So I am a little maybe a lot upset right now. We order, right! they said our order back and only 25% of our order is right. None of it was put in correctly. It's worse then McDonald's. At least they give us proof our order is wrong. We ordered a chicken croissant, bacon egg and cheese croissant and 2 snack and bacons. I come to this dunkin donut every morning for my coffee and some times donuts. I've have at least 3 experiences where my order is wrong I've over paid, or just plain rude employees. Today was the final straw! Typically I go drive through but since I was having so many issues with the drive-through I decided to go and worst mistake! Other than the fact that the line was extremely long the donuts were extremely hard and he messed up my drink order never got a receipt! This is starting to get ridiculous! I usually swing by here on my way to work to grab a cup of coffee and sometimes either a donut or a breakfast sandwich. I feel that there are only a couple workers in there that actually know how to make an iced coffee. Its normally too watery, not enough sugar, too much cream etc. The sandwiches are not bad. I have gotten the wrong order a few times (order a bacon sandwich but get a sausage sandwich). This isn't the best Dunkin that I have been to, but it certainly isn't the worst. I was disappointed today. This was one of the slowest Dunkins I've been to. I wouldn't have cared so much if I wasn't trying to get to work on time. One guy in front of me left before ordering, possibly for that reason. In their defense, it sounds like one of their coworkers overslept, so they were understaffed. On the other hand, they moved slowly and the person making my bagel had to be reminded 4 times what she was suppose to make. She also put the cream cheese on one side of the bagel only. This DD was outstanding when they first opened, friendly service, great product, clean environment, etc. I stopped by yesterday and my shoes were sticking to the floor! I am a huge fan of donuts! I went here and asked for like four different types of donuts... They were out of all of them... I finally just asked which donuts they did have... They only had like one chocolate covered, several old fashioned, and a marbles one available. I decided to try the new donut sticks... When I got them they were soggy and clearly had been sitting out for a very long time. I am upset that I was even charged for them... They were not bad. The glazed donut I could not even tell had icing on it. The lady that helped me out the window told me the price took my card close to the window... Open the window gave me my card back and close the window back. No words were exchanged. Then she open my window and said someone else is going to get your donut sticks and close the window back before I could even say thank you. This Dunkin' always gives subpar food and drink, either the food was always cold or the drink wasn't cold enough. For example, the frozen coffee was already halfway defrosted and the hash browns I got were room temperature and stale. Not coming here again. read more

Visited today and had a near worthless experience. The manager on duty was running around like a chicken with her head cut off and stressed my pregnant wife out so bad that she left the building crying. The cashier took our order incorrectly, then managed to get that wrong order incorrect. I tried to settle and just take what we got, but they managed to screw the whole decaf thing up too. I've had so many bad experiences here and will no longer spend my money in this establishment. First you should never wait 20-30 mins for coffee. Tried to buy a dozen donuts....no jelly filled, no lemon filled, no crullers, no strawberry filled (don't know if they're even made anymore). Was told that more donuts were being made, should be out in couple minutes. I told the very nice young man that I would wait. I waited for about ten minutes when the young man asked one of the ladies when the donuts would be out, she about took his head off. One tray of donuts came out, of the variety that still had some left on the shelf. The young man removed about (10) empty trays. I asked if anymore crullers were being made and the lady said "we're not making anymore of those today". I picked a dozen from the slim choices and went home. I bought (2) chocolate filled, (1) had NO FILLING AT ALL, the other had about a quarter of a teaspoon. Had to "settle" for what was left on shelf, and they were POOR QUALITY! read more

Due to it being the only close location to where I live, I try to look over the fact that the place can never get an order right and just deal with it...but I don't even know where to start. Customer service is awful. There's always a line out the door and wrapped around drive thru, not because they're popular but because they mess every order up. How hard is it to get a coffee and bagel completely messed up? Apparently not too hard at all. The staff all run around trying to walk past each other, there's no organization on who does what. Cashiers make coffee and get food, then handle money. No matter how many times you tell them your order they still screw it up! Want an ice coffee? You'll have about 2 ice cubes floating in your cup. I ordered an ice coffee one day inside, not drive thru...get it and take a sip, it was TEA! There was an indian lady taking people's orders and she made every ice coffee with tea!! There were people coming inside from drive thru complaining as well as people inside who asked for a remake. Honestly, how hard is it to make a coffee? Maybe if the restaurat wasn't so disorganized, they'd be able to see what they're getting. The restaurant itself is disgusting! Flies everywhere, crumbs and stains all over countertops and floor, donuts are always disorganized, and don't even look behind the counter or you'll want to vomit! When they get truck shipments, boxes just stack up behind the counter and they literally push them around with their feet to get by. Seeing the new shipment of boxes sitting on the floor, and after being out of sweetened french vanilla flavoring (the most popular flavor they have) I asked for the sweetened French vanilla flavoring in my ice coffee the other day and the kid said, "we only have unsweetened." I said, "you've been out of it for over a week now, it's not in the boxes over there on the floor?" His response was, "it's probably in that mess somewhere, I don't know where though." GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Not. The only person who knows how to make my fiance and I's coffee correctly everytime is Brittany. She is friendly and knows what she is doing. Everyone else there is a complete idiot when it comes to their job. Asked for a bagel in a bag as is, not toasted nothing...got it sliced and toasted. Then I tell the lady I asked for it in a bag not toasted and she goes, "oh -- um do you want a new one then?" Unbelievable that you don't even have to make anything and still find a way to screw it up. I could go on and on and on about this place. I went to Dunkin Donuts in Goose Creek on 12/30/16 around 5pm, I placed my ordered through drive- thru, so I pulled up to the window and NO one acknowledged that is was there, two employees walked pass the drive-thru window serval times, DD was not even busy, I was the only car in drive-thru and only one customer was inside, 10 minutes went by and no one acknowledged that I was there, so I left and called the manager to inform her of what happened and she acted as if she didn't care, so I called corporate. Since DD is a franchised individually owned you have to wait for the owner to contact you, well the owner never did!!! also the workers had uncovered donuts sitting in the back on a shelf, and yes those are the donuts they serve to customers, SAVE YOUR MONEY and get coffee and donuts from somewhere else. read more

I am 99% sure that my credit card was not returned to me this morning when I went through the drive through. I usually get it back with my receipt and I did not get a receipt. At the window I was busy checking for napkins, which I did not get that I didn't realize that I didn't get my card back. I drove off, looked for my card to return to my wallet and when I couldn't find it drove back around to the front of the store and went in to ask for my card and was told that it wasn't there. I search all through my car, purse. I did not go anywhere else. I honestly feel that because it was so busy the young lady at the window forgot to give me my receipt and crediet card back. Now I have to go through the hassle of canceling my card. I was trying to explain to the employee(s) that I did not get a receipt and being a regular customer I know that I always get my card back with the receipt. So in my opinion my card had to still be there. This is very upsetting! read more

My favorite in the area, always get friendly service and great coffee. They also send out some pretty great coupons; I've gotten a free medium iced tea or coffee every Monday this month from one of the mailers they sent out! I'm done with this place. Drinks are more cream than coffee, the food is never cooked. Got the Big and Toasty sandwich (more like big & greasy) consisted of two pieces of untoasted bread soaked in butter with barely warm bacon and egg. If I could give negative stars, I would. The drinks are horrible. Coffee always tastes burnt and the iced beverages consist of 90% ice. They always manage to screw up my order whether it's a few donuts or a beverage. Staff is always rude. Manager doesn't seem to care. I live in Goose creek and have gone to this location MANY times, hoping each time that my experience will be better but I am always disappointed. They mess up my order EVERY TIME. To make matters worse, the employees have a nasty attitude when I try to get them to fix it. I've worked in the service industry so I am always polite and kind. I understand that mistakes happen. What I don't understand is how they can happen every time I order there. I actually had a shift manager get so rude with me that it almost turned physical. When she walked away another employee gave me the name of her supervisor so I could report her. The supervisor was very nice and made every effort to rectify the situation but I got the feeling that it was not a new complaint. That was several years ago and I haven't seen any improvement yet. Tried again today and had to go back to them 3 times before my order was right. Each time I was met with a bad attitude and sloppy, subpar service.
