I'm a regular at Jeff's Bagel Run and go at least once a week. When they opened, they mailed everyone in our neighborhood a coupon for six free bagels, and now we are all addicted. My recommendation is to download the app or visit their Facebook page every Sunday night for the "Bagel of the Day" schedule. They are only available on that day and once those bagels are gone, they are gone. Some cream cheese spreads are also seasonal- for example, pimento cheese cream cheese during late April and early May for the Masters Golf Tournament. My favorite bagel on the regular menu is the Cheddar Jalapeno, which has just enough heat with the peppers backed in and cheese on top. My favorite daily bagels are the Baked Ziti, Chatfield, and Three Cheese Pizza. You can earn rewards on the app based on how much you spend, and you can also order ahead of time on the app. I don't order on the app because the service is always quick, and I'm never ordering more than a few bagels anyway. The cashiers here are always friendly; they seem genuinely happy to see you and happy to be working here (which you don't see in most franchise/chain restaurants). They will let you sample a cream cheese spread if you're curious. This location has very little indoor seating, so plan to take your bagel to go. Stono River County Park is just over the bridge if you want to do a little picnic there. Hopefully as more businesses come to this shopping center, we will have outdoor tables and chairs. read more

I was craving a good bagel and Jeff's Bagel Run delivered! These bagels are New York style and deliciously soft and chewy. No need to toast them. They offer all of your favorite bagels and spreads plus pastries. They also feature a specialty bagel daily. I love Jeff's bagels and love that they came to Charleston! I'm originally from Florida and loved getting their bagels there as well! The West Ashley location is more grab and go with a small counter for dine in. However, bagels are still A+ and the staff is quick and friendly. Stopped in after getting a card for 6 free bagels. Smart marketing move because these are good bagels! I generally don't love bagels, but these are soft and tasty, not overly chewy and plastic feeling like some can be. The side of cream cheese looks small but we did the three pack and it was plenty for 6 bagels. We tried the banana pudding, cinnamon sugar and onion and chive cream cheese. All were excellent and spread super easy. Service was efficient. It's a little space with three chairs at a little counter but it totally works. Also nice and clean from what I can see! Alright y'all, a couple days ago I saw a commercial for Jeff's Bagel Run. Since it was on a national channel and proudly reported it was everywhere, I figured I should check it out. I'm just say'n I ain't never heard of Jeff's; found out he is all over the low country. So yesterday I went and got me a bagel at the Bees Ferry location and it was really good. I had an Asiago bagel with roasted Jalapeño cream cheese (the suggestion of the day) and it rocked! So this morning I went back and got some of those 3" high Everything bagels with... get this... banana pudding cream cheese. It was risky, but one taste of that blend brought me back to my Grandma's house! Now this is a small location, with limited seating but there is a drive thru which in my experience is unusual for a bagel shop. The service staff is friendly and very willing to offer suggestions. It is a bit loud on the inside but the 2 handicap parking spaces directly in front of the store are commendable! I'm going back and hope to find a couple tables outside on the sidewalk, just in case I want to go back in for more. read more

Tons of different choices for cream cheese. It is always boiled and never toasted. They don't put the cream cheese on the bagels but put it in Togo tubs. The cream cheese is homemade with fresh ingredients in it. I did the lemon blueberry bagel and asked which cream cheese. When the host said strawberry, I was skeptical but it was a great choice! The cream cheese came with chunks of strawberries. I also got an Asiago bagel with jalepeno cream cheese. Love that there are chucks of jalepenos in it! Service to get a bagel is super quick but coffees take a while. You can order ahead in the app but no inside seating. I think they are going to put in a drive through eventually but at the moment, it's not there. read more

I am not typically a bagel fan, but my bf has really been wanting to try Jeff's Bagel Run, so we checked it out. I ordered the Old Cheddar Bay bagel which was the bagel of the day and it was outstanding! Fresh, perfectly toasted with an amazing blend of flavors! Ordered an online takeout order this morning. Jeff's app said the order would be ready at 853am for a dozen with 4 tubs. Arrived at pickup time and sat there until 945am waiting on our order. No communication between staff to each other or to the customers. Major breakdown this am. Not sure if it was overloaded with Uber Eats orders, or understaffed or what. Then one of our tubs were out so they replaced it with a side. A 5 dollar difference that we did not get back. So we wait almost an extra hour, we get downsized from what we originally ordered to a smaller substitute, and they kept the difference plus the tip when the order was placed. I ordered on the app and went to pick up my order. I had been following this company on social media and I was excited to try it out. I ordered a blueberry bagel and iced lavender honey latte. The inside was cute and clean but small. There was a large crowd for a Sunday morning. The bagels are not toasted so that was a downside for me as I love a toasted bagel. The bagels are smaller than usual but fluffy and have a good texture. My blueberry bagel unfortunately did not take anything like blueberry but more like onion. They have spreads you can take home for your bagels. I would have liked to see options for toasted bagels and more flavor. The coffee drink was good but not great. Mediocre at best. Jeff's simply doesn't know how to make bagels. They're short and squat instead of round and plump. The exterior lacks that subtle toughness leading to a soft chewy interior though they aren't terrible tasting. They are more amateurish than professionally made bagels. Again, not terrible tasting but not much better than store bought. I will take the extra drive to their local competitor 2 miles further away. I'd recommend practicing your bagel making technique. read more

They are brand new - second day after opening. Their bagels are fresh and delicious. They have accommodating vegan options for the weirdos like me (dairy intolerant). They are not busy at all as of now and I hope it changes quickly. Spotted a lot of people working in the back- great for entry level jobs for local people and to learn the art of making bagels. My husband and I have been coming to this location since they first opened. Everyone on staff is always so kind, professional, and happy to be there! They always have great recommendations when you need it, and the seasonal flavors always taste amazing. I went in this morning to redeem my dozen free bagels for the month, as well as grab a few drinks and bagels for me and my hubby. As I was waiting for the last of my order, I mentioned that I loved the pumpkin spice spread from last month, and I was so excited to try the cookie butter spread today, and espresso spread next time.
