight. Please train your staff to not be on personal headphones talking while also taking care of customers. Four of us stopped here on Sunday July 18 at 7:45. We wanted ice cream at the Baskin Robbins here inside this location. We were told be the staff that they already cleaned the ice cream counter and they would not serve us any ice cream because "We close at 8pm. I'm not cleaning it again. You can order coffee." We asked him specifically about donuts that would be available in the morning as we considered picking up a dozen before heading out for the day, but he also couldn't tell us what kinds of donuts they would have nor was he the least bit concerned whether we came back or not.
