Can you say terrible?! Been living in Key West, FL since Jan. 1st. I have been to dunkin donuts several times since Jan. 1st. Every time was a nightmare. First, coffee was not great and basically a limited amount of donuts to select from. Mind you, this is about 8am in the morning. No Donuts? The other day, it took 20 mins to get a coffee. Today, there were NO DONUTS at 7:30am. No Dounts! Wait, isn't this Dunkin Donuts?!!! I will post a picture of the empty racks at 7:30am today. Who owns this place? You should check your sales! Usually you can always count on Dunkin Donuts, but not here in Key West, FL! This Dunkin' Donuts sours the typical Dunkin' Donut standard (of being standard). They were disorganized and had serious communication problems behind the counter. The lady at the register asked if I wanted to add hash browns to my order. I declined but my friend ordered them. We stood around waiting for a while for her hash browns, only to learn they were out of them. Someone on the staff said she wasn't charged for them. Low and behold, the receipt proved otherwise. The hash brown incident aside, it took a while for my whole group to get our food. We somehow ended up with two extra coffees. That doesn't seem too efficient. My coffee was watered down and egg white and veggie flatbread seemed old. Save your time and money. Go elsewhere. read more

Went to get some ice cream the other day around 9 pm with my little family and sit inside. We walked in and there was rap music blasting with swearing in it. I asked them to turn it off as we were planning on sitting down and eating our ice cream. I was told they do not have access to the music controller and that "we could sit outside". Slow like molasses..... wasn't greeted with a Hello when we walked in. Wasn't even acknowledged that we were in line waiting for someone to take our order. The two people working did not have an ounce of a sense of urgency in their bodies. They looked annoyed that customers walked into the store versus potentially waiting an hour in the drive thru line. This was by far one of the worse dunkin visits we have ever had... The only positive was my girlfriend said the bathroom was very clean! The couple that order before us their coffees were both wrong and when they ask to have them remade the lady gave them two black coffees and told them to add your own sugar and cream as they wanted. We should have known to run then! I ordered two medium iced coffees one with cream and French Vanilla swirl and the other one cream and caramel swirl. While making them I reiterated that they were vanilla and caramel swirl the lady looked at the screen for about a minute trying to understand what I was saying. She finally figured out our order but added so much sugar that we were chewing our coffee when we did not even order sugar. Now everyone knows I love me some Dunkin...but...(you knew that was coming)...I have never have to clearly indicate iced or hot coffee before. Is that a new thing? Normally if you want iced coffee you say "iced coffee" but it was made perfectly clear by the clerk that it was either Hot coffee or Iced. Lordy, can you say incredibly annoying. We came in late on a weekend night for some ice cream and donuts. Staff was polite, attentive and made small talk while they made my wife's sundae and grabbed some donuts for us. They had easy access despite all the roadwork on the main road in front of the shop. They also have a large parking lot which was a bonus when we went back a few days later early in the morning. The day staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and the service wasn't as solid. The coffee and donuts did not let me down. Not did the breakfast sandwich I got to use as a pre-game for my donut sugar surge. Terrible place. The staff was unaware of the products that they serve and the menu board in the drive thru is misleading. Asked for a waffle cone (pictured on menu) with chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream in it (literally the ice cream inside the waffle cone pictured on the menu) and was greeted with a "we ain't got that." So I proceeded to ask what ice cream they had since there was no flavor list on the menu, and the response was, "it ain't on the billboard?" My only response I could muster was to just laugh and order my family plain chocolate ice cream in cups since that seemed to be all they had! I pulled up this Dunkin' Donuts account and was shocked to see they had a 1.5 star rating. My experience was absolutely perfect. I have always liked Dunkin' Donuts coffee better than Starbucks. I took my grandchildren there this morning because they love donuts. We went through the drive-through due to Covid. The ordering was efficient, we got through the line fast, the person at the window acknowledged both my grandchildren and gave them each a Dunkin' munchkin free to eat in the car and he was very friendly. He had on a mask and gloves complying with Covid and was just a complete gentleman. read more

The morning crew has at least some good service, whereas evening crew... not so much. The WiFi is so slow that it's rendered completely ineffective. It could also use a lot of cleaning. The only reason I am giving this Dunkin/Baskin Robins one star is because you can't assign 0 stars! The place is disgusting. It is in bad need of cleaning and repair. The employees are rude and unprofessional and the management is clueless. We had run an errand and my grandchildren asked for ice cream and the Dunkin/BR was right there. Went inside and there was one other customer there along with one employee, the manager, and her early teen children. The one employee had taken the other customers order and gone back in the kitchen to fix it. I figured it would only be a few minutes. Boy was I wrong after almost 10 minutes we asked the manager, who was talking to her kids, if someone could take our order. She yells toward the back of the store at the one employee to come take our order. Ask for a cup of chocolate and a cup of vanilla ice cream. They don't have any and the few flavors they had looked like they had thawed and refrozen a few times. If Dunkin/BR was smart, they would pull this franchise. Do yourself a favor, go to Publix and by yourself a carton of ice cream. It will be better and cheaper. read more

No stars! The absolute worst Dunkin staff. The staff were fighting with each other in front of the customers, blaming their incompetence on each other. I heard One member say that he didn't have time to bring the munchkins from out back so when I asked the lady for the munchins in back for my children, she said they were never made. I work early so sometimes it's nice to pick up donuts for work. This shop is not the place to go tho. Of the 3 or 4 times I've been, the employees seem to care very little about the customer. Sorry to say that yes, all of the other reviews are true. The staff is made up of the most incompetent group of individuals you are likely to encounter. You almost feel sorry for them being clustered in a sea of ignorance like that. I literally had to repeat my order 6 different times (7 th time guy behind me repeated it) only to arrive home and discover the order wasn't even remotely close. Seriously, if you can't fill a box of 6 donuts correctly you really shouldn't be out there as part of a workforce. The kicker is it took 3 people to take and fill order and it was still F'd up! Been watching the heart- shaped donut ads for a month and told my husband I wanted one as a treat for V'day, but on Mardi Gras. I rarely eat sweets and only drink black coffee. When I opened the coffee, I saw it had cream (looked on side and it said "4 creams, 4 sugars "). He offered me his, but it was the same. Not a normal order, so don't know how we ended up with them.There were no other customers in the store. In addition, the donuts had white cream filling- the one type I specifically asked not to have. Ended up throwing out 2 extra lg. coffees and half of the donuts. At least, I know I'm not missing anything when I see the ads in the future! read more

I've been a long time fan of Dunkin Donuts and this place didn't disappoint. Two mornings in a row on our vacation we wound up here in the morning for coffee and donuts. My favorite chocolate kreme filled were absent both days unfortunately. I did get a double chocolate donut each day though to make up for it! My coffee drink is usually the medium size french vanilla coffee coolatta but their machine was broken so instead I got the medium french vanilla iced coffee with sugar and creamer. That was perfect for me but I like my coffee to taste nothing like coffee just a heads up! There are 4 sugars and 4 creamers in that drink so it resembled melted coffee ice cream more than an actual coffee drink! It was perfect for me but not everyone likes to start out their day with a total sugar high like I do. read more

One star is one to many. Surly help with absolutely no customer awareness. My house coffee (a large) had no taste of coffee. Either they failed to put in coffee, or the machine was inoperative, or the surly clerk diluted it with hot water. When I returned the coffee the clerk was "So what do you want me to do about it". The worse location I've ever been to! When we walked in 3 workers saw us come in and none asked us what we'd like. When we tried to speak to one worker he had head phones in and couldn't hear us. We got someone else's attention and I ordered a layered sundae, they were out of peanut butter sauce so I asked to substitute for hot fudge and this seemed to annoy him. He doesn't even attempt to make the layered sundae properly, he just piles ice cream and was going to put hot fudge on top... I don't think this is what "layered" is meant to mean. Absolutely terrible service. 4-5 men behind the counter all doing nothing but running around, joking, and cutting up w each other. The only woman behind the counter was on the phone talking to someone saying "I'm going to get off soon" when there were 7 people in line who had not been helped. The Baskin Robbins is right beside inside Dunkin Donuts and has a certain ice cream advertised 3 times on their menu board and when we asked for it, they said they did not have it at all? Not that they were out. But they didn't have it. None of the workers seemed well versed on menu items from Dunkin Donuts nor Baskin Robbins. I would not recommend coming here unless you plan on getting what you didn't want and wasting your time. Place was clean, I will give them that. read more
