I came here to kill time between appointments. The staff weren't very friendly but I did get my items fast. I got a breakfast sandwich which was tasty and hot! This was probably the most staffed Dunkin I've ever seen. They had the music loud and were talking loud but it seemed a lot of their business came through drive thru so can't blame them for making the most of their time. Placed order through mobile app! 4 ordered of stuffed EVERYTHING bagels and a large carmal craze coffee! Went to pick up order and I received four orders of PLAIN stuffed mini bagels! I let the manager(Taylor) know or at least she said she was the manager and she was rude. She said we are out of them until our truck comes. She didn't offer anything else in replace of it or anything else! She didn't even tell me they were out of them. I come ALL the time sometimes twice a day three times if I'm off work! I'm also a general manager in the food industry! I would NEVER sneak and hand out an order the customer didn't request. I would let them know I'm so sorry we are out and would you like something else! She told me to bring the original card for a refund and i did. I came inside asking for her name and they said we can't give that information out. Ok no problem. The other employee asked what happened and I explained. Taylor continued jumping into the conversation rolling her neck snatching my card from my hands to give me a refund. i did my first drive through order and now can see why this has such bad reviews. i ordered the oatmilk s'mores latte, a special in the app. they ran it up as a regular latte and charged me an extra $2 by the end. then they forgot to add the marshmallow cold foam so they took it back after they gave it to us, returning it without the graham cracker crumble and with dirt on the lid. they also didn't add as many pumps of syrup as the latte came with (i've never had 1 pump of any syrup at any other dunkin location??) so my overpriced coffee also tasted pretty bad read more

I have been there four times in the past month, every single time their ovens are down. It seems like that should be fixed by now. Pretty frustrating. This location is a little skimpy on the cream cheese, but I'm supposed to be eating better for health reasons so maybe it's just the universe telling me to stop eating bagels with cream cheese. I used to go to the Dunkin closer to my house but since it's always packed, I've started coming to this one closer to work. They usually don't have as long a line and I can get in and out quicker. I went to this location on 3/21/24 around 3:30. Pulled up to drive thru order/menu board I ordered a plain yeast doughnut and the gentleman said "I am new and don't know doughnut names". My friend in car asked if he had cake doughnuts, just to add to confusion lol. Gentleman then suggested that I pull up to window to visual inspect what he has. So for real this guy is walking the trays to the window, finally I am like I'm coming in. Come in the guy is disturbingly out of place not so much dangerous right at that moment but definite Spidey sense was tingly. This gentleman apologized for not knowing the product. I was like why don't you know your product and are you going to sell. "You would think I would know my product" is what he said. Totally dumbfounded that should have been my cue but I really wanted that doughnut. After I questioned him about not knowing product, immediately went into recovery mode trying to make me feel bad as he is training someone and has dishes to do. Long story short Shady customer service rep Atmosphere was very quiet, not even the piped in music chain restaurants use The doughnut was dry and very disappointing, should have known. Tina is the woman. All praise Tina and her fabulous iced coffee! Stopped in to grab a snack for my son, and a breakfast sandwich and iced coffee for myself. The new seasonal Coconut Caramel is so delicious, so I was bummed when Tina informed me that she was out of that flavor. But she suggested the Caramel Swirl with a shot of Coconut instead, so I took her up on it. Holy yes...it was delicious!! She also made sure she had the donuts that my son wanted, before charging me. It's happened a few times lately, at this location, that they've said they had what he wanted, but didn't. Then they've acted salty when I've requested my money back instead of choosing different donuts. Sorry, he doesn't budge on his donut selection. Tina was very friendly and courteous. Coffees are made consistently inconsistent. Have never had a coffee taste the same from this place and they've gotten progressively worse over the last year. Got a coffee there today and it should have been an iced macchiato it tasted like straight cereal milk. It was definitely not worth $6.50, I will always take my visits to Starbucks when on this side of town. I've been wanting to try a cronut for sometime, and this is about as close as I'm going to get without going to New York City. The only drawback to this tasty donut chain is that it's $1.09 for a donut. Well I had high expectations for this Dunkin, but I was disappointed with my last visit. It was a random Tuesday mid-morning and they served me COLD coffee. I ordered a hot drink. It came in a hot drink cup. It was so cold that I opened the top looking for ice. I remember thinking it was odd that the cup wasn't warm to touch when they handed it to me. How long had that coffee been sitting out in order to serve it to me? I would have been furious if I went through the drive thru and was served this, but since I had parked I just walked right back in. They looked at me so confused, "it's cold?" Someone made my drink again but it didn't seem like they were doing any type of investigating of their current coffee supply. read more

Today 9/8/14 I went to Dunkin Donuts and ordered a couple things for Christina since it was her birthday. While there I seen a poster for their chicken and biscuit sandwich and wanted to give it a try and compare it to Chick Fil A. They said it would be a couple minutes to make it. I was thinking awesome... nice and fresh! It comes out the DD wmployee from back hands me the bag and I head out to get back to the house with her goodies. As I'm driving I little voice tells me to check out what I got instead of waiting. So I pull over open it up the bag and my first thought was the chicken was hot and steamy and wait for it.... the biscuit looks really dark if not burnt. I attempted to take a bite and my observation was correct, it was hard and BURNT. I'm not the one to put up with substandard quality in the fast food business aince I ised to own two #Blimpie sub shops and pulled out my recipient, called them and told them I was coming back. She said "I could get a new one... " I said "I dont have time and I'm sure the rest are the same and I would like my money back instead". She called up the biscuit maker and she said check your biscuits and he said for what and she they are way over done. My thinking to Mr. Behind the scenes biscuit maker... OK it is Monday... no excuse and are you kidding me...my 6 year old could see it was burnt when you made it and he could use it as a hockey puck. So I ended up getting my money back and she gave me a card for a free sandwich. Here is the issue; In the food service industry with it being so competitive and the ease to voice what happened like I am now on social media sites. You don't have have a second chance...all you have is the wow factor the first time. Yes she apologized and gave me a free card... and I thanked her... but I'm not sure Mr. Biscuit maker even cared he had an issue with his biscuits. You have one chance to get it right so do it! What is happening to the majoring of people working in the fast food service industry, they don't care anymore about the products they are creating for others to consume. The lady was rude, the coffee was horrible, they messed up the whole order. I've never had a problem with Dunkin until this one.

Love the donuts, hazelnut coffee, and east coast nostalgia. The service is usually slow, even with less than a handful of walk-in customers. The last time I went (May-2017), no counter service for more than 3 mins. Left without purchasing any product; good thing I'm not addicted. I will always return for more DD's but there remains a skepticism of whether I'll be able to fill the empty hole that only a donut can fill. read more

If I could leave - stars I would ,I order the same coffee every day , I went here yesterday because they were close to me . I ordered my coffee. And often they don't stir it enough so I sip to see if I needed to stir it before I leave (all the sugar At the bottom) there was no sugar in my coffee . So I ask the woman who handed it to me for sugar and a stirrer and she replies with "I put sugar in there I just probably didn't stir it good". I said no I asked for 7 cream and 7 sugar. (It was an xl) and she continues to tell me that's what I'd gotten .I've ordered the same coffee every day for years , there was no sugar at the bottom nothing . Let me start off this review by saying I really don't LOVE Doughnuts. They are just okay. I do however really love this Dunkin Donuts. There is not much in the "hood" of Camby but I am so happy that they place a Dunkin Donuts there. I order the same thing most days. Medium Hazlenut Coffee with 5 splendas..YES I said 5. The staff is the reason why I love this place. One lady knows what I want even before I tell her. They seem to have a great working relationship. To top it off I always get a Have a Great Day. As someone that works in the customer service field THIS is what makes me come back. This location has the best employees and a customer for life :-) read more

The manager, who conveniently wasn't wearing his name tag, was a lazy bum. His shirt was wrinkled and dirty, and his hair was disheveled. The lady workers there were rushing around. He was crawling from place to place with no sense of urgency like his co workers. The drive thru was long. The line inside was long. The poor girls were busting butt. Not their leader though. At one point one of the cashier ladies needed some ones. He moped over, and almost looked bothered as he said, "What do you need?" I just wanted to let someone know that this young man needs some lessons in leadership, customer service and social skills.
