This place is good, the donuts are more cakey than fluffy. But they're still really soft and fresh! They have a ton of variety and a lot of créeme filled donuts of different kinds. It's really spacious inside and it looks like they have WiFi, and a lot of tabalee. I used to love coming here but something has changed! The last couple of years there was a consistent group of younger people working who provided amazing customer service and did a great job on the food and drinks. I no longer see any of those workers and the food and drinks have gone downhill. Today my iced coffee had melted ice in it (how?) and was so pale in color it was no surprise I couldn't taste any coffee in it... just watered down creamer. Truly disappointing. By far the best Dunkin spot I've been to! The place was inviting and comfortable. Probably there are 10-15 people but still quiet and feels roomy. I also like the crew, they're attentive when you're ordering and would tell you nicely if they run out of something(tried to order caramel macchiato but they ran out of caramel) also they would not just tell you they don't have it, they know how to offer drinks you could try (you know there are stores who'll just say they don't have it and that's it, period) The Donut stand/display was neat and name of flavors are easy to read. About 5 people behind the counter and nobody really wanted to help except for one cashier. I place my order and was shoved aside like Starbucks. The cashier just walked away after she gave me the donut I didn't know I had to wait and cute another 7 minutes just for a black a cup of coffee. First time here yesterday and I ordered some blueberry donut holes, two old fashioned cake donuts, a small hot latte, and a medium hot cocoa mocha signature latte. I was mistakenly rung up for an iced cocoa mocha latte, and when I informed the lady who was making the drinks (a different person took my order), she was very nice and apologetic about it. There were only two people behind the counter, and I was very calm about everything because of the wonderful customer service I received and on top of that, I know how hard it is to work at a place that is over staffed. I've been patiently eating for them to open, tracking the progress everyday on my drive home. I came in around 2p, they weren't very busy at all. The case was stock full of freshly looking donuts and the place was very clean. The girl who helped me, Por'sha was a delight. She was real friendly and helpful and patient as I had a ton of questions for her, all while she seemed to still be trying and learning everything. Kudos to her!! I was most excited for the beyond sausage breakfast sandwich and it did not disappoint. My only critique would be that I would have wanted it hotter, and so the cheese could melt. I also ordered a cold brew latte, and idk if it was the unsweetened flavor or the coffee, but the brew tasted burnt to me. It takes 30 minutes for a everything bagel, just for them to tell us they don't have the everything bagel. To be fair i got my drink in a decent amount of time, but the wait for the food is unacceptable. The employees were talking and having a party in the back instead of efficiently working I do NOT recommend this place at all. Nice location that has replaced a vacant Dollar Deal Store. This new Donut spot is located across from Tins Bistro (Best Chinese/Dim sum in the area btw) with tons of car traffic on Jackson Blvd. Generally there's a decent amount of parking except for the weekend since some peeps do park here from Tins. You can usually also park on Alice if the lot is full. Dunkin' is one of my staples growing up in Chicago so I was ecstatic to see one open up so close to home. I grew up on Dunkin' (then known as Dunkin' Donuts) in NJ, so was looking forward to seeing this chain come through to Hayward. There are actually a lot of donut spots in the area (including the Best of the Bay's World's Fare), but no real chains until Dunkin' came through. I came by the Friday before they opened for real on the following Monday, and was told it was closed. Disappointed, I came back the following week to see if it was just like home. I knew exactly what I was getting when I stopped by so wasn't surprised. Got two donuts, my standard strawberry frosted and chocolate glazed. Both were sweet and sugary, not too sticky either, which I dislike. Had a standard black coffee that was fine too. I will be back since I live close by and the store is very clean with a lot of workers. Hoping that doesn't change. Apparently it's also 24/7, which is wild. First, don't be fooled by the corporate photos of the menu. This location does NOT offer vegetarian or plant-based breakfast sandwich options. I went in to explore the actual menu and finding no plant-based options, proceeded to just order a coffee and a doughnut. The staff lady was super friendly and helpful. The apple fritter is nothing like the fritters I've become accustomed to at local shops (not chain stores), but it was just okay. I was in this store on December 12th about 2:40 p.m. There were several customers and the employees were quite busy. Someone who really stood out as a professional and who obviously takes pride in whatever he does there in the store and probably in his own time also, is Jesus. With his customer service he was efficient and conscientious. He obviously knew the menu and what options he could offer customers. He could speak Spanish and English fluently and that came in handy I noticed during my visit there. I saw that he is Asian, so neither English nor Spanish could possibly have been his first language. He was the shift manager on duty that day. A great manager also , considering he was not in the back of the store somewhere with not a clue of what was going on, but rather helping out at the counter to back up his employees. Today is National Nurses Day and Dunkin' Donuts is honoring all nurses and healthcare workers with a free donut and coffee (you just need to present a valid ID). I went a little after 6am and inside it was very clean and there were plenty of donuts to choose from. I appreciate that they practice physical distancing by putting tape markings on the floor to remind customers the 6 feet distance space. Brandon (I hope that's his name) greeted me with a "woot woot!" When I presented my healthcare ID. I felt very appreciated by him. Seriously that made my morning!... We were in Half Moon Bay and craving Dunkin' Donuts to only find out the one in Half Moon Bay had been closed. So we went to Yelp to locate the nearest one to us that was also on our way home and found this location. When you pulled into the parking lot (plenty of parking), you could see that it was relatively new. Once inside, there were not a lot of donuts to choose from (it was 2:00 pm). The staff was more interested in gossiping with one another instead of helping guests. We wanted to order half a dozen donuts, but they didn't have any half-a-dozen boxes, so they asked if the dozen box was fine. It was fine - but it did not bode well for the store. We told the staff member what we wanted and he kept on getting confused. I told him again, one by one, and later we discovered we got 7 donuts for the price of 6. When I ordered my coffee drink - I asked for oat milk and then the staff member and another got into a discussion about what milk could go in the blender. I was told oat milk could not be put in the blender, but almond milk could be, so I said fine. My wife wanted a mango drink and they said they didn't have any - only for her to point it out on their menu. It looked like there was no manager on duty and the staff was left to their own devices. One of the staff members was obviously too busy to care because she was on her way out. The donuts were good as expected, but the service needs work. You can also order ahead if needed thru the app. Has its own parking lot, although it's small. I did have to park on the street recently but it was on a weekday so it was pretty easy. Donuts are good here. I like the lemon filled donuts and cinnamon powdered. We also ordered the munchkins. This location is still new and I hope things improve. First visit was great. Second visit had nothing but munchkins. Third visit didn't have a great selection of donuts: cinnamon, powdered, strawberry sprinkles and chocolate filled. Where's my lemon filled donuts? On a corporate level their app is not accurate as you cannot choose specific munchkins or specific jelly filled donuts. They promote threwards but you have to use added value on your app to get rewards. Also there is no local phone number to the store anywhere not even on the corporate website. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Their customer service is terrible came in Thursday 23rd I get it's thanksgiving but they did state they were open till 1pm. I came in at 12:30 and couldn't even go inside because they had already locked the doors I had placed my order through the mobile app and was only able to get half of my order because they didn't want to make the hash browns. My drink was made wrong I had asked for the cold foam which is extra money so of course I wanted that but they couldn't even put it in my drink instead they gave it to me in a separate cup.
