The drinks are decent. The employees are unprofessional. There were multiple people waiting in line. They chose to ignore those in store to serve those in the drive thru. Over the span of 10 minutes with no service after saying "excuse me" and receiving no response, the different people left. Don't waste your time here. The employees are rude. This is the only Dunkin in town. But it's still not worth it. Given the various reviews discussing the attitude of the employees and they ignoring the in store customers, these seem to be recurring problems. You will have a better experience getting Dutch bros and going to a donut shop. It will be quicker to drive to both shops as well. The customer service at Dutch bros is also unequivocally better. Hopefully management is open to retraining their staff. I've worked in retail and health care customer service. It's difficult tj remain professional, but it's also a necessary task when you're providing a service and you're the initial person providing the poor service. You don't get to have an attitude and give poor service. (I guess no service since we never got served since they didn't come to the front). read more

I just came from drive thru and decided to make a review because this is the 3rd time I had a bad experience. I told the girl I had a free coffee on my ap and asked her first if she wanted to see the redemption code but she said she just needed to scan and it would deduct the total automatically. I even said are you sure it would take it off automatically and she seemed confident that it would. Well... it didn't and I didnt even get my free coffee and they would not even try to adjust the matter for their mistake. The whole staff there always have mono faces no smile no personality and unapologetic including the managers. There's no point to working through the managers because they always leave it as is. The problem was with them. Also their donuts are stale for the price. I should have looked at these reviews but now I know I'm not alone. Save your money fresh ones are on 11th Ave next to Walgreens hands up. read more

I rarely, if ever, post reviews that are negative, but this was easily the worst experience I've had at a dunkin donuts anywhere in the country. One doesn't go to dunkin for the exceptional donuts, imo, they go for the experience. I placed a simple order (two donuts and a small ice decaf). They read me the order back correctly when I placed it. When I got to the drive through window, there was literally no way they could have gotten the order more wrong. But, even that I would have forgiven, but they were extremely rude when I asked them to fix it. Honestly, I'm not convinced that I finally got what correct (I suspect I didn't get decaf), but at that point I figured I should cut my losses. read more

OK, I was going to Staples in Hanford anyway (a lingering school supply addiction-they have great stuff at Staples!) Everybody raves about DD. I think it's much more about the dunkin' than the donut. It was late afternoon, but c'mon- that was the worst glazed donut I've ever had. Dry yet greasy-only the thick coat your tongue greasy. Ewwwww. The custard filled was also pretty greasy in the cake part. Not saying I didn't eat it but definitely off my list of things to do in Hanford. I'm not a coffee person, but I should have gotten the hint on the menu-really all about beverages. Sticking to Superior Dairy for treats from now on! read more

I was excited to see Dunkin donuts come to Hanford. I went after opening to find the donuts cold, slightly defrosted. The frosting was so thin and only partially covering the top of the donuts. I don't have pastries often, so when I want to indulge, I want a yummy gooey concoction. I drive by the store often and am not surprised to see the drive through and parking lot empty. I am a HUGE Dunkin fan. Thru living in Chicago and then moving to San Diego. Getting a DD there right before we moved here to Lemoore. Gotta say, today, it was just all wrong. Ordered 2 iced coffees. As soon as she handed them thru the window I knew it was wrong. They were extremely light colored. It tasted like flavored milk, No coffee taste whatsoever. They remade them again with the standard 3 creams for a medium. Tasted the same... Made again with 2 cream. The color looked to be more accurate, so we drove away with those. It just tasted like watered down creamer... Yuck!! Gotta give them credit for attempting to make it right, but something was wrong with their coffee today! read more

I took my kids to the grand opening around 6:30 am, and they really enjoyed the donuts. The staff was friendly, and they were quick to get orders out. We went again this morning through the drive thru, and it was a good experience also. The only thing the drive thru girl didn't count my money but told me I was short a dollar lol. So I told her to count the change. She was young so I just think this might be a first job for her. She was nice, and made sure my orders were correct though :). I think I will start going here instead of to Starbucks where the employees look miserable. read more

Dunkin donuts has been one of my favorite places to go since i was a kid. However, the staff working at the hanford, ca location on the evening of 11/25/17 were so rude. We felt as if we were interrupting them from playing on their phones (cause that's what they were doing when we walked in). When we asked the cashier for her recommendation on drinks, she rudely said she doesn't drink any of them (understandable, but attitude not necessary). The donuts tasted dry and old, as if they had been sitting there all day. I was really excited for this place when it opened up but with the rude customer service and dry, old donuts, I won't be going back. (I'll stick to Rocky's donut in Lemoore. Better customer service and fresher donuts.) read more

There was a big stink about this place opening in Hanford being their first store in the valley. I was highly disappointed. Perhaps the coffee is it's saving grace it's supposed to be good but I haven't tried that yet. I think a donut shop needs to known for their donuts not the coffee although that doesn't hurt. I have had donuts 3 times from this place. Each time they taste and have the texture of day old donuts. They should be moist, soft, and (with raised type) airy or fluffy. I did not experience that with either the cake donuts or the raised donuts. They are also more expensive than a local little guys shops. I think Donut King and Donut Corral do a much better job and are consistent in quality. Do we really need another donut shop in town? Especially an inferior one? Went there on their grand opening. Long line, but pleasant service and friendly customers. This is the only place that has the "Vanilla Kreme" filling my wife loves. She bought half a dozen filled doughnuts for her mom, brother & herself. Said they were WONDERFUL! I enjoyed a chocolate covered Long John with my coffee. Good, though for what I like, Scotty's doughnuts in Visalia are equally good. read more
