First time to Dunkin' Donuts, and I am very glad I will NOT be returning to this location as I was road tripping through this area. Let us not assume all DD treats their customers the way this location's staff conducts business. We were not greeted by any of the baristas so I greeted them with a hello and good morning. Seriously no response from the young cashier. He only made a glance of disappointment. After my $26.25 order, i had to ask three times for a splash of almond milk to my americano. Again, all baristas behind the counter were conversing with one another and not welcoming any customers. This made me feel unwelcome. By the way, their hash browns tasted as they had been sitting there. NOT FRESH WHATSOEVER. Hopefully this location will improve overtime for the sake of their locals. read more

I'm not a fan of this Dunkin and prefer the other one we have in the area. This has only been my "Go To" whenever the other one is closed. That being said, there are a few reasons here. For starters, their bacon is often over cooked. Something that is not easy to get through. The good news is, their donuts are "OK" but nowhere near as fresh as the other Dunkin. It's still acceptable though. The drive thru there is not easy to get through. You have to be very aware and when it's busy, it will definitely take time to get the order. I'd say you are better off going inside for your order, but there is limited parking in that lot. The iced coffee is questionable. Even when I order it without sugar (I have to stay away from Sugar, it triggers off some dizzy spells for me), by the time I start to drink it at home, I can taste that it's loaded up with sugar. What I do like about this is that it has a Baskin Robbins inside of it and the ice cream and such is pretty decent from it. I've never had a bad experience with that. read more

First timer . Loved the quick service ... did drive through and it was a short wait time.. had ice latte and was perfect .. we also had strawberry milk shake from baskin and it tasted so good.. lots of parking available. Perfectly close to many other big stores.. thumbs up ! read more

For years this has been my favorite Dunkin location in the area. Always made my order correctly and the staff has been super nice, especially one girl who is always there-might be a manager. Anyway, the last few times I've gone, my coffee has been awful. You know when you get an iced coffee and you know just by the color that it will taste off? Yeah-like that. So I finally asked for a little more milk and they refused, saying I would need to pay for it. I told them I already had milk in the coffee, they still refused saying I needed to pay for it. I again said I had already paid for the milk in my coffee and the guy walked away from the window. I used to work at a coffee shop so I understand customers can be a pain for no reason. I feel like this is ridiculous though. This place is nickel and diming you for crappy coffee. Not for nothing, Starbucks always gives a little extra splash of milk if you ask, and doesn't ask for another dollar. read more

This Dunkin' location is awesome! I visit quite often in the morning around 7:30 before work. The drive-through is always quick and never more than a 10-minute wait. The staff are always friendly. Always need my morning cup of Joe to get me going and these guys do it right every time. read more

Good morning, I am emailing regarding an incident in which occurred this morning at Dunkin Donuts, 315 US-206 Hillsborough, NJ 08844 United States I come this Dunkin Donuts every morning after my overnight shift to grab a coffee on the way to my next destination. Most times I have no issues with my order or with customer service. This morning, I was disgusted by the way I was treated by an employee who seemed to be the manager at this location. The issue I had was when I recieved my coffee it was extremely watered down, extremely dark and incorrect. I made a comment at the window and asked if they were sure they made it correctly. I get the same exact thing every morning: a large caramel swirl iced coffee with cold foam, oat milk and cinnamon sugar, and it looks the same every single time except for a few times at this location. I've let it go once before but today I was not going to force myself to drink something I didn't like. I took a sip and it tasted horrible, extremely dark and I noticed they didn't add the caramel to it. So I parked and went inside to ask if they can please remake my coffee because it was incorrect. Before I could even finish my sentence, the woman cut me off and started going down the list of ingredients in my coffee and said "well you didn't say caramel swirl, we all have headsets and No one heard it" then gave me the coffee back with caramel at the bottom but the coffee was still the same one. It was watery and disgusting. Instead of continuing to go back and forth I walked away and threw the coffee in the garbage to avoid things escalating. It was a coffee, it would've take. 2 minutes and some common sense in customer service to simply attempt to remake it. I never write reviews or contact customer service but today I was really bothered by how I was treated. I've been purchasing from Dunkin Donuts for decades. This is unacceptable. I don't give servers a hard time and Im always willing to find a solution to a problem but I will not tolerate being blatantly treated like that. She didn't give me her name and Im not racially profiling but she was the only female server who looked of Asian background. Just rude and completely lacks quality customer service. If she's a manager it should definitely be addressed immediately. I get we all have bad days but that's unacceptable. This same review will be forwarded to DD Customer service just to make sure it's addressed. I don't want any money back or free items. I just would like for this to be address as I've been coming to this Dunkin' Donuts every morning for over 10 years. Safe to say, I will not be returning. read more

This is the best Dunkin Donuts in the area! There is a drive-thru for those snowy or rainy days! Always have friendly and accurate service, with yummy hot coffee and breakfast. They are surprisingly fast with the box of joe orders, helping me to my car when I order multiple. I do think they should give one free small coffee with any box of joe orders, it is just wrong to not be able to sip on coffee while smelling it all the way to the office :) read more

I went there for ice cream cakes for my kids the past few yrs and they were always helpful, asking what size and flavor i wanted and got a couple options from the back for me to pick. When i went today, the guy there said "nothing in the back" without even listening to what i was looking for. When i was waiting for him to write on the cake, we saw flies flying around and then landed on the donuts! Gross! When he brought the cake out, he said "i m no professional artist" i didn't want to be rude but i was thinking in my head "Then why didn't you ask someone else to write it" Not only the words were poorly written, he spelled "Happ birthday" Never ever go back there again! read more

I usually visit here in the afternoons or late evening. Never had a problem with the DD staff, coffee, and/or hot croissant items. From trying to order certain donuts /bagels in the evening learned they only bake some items here. The others are delivered a few times a day (possibly from the other DD in Hillsborough?). Thus, the limit on some items. I guess it's because of the shared space with BR. My experience with the BR staff is less than stellar. In inquiring about or placing special orders have often had to repeat myself several times. However the items themselves have been ok. read more

I am not someone who complains and I rarely have an experience that I don't enjoy. You'll see this reflected in my other reviews. I'm easy to please and I've worked fast food so I understand why things are the way they are and have a very high threshold for minor mistakes. I've been here several times and am definitely done. The staff is not attentive or particularly professional. I've ordered hot breakfast, coffees, and just donuts. The quality is not high, the hash browns are soggy and cold, and I've gotten a sausage breakfast sandwich that was completely cold in the middle. I don't come here anymore and don't plan on it again. It is worth noting, with all these mistakes I have not given them the opportunity to make it right due to time constraints. I love Dunkin Donuts! I go out of my way to find one for coffee. But, this drive through is the pits. The receipts are never correct either. The people are rude and they don't listen. I order an iced coffee and get to the window and it's a hot coffee. I order 2 donuts and tell them what kind, and I get to the window and they have to ask again, what kind. Sometimes I think it's the speaker system that is faulty, but in the last visit I saw the boy at the window with his cell phone texting. Obviously he wasn't paying attention to the customers. I am partially disabled and can't walk into the other Dunkin Donuts in Hillsborough, but from now on, I will bring someone with me to go in and get the coffee. I drive past this Dunkin Donuts two days a week so I stop here for my morning coffee but they are just so rude and stingy that I've simply stopped going. If you want any milk or sugar in your coffee you have to ask for it light and sweet and they'll never fill the cup all the way. The other days I go to the Dunkin Donuts on Elizabeth Avenue in Somerset and it is terrific but the two days a week that I have to go this direction I've started brewing my own coffee at home. Clean, fast service. Points off because when a customer asked about the perks card, he was told "go online". No other explanation, and there were perks cards laying on the counter right there. When cashier saw me explaining how it works, he gave the guy the "perks" price for the iced coffee, but still no explanation or encouragement for the perks card. No customer service skills. In the afternoon they already dont have cerain kinds of bagels. Their croissants are not crispy, as if they were from yesterday or the day the day before - simply not fresh. There is an older lady working there behind the counter. Every time I go there she repeats everything twice and still asks what I just asked. The problem is that she is not listenning. Three weeks in a row I went to the Baskin Robbins section of this Dunkin Donuts for ice cream cups. Two scoops each, with wet walnuts and hot fudge syrup. That's it, three ingredients. Week one: Sorry we're out of wet walnuts. Week two: Had the wet walnuts, but the ice cream was half melted when served. Week three: Still half melted and sorry we're out of hot fudge syrup. Oh and all three times the scanner wasn't working, so I had to stand holding up my cell phone while the employee squinted at my "rewards" code. THAT'S THREE STRIKES at least. Got butter all over the paper wrapper (on the outside) and worse, on the outside of the brown paper bag, careless, messy and inefficient preparation.. I am extremely disappointed with this location. I ordered donuts for my daughters birthday. I ordered them in the shape of the number 8. I ordered 2 dozen of them a week before her birthday. When I showed up to pick them up, the staff there looked at me like I had 6 heads. I paid for the donuts the week before when I ordered them in person. Basically they said sorry, we can do them for you tomorrow. Ummm, hello, my daughters birthday isnt tomorrow.
